[92.48] Dom: they got pancaked on yesterday and now I've got splintered bits of wire again but I've got a proper

[101.6] ???: show um somebody mentioned pictures of time. Yeah I've been doing some tuning recently
[108.24] Bradders: and uh yeah it's going really well and I thought my 210 was tuned but it wasn't tuned
[117.04] Bradders: it definitely wasn't tuned now man the difference is just I mean it's just crazy to be honest
[123.68] Bradders: but uh I'm still trying to get my head around it. I've had a bit of help from a few people

[135.52] Bradders: about the black box it likes if you use and especially if you're using a beta flight and
[140.56] Bradders: the latest the filters have changed and uh you can't really you need to be tuning via the black
[147.2] Bradders: box if you want it to be fine tuned anyway and uh like the new filters there's a new
[153.44] Bradders: filter called bi quad watch just come out and um basically it decreases the d so there's hardly
[159.36] Bradders: any d now so you just got to play with the p gain and uh wow it's yes if you check the new black
[165.44] Bradders: boxes what are on the on the forum man it's it's crazy what's happened I know like my quad
[171.2] Bradders: honestly it's I thought it was true but man it's definitely true now it just it's on rails

[182.24] Bradders: well I was sitting at I was had it at defaults um and I just dropped the p's very slightly and
[189.84] Bradders: my d by default on uh beta flight I think but default is 20 for the d's and now I've dropped
[196.32] Bradders: down to six basically um so normally in theory I believe I'm not 100 but normally you up your d's
[205.76] Bradders: if you've got motors a bit unbalanced and bits and bumps like that RC smoothing seems to
[211.36] Bradders: I don't know how but kicks in and helps that helps that as well so it's amazing man what Boris
[216.96] Bradders: is doing is crazy it is uh it's just yeah whole new world he's a wizard yeah he is a wizard
[223.44] Bradders: absolutely I'd love to we're going to try and get him on the show I'm just I've been

[273.52] Bradders: the updates are going to be dropping now they're probably going to be maybe once a month or you
[277.68] Bradders: know rather than every every other day or something it was it was like that for a while and he would
[285.12] Jack: you would see he would release an update and then you could tell he was up all night coding

[412.86] Bradders: mode is uh it's basically open pilot uh it's got something called aqua plus open pilot yeah
[421.66] Bradders: for cc 3d yeah and it's got something no no just cc 3d well basically cc 3d comes with
[430.62] Bradders: open pilot not clean flight yeah and then there's a mode on open pilot called aqua plus and uh
[438.14] Bradders: basically it gives you um it gives you aqua but after a certain stick level it gives you rate
[445.74] Bradders: so they've sort of used that coding to put it into what boris has put it into his
[450.86] Bradders: code and then basically what it does is once you get past 70 stick um
[458.78] Bradders: basically it could flip it just it it's basically whether your quad can handle it
[466.06] (Editor): so it give it in there look at a video it looks like when you actually fit down over
[471.42] (Editor): your 70 percent then you can hold it going straight down it's just how fast do you want to drop
[476.46] Bradders: yeah it will roll ridiculously before you pull back and yeah it back that mode is that right
[482.7] Bradders: well it will flip with it like it it will flip so quick it's ridiculous like people have actually
[488.54] Bradders: broke like props and their quads because boris said whatever you do don't put it well you're
[494.3] Bradders: meant to start at 10 have a go at it ci like it because 10 is quick so he says 50 is maximum
[501.42] Bradders: people would put their quads on 70 and basically they've destroyed their quads they've destroyed
[505.58] Bradders: gopros and bloody all sorts uh but with the latest boris which just come out um this
[510.7] Bradders: customer gopro yeah well you should see some of the videos it's crazy because

[669.18] Dom: sort of getting the main structure of the airfield program sorted out and i want input on whispers
[674.54] Dom: and i've come up come up with the idea of quad ditch right so i want input on that on
[679.18] Dom: social media feeds and so on if anyone's got any ideas we're thinking of helium copy right low is

[703.1] Dom: wondering why all the confirmed flyers are listening are listed and they want to get
[706.78] Dom: on that confirmed flyer list but those people we've seconded to come and be put through
[710.78] Dom: various challenges like flying pimped up quads that some of our vendors will be providing and
[715.98] Dom: trying to do speed trials and head-to-heads and so on but it's not going to be an open
[719.98] Dom: race on saturday for flyers you want to come down on saturday and fly you can fly a line of sight up
[725.02] Dom: on the top field or you can fly um on one of one of two race bands we're reserving for the indoor
[730.78] Dom: neon room i know that the radio sea fossil stuff and i drone who are the partners with hidden
[737.02] Dom: valley on the project at the moment they're sorting out um neon uh lit uh wireframe logos
[742.94] Dom: and stuff to fly through in the sports hall it's a big space so there'll be that going on
[747.5] Dom: bit of moot conversation about how we're going to do the vendor fair there's some tents arriving so
[751.58] Dom: we're working out how much space there is but there'll be stuff to buy if you're coming down
[755.1] Dom: with a car you've got a prepay to park at um uh at the sites uh but you can pop your car boot
[760.62] Dom: open and do a bit of a car boot fair if you're doing 3d printing or swapping we're going to

[1293.42] Dan Upton: you've got sides on your quad or if you've got rather large yeah any flat panels on that it
[1299.42] Jack: just makes it worse yeah so that's where that's where um the you know the side edges of the qav
[1306.7] Jack: yeah when sharp who had the little side edges of the qav it would do that um uh what what was his

[1450.54] Dom: search and rescue middens fire coming to do a mock incident or maybe we could actually just

[1462.06] Dom: got firefighters you need a fire i think so oh let's try it it's just a little one bring your
