[538.1] Jae: Phantoms as a professional device and get an accreditation for it as a professional device and when I first started hearing this
[543.42] Jae: I thought well, it's not a professional device. It's consumer
[545.94] Jae: But you get good aerial photography and videography with it
[548.94] Jae: So and that's why people are getting them registered
[551.26] Jae: Then they're a backpack like Tony was saying the good backpack take anywhere sort of up a mountain or whatever
[557.94] Jack: Size so I fully agree with that. All right. What did you yeah, what are you used?
[564.18] Jae: Mine's a NASA M version 2. What does that mean?
[567.5] Jae: I don't know it's the NASA essentially DJ and NASA
[571.38] Jae: And the version 2 was just released. I think about three or four years after the first one
[577.5] Jae: Supposed to be better hardware because there was some faults with the first one where apparently you've
[582.26] Jae: Sunlight in direct sunlight that can affect some of the gyros or whatever. So there was issues with the first one
[588.5] Tony: I think that's why they released the second one and I think anyone who gets a flyaway is pilot
[593.34] Tony: Thought because I've had I've had no problems whatsoever

[1305.34] Jack: Use your nase board to have a little pass through now. So what so you can flash for at one?

[1318.78] Jae: Sorry, you can change it multi-wee an old multi-wee board will do it
[1323.02] Jae: And I think there's there's more options for doing it through multi-wee
[1326.3] Jae: Because it's it's just the board rate really and what it does to pass the information through each to each esc
[1331.82] Jae: But yeah, it's going to be so much more convenient to do that. I think yeah, definitely. Yeah

[1343.58] Jack: Yeah debugging the tri back to the tricopter. This is where it's all linked in together, but they've got something called

[1359.96] Jack: Underscore naze hex so it's the firmware. So it's from what I gathered. It's exactly the same as the pass through

[1375.1] Jack: Software. So the mini tricopter where people were writing different firmware
[1380.94] Jack: Do you remember like we had to restore?
[1383.42] Jack: On the tricopter and you'd have to load the software from that and then get someone else's control dump
[1389.42] Jack: And put that into the naze 32. Yeah, no more completely different interface on clean flight. So you've got the beta flight
[1397.82] Jack: Uh triflite software you click that open
[1401.34] Jack: You can only use it on your tricopter and that will make it fly better and no more servo jitter
[1406.06] Jack: That sounds good. So it seems that mini tricopters. I reckon they're going to be the new weapon
[1412.62] Jack: Because they hit super fast
[1415.18] Jack: Like quicker at turning. Yeah, you've got they are they are pretty beastly
[1419.98] Jack: What sets the tricopter apart is the servo with your so it just turns the motor
[1426.46] Jack: is exactly the same as
[1428.62] Jack: People running tilted motors on your quad for racing. So you've got something that moves
[1434.54] Tony: I think um, i'm wondering why no one's done a quadcopter v tail
[1439.24] Tony: 250 because they're not efficient details, but who needs efficiency when you're racing
[1446.38] Jack: But you imagine how good they're gonna corner. Oh, well, I can't wait to see what the chat says about tony being right
[1455.42] Jae: The only thing about a tricopter is they're much lighter by design
