[0.66] Tony: Let's drone out
[30.54] Tony: Might be listening to let's run out. I don't know because Jack's frozen. No. No, he's back in the room
[36.42] Jack: No, I think my laptop's lagging out a bit, right? You're listening to let's drone out. I'm joined by my faithful man servant. I
[45.18] Tony: wouldn't say servant
[50.3] Jack: That is a reference you should get you serve me no, I say fix that and you know
[56.06] Jack: That's because you annoy me
[62.82] Tony: Could just come down
[65.9] Tony: Lean on the back of that chair annoy you loads drop something in front of you you fix it just to piss me off
[71.42] Tony: Just to get rid of no, I just saw sorry
[75.98] Tony: Two minutes in you've got to edit that back. Remember that
[78.34] Jack: Thanks
[78.62] Jack: I still have to listen to it to then get you say that but if you do swear and then you point it out then
[85.42] Jack: Remember that faithful D shot day. I
[88.14] Jack: Sanded my GoPro lens out, but look at that little stress puncher thing right here
[96.3] Jack: Now let's get a
[99.06] Jack: There you go right here. Yeah, I can see it. Do you know how much a new one of these is 17 quid or something?
[106.18] Jack: $10
[107.42] Jack: $10 what's that? Yeah, so I got wet and dry and I sanded it got all the scratches and scrapes out
[114.78] Jack: but that puncher stress mark
[118.26] Jack: Completely useless. Also, does anyone know where to get?
[122.62] Jack: See how it's got this funny light blue shine. Yeah is because apparently it's polarized and I think Ed would know the most about that
[130.62] Jack: I
[132.62] Jack: Don't know if you wear polarized sunglasses, you can see through water. I didn't know that Tony's actually taught me something
[141.06] Tony: Well, you can see through water anyway, but it was reflections on water. No. Yeah, so
[147.46] Jack: By the way, the tricopter died
[152.1] Jack: Now did you kill it it wasn't me it was driven by my little I
[157.26] Jack: Call him my wife, which I'm
[163.38] Jack: Yeah, Niko I let him have a go
[166.66] Jack: Big field by me not that you're supposed to fly in that field, but you know, we were sensible. There was no one in there
[173.5] Jack: yeah, absolutely no one and
[176.14] Jack: whole massive field good couple of football pitches and
[181.1] Jack: Two sets of rugby ghosts and he hit the set in the middle of it
[185.5] Jack: Massive dong
[187.9] Jack: Well, he's a massive dong or it made a mess it does
[191.94] Jack: So nicely, I don't know how well you can see this but if you look
[198.66] Jack: the gap in
[202.3] Jack: There's a big gap here and then this side no gap and the two screws in the bottom of it
[208.3] Jack: We're so that you screw these into the bottom stick them in the vice like that
[212.62] Jack: and then you can kind of pull on the top bit of it to try and get it to find out where the shafts bent and
[219.02] Jack: we just put a new bell on and
[221.62] Jack: the only bell is
[224.38] Jack: Niko as in
[227.86] Jack: So that's that's broken. So the tricopter has so far gone
[235.78] Jack: You know, I'm much like that thing
[238.38] Jack: The camera needs configuring and I shouldn't cover my mouth and my hands
[243.5] Jack: yeah, the camera needs configuring because it's really like laggy and
[249.82] Jack: Like smeary really digitally smeary that's not good. So I guess I have to up the
[259.66] Jack: Frame rate of it or something or I so
[263.02] Jack: um, I so I don't know where I'm saying that right and then
[267.9] Jack: Previously, I broke the servo in the back of it
[272.14] Jack: I bent the main cog
[275.14] Jack: in in the in the gearing and
[278.78] Jack: That allowed the servo to work
[281.18] Jack: But it would jam up at a certain spot and then you'd crash and because there was that flex in it
[287.1] Jack: It would allow it to skip and turn and then it would no longer be centered and it wasn't till I spoke to
[294.38] Jack: David on on the show last year David friend
[302.86] Jack: Not a tin foil wearing hat freak like you
[307.98] Jack: And also he doesn't bother God too much and he doesn't think the earth's flat
[315.18] Jack: So neither I say more idiot then I
[319.5] Jack: I do
[321.26] Jack: but
[322.58] Jack: Hang on. Come on. Let me let me just find I saved this video
[330.06] Jack: Linus tech tips and he he recently came out with
[338.1] Jack: Yep
[339.7] Jack: The tin foil hat which is a link. Hang on
[344.66] Tony: Very
[347.71] Jack: Yeah, I don't know. Here's the video. Anyway, I'm just gonna I'm just gonna let it play and
[354.27] Jack: Then send if you type in the the episodes
[358.35] Jack: $40 tin foil hat and it's made by a company called shield
[363.27] Jack: the signal proof apparel which is available in our official e-shop and
[369.23] Tony: So here's can you get a phone mobile phone?
[373.07] Tony: Will your mobile phone still work while wearing the hat?
[377.15] Jack: Well, if anything that the concave, you know
[381.87] Jack: Like hollow that that it is and when you put your phone to your head, it will kind of like
[388.95] Jack: act like a big refraction dome, you know, like a
[393.55] Jack: sort of
[395.83] Jack: What they called
[397.27] Jack: Big satellite dishes. Yeah, I just bounced the signal inside your skull Tony. So
[404.23] Tony: Where in our ring? Yeah, and we do a test. No, no, I've already weird enough from the shoulder fumes
[413.95] Jack: What I don't understand is like you're all like
[416.55] Jack: And all this sort of stuff that you work with like, you know RC, so I don't understand you
[423.47] Jack: What is there to understand what you make as much sense as a condom machine in the Vatican Tony
[430.03] Tony: We've heard that joke before Jack. I know I just don't
[435.83] Jack: But yeah, they do like they get spectrum analyzer and
[440.99] Jack: Yeah
[441.99] Jack: They measure it and the best way to get fully shielded is to fully aware the beanie
[447.91] Jack: Completely over your face, which wouldn't be a bad thing really because then I don't have to look at you anymore
[453.47] Tony: But I'm pretty
[459.15] Tony: Talking of shielded stuff. Why do companies like not sell shielded cable for FPV cameras?
[466.23] Tony: Because the only ones who do it is FPV fat shock FPV cameras and their cameras
[473.27] Tony: Oh
[476.67] Tony: Damn
[478.03] Tony: Note to self. This is the swearing time, right? Well, that's making it made it a bit easier for it in
[486.15] Tony: Yeah, so I just wondered why'd that you know that have you seen the fat shark you'll see at the fat shark
[493.75] Tony: Cable like Brad is I had really bad lines because I've got 30 amp little bees in my new cord
[499.03] Tony: And I was getting really bad lines and Brad has come over and we took a fat shot
[505.23] Tony: cable off of a camera and through the camera away and
[510.35] Tony: Run that and now it works. Perfect. And I just wonder why no one just sells that
[516.03] Tony: That shielded cable. I'd run Neil buy some of that cable and just sell it
[521.95] Jack: Look for it. I might have a length of that shielded cable
[526.95] Jack: Hang on and let me rummage through my
[532.31] Tony: Wire box
[541.47] Tony: If he strips all the copper out he could live in a mansion
[547.87] Tony: Triple that one day and sell it to some party
[553.27] Jack: Member of the traveling community Tony you racist
[557.51] Jack: member of the traveling community
[562.55] Jack: Sorry about this he does think yes flats I don't want
[568.87] Tony: I don't have any you're only been told it's round you haven't experienced it for yourself
[573.67] Tony: I
[577.95] Tony: Know the mick bird Meister bloody check free fall out of the
[583.43] Tony: Balloon or whatever. Yeah, if you watch all the outside shot is couldn't you can see the earth is apparently rounded
[600.07] Tony: Right
[603.67] Tony: Wait shut up listen, what is he doing? Excuse us if you're listening to this
[627.59] Tony: Anyway the outside shots of
[632.51] Tony: When he jumps her with a wide-angle lens like a GoPro so you see the curvature when the minute he opens the door
[646.43] Tony: To jump
[648.27] Tony: The horizon is flat
[651.55] Tony: Because it's the proper camera and not a wide-angle ones like that
[654.87] Tony: So check that out and check out load of other videos that I can send you if you want
[659.91] Tony: So can you hear me with that on
[662.87] Jack: Yeah, I'm probably getting more
[666.07] Tony: Let's not talk about
[671.47] Jack: So for any of you wondering this is the shielded cable that Tony's on about yeah, but the fat shark one has
[679.91] Jack: no
[681.31] Jack: No, black wires in it. No, these two three. Yeah, these two don't
[688.15] Jack: Don't exist. So just pretend they don't exist and you actually get the ground believe it or not
[693.07] Jack: The main ground which is this thicker one is part of the shielded shielded cable
[699.31] Jack: One reason this is very expensive because there's a lot more metal in there and you can kind of forgive me if I'm wrong
[706.23] Jack: Dan achieve the same effect by just twisting your wires. So get a drill stick your connector in
[712.39] Jack: Whizz it up gently. Don't overdo it. And then what I do is get a lighter and then heat up the
[720.63] Jack: Cable and then the heat once it cools it set
[724.15] Jack: Doesn't work with silicone though. So that is a good tip
[728.19] Tony: But I still think the shielded cable that fat shark do is really good
[732.15] Jack: I don't know where to get this and what do we do? Do we tell Neil get this?
[738.07] Jack: Does he want to have the I think you have to have especially made do you have the audio cable put in it?
[743.67] Jack: It'll be cheaper without it and then so it's a real pain and
[748.95] Jack: the one thing that I don't like about it is see where
[753.23] Jack: Hang on. Let me let me remove some shielding
[755.59] Tony: The only thing I would say is like people are all into this or I've got any quad lighter than air
[761.59] Tony: Will be like it's too heavy and too thick to run through
[765.79] Tony: The only problem is it is a little bit thick to run through but the quality is so much better
[771.95] Jack: So I remove some of the shielding
[774.91] Jack: Uh, hang on
[776.43] Jack: Let me just yeah, so as you can see
[780.11] Jack: Uh, hang on there
[782.59] Jack: so yeah
[784.03] Jack: the
[785.07] Jack: Insulation, so then what you do is you peel
[789.47] Jack: The the shielding back which is kind of like one of those coaxial cables
[795.31] Jack: Like so
[796.59] Jack: All right
[797.55] Jack: And then you kind of twist it up or together and that
[800.99] Jack: Is your main ground?
[802.99] Jack: see
[804.11] Jack: But when you twist it up and you go to crimp it or solder to it
[809.95] Jack: You can never get it close to the insulation. So eventually it breaks off
[815.55] Jack: Like so if we just sit here and like wiggle this
[818.99] Jack: Eventually, it kind of snaps
[821.55] Jack: So you can just see that little
[824.43] Jack: That little bit where the wires are. I still think it's such a good idea bit of a weakness
[830.11] Jack: Yeah, by all means it works but with heavy
[833.69] Jack: vibratey
[835.55] Jack: tree smashy concrete wall hitty quads
[840.59] Tony: But it's so nice to have such a decent feed I mean
[844.67] Tony: It cleaned it up so good and also used um
[848.91] Tony: Have you put banny's?
[850.67] Tony: Godly camera settings on your fpv camera yet
[854.43] Tony: No
[855.31] Tony: I'll put them on the other day and
[857.39] Tony: They're good. So well done, banny
[860.59] Jack: Yeah, that's really nice. It's a private video though, which I find is a bit weird. Why isn't it public on his channel?
[867.07] Tony: Uh, who know maybe you just wanted to share it to the community and not everyone who knows
[873.79] Jack: Hmm maybe run camp and copy those settings and put them on by default
[878.59] Jack: Oh, that's you know, it's just an idea but you know
[885.31] Tony: They do listen so there is hope yeah, um, I just watched um
[890.99] Tony: The run cam is it night eagle?
[894.43] Tony: Yeah, because i'm thinking about i'm putting a so i've got two wings now
[899.23] Tony: I want to put turn my first wing into just a one where I don't put any cameras on it
[904.59] Tony: So I can run four s three s two s whatever I want
[907.71] Tony: and i was thinking about having some night flying with that so I was going to put um
[911.87] Jack: A night camera on it. What and I uh, yeah the legality though of flying at night
[919.55] Jack: Um
[920.91] Jack: You know, uh, you can get uh for now loads of different types
[926.11] Tony: Before quid the run cam night eagle
[929.07] Tony: Uh, I think you have to get it direct from run cams though
[932.99] Tony: You know what i'm like with how long it takes to get everything in here
[935.95] Tony: But I really I just want to fly my wing at night because I remember
[940.03] Tony: Summer's pond uh carlos was flying uh wing at night and that was with the run cam
[946.75] Tony: Ow
[947.79] Tony: Not the owl too. That was ow and it looked so impressive. It was he could fly around like it was daytime. It's like a greeny
[955.63] Tony: color
[957.07] Tony: But it was it was really good and he was flying around all at night and and now apparently this um
[963.31] Tony: new run can eagle
[965.79] Tony: Is stout like 10 times better. I don't know
[969.23] Tony: Looks really really good. And I just want to fly my wing at night on a frosty
[973.63] Tony: Cold night just sit out in the field and put my gloves on
[977.55] Tony: Go for a fly
[978.91] Tony: Which is now like half four it gets dark. I'll get home at two walk with dogs now
[983.47] Tony: I'm even having less time to fly
[986.11] Jack: It is it is like since the clock's gone back. There has been no time whatsoever
[991.55] Tony: No, we had a lovely session on monday. How warm was it monday? It was great t-shirt t-shirt weather t-shirt
[997.39] Tony: Wherever on the 31st and we had a really nice day
[1000.83] Tony: And like it was perfect. I just took the day off because it was such a perfect day
[1004.91] Tony: And one of the you don't get you're not going to get many of them anymore. It was just no wind sunny and it was warm
[1013.39] Tony: So
[1014.83] Tony: But it was nice
[1016.35] Tony: Nice day. Are you still wearing that?
[1019.15] Tony: I've swore again
[1020.51] Tony: Sorry, this is a sweary. Sweary. This is I say sweary. Sweary. So jack knows it's just warm. So when he edits it's easy
[1029.47] Jack: Yeah, i'm getting quite attached to it. It's making my head feel a bit weird, but yeah, i'm getting hot
[1035.71] Tony: Are you picking up like alien spaceships?
[1042.35] Jack: Are they taking you home yet jack? No, um rc hacker
[1047.23] Jack: 2.4 gigahertz
[1052.75] Jack: Booster
[1054.91] Jack: Right, so i only phoned you up earlier on the week you did you're a little bit naughty shall we say we won't say
[1061.47] Jack: What you were doing
[1063.47] Jack: Or where you were doing that naughty it was yeah, it wasn't no one got hurt
[1069.31] Jack: No one's dead
[1071.87] Jack: like but tony tony
[1074.83] Jack: Tested the limits of his range shall we say
[1080.43] Tony: Which was quite far yeah for a for a
[1084.27] Tony: Normal trenace. Well, I mean you could still see it, right? You had your binoculars
[1089.07] Tony: So we weren't that illegal supposed to be at a seat. I had two spotters. No, I know you did don't say that
[1095.15] Jack: I could just see it no matter what
[1098.43] Jack: um
[1099.39] Jack: Oh, yeah, by the way, I would like to
[1102.91] Jack: Remind everyone
[1105.07] Jack: Sorry, this is a bit of a paid

[1194.91] Jack: Um
[1196.19] Jack: Are you going to be wearing your tin hat? Yeah, especially
[1200.99] Tony: Uh, you're welcome on my dang. I'm glad i'm not flying there this year because last year was horrible
[1206.51] Tony: But apparently you're all going to be um using, um connects this year. So it might be a bit different
[1212.43] Tony: And yeah, I don't know how anyone flew
[1215.55] Tony: Last year in that with it was horrendous
[1219.15] Tony: But it was my go-to-go. I started taking off and then
[1223.07] Tony: I just saw a pair of hands on the
[1226.99] Tony: Because people were just powering on all the time
[1230.11] Tony: And it was just terrible
[1232.83] Jack: I
[1234.11] Jack: I flew into the netting immediately
[1237.33] Tony: It's in a different hall. Anyway, I think I think so different hall and hd system. So it's I think it's going to be better
[1244.13] Jack: Yeah, I wouldn't mind having a bit of a fly, but I don't think that's going to happen at all
[1250.77] Tony: I think jem's uh doing a mini loop
[1253.97] Jack: Bit in there so we could have a go at that. Yeah, I don't know in a mini loop
[1258.61] Jack: Well, we don't have a dan upton
[1261.65] Tony: Well, i've got a dan upton quad as well. And um
[1264.61] Tony: Is there still any places at the
[1267.25] Tony: event
[1268.53] Tony: On the 20th of november at the uh dom's event. Do you know?
[1274.21] Jack: What's it called? The little
[1278.05] Jack: Long hill school in right indeed. Yeah, uh, no idea
[1282.69] Tony: Absolutely. Have a look on there. Is it is it been posted on the hidden valley event page?
[1288.77] Jack: I'm not going to link it
[1291.17] Tony: It's 20th of november. Anyway, I think there might be some places still
[1295.57] Tony: Gonna be a three hour indoor fun fly with little quads if anyone's interested
[1299.97] Jack: Yep, and we will be sorting out the branding for the let's drone out youtube channel. Hopefully so that
[1307.49] Jack: uh, it doesn't have to be on my youtube channel and
[1311.49] Jack: It will be its own. Let's drone out youtube channel and all the old episodes will be there
[1317.97] Jack: edited with a little logo that you can watch and then we can have
[1323.65] Jack: Let's drone out on there instead of here
[1327.17] Tony: Which would be cool. Yeah
[1329.25] Jack: That would be its own entity and we can have an embed. So
[1334.13] Jack: When you go on to powering on uh, you might get some of this
[1338.21] Jack: We're sat around chatting and you can see us
[1342.05] Jack: Uh ed, yeah, yeah by all means you can join I will
[1346.69] Jack: Send you the link
[1349.89] Jack: On facebook and you just copy that
[1354.21] Jack: Link into your browser and you can come on
[1357.81] Jack: And don't ask about your quad because tony still hasn't given me a board for that. I've actually just got them today. I
[1364.53] Tony: had to pay
[1366.13] Tony: Another 11 pounds on top. Oops, sweary. Sweary. Sorry jack
[1371.49] Tony: This is your
[1373.17] Tony: Sorry, mate, at least look now you get to a bit when you listen to it back and I say sweary. Sweary
[1379.33] Tony: And you know, it's around this area
[1381.73] Tony: Sorry, dude. Uh, yeah, so I had to pay another 11 quid blooming. Uh, I nearly swore again
[1388.13] Tony: um, yeah
[1390.37] Tony: For a god damn import tax
[1393.97] Jack: Yes, I nearly swore again. I just hm revenue and customs and whatnot. Yeah, like they need any more money
[1400.29] Jack: Oh
[1401.97] Jack: Here they go. The government's watching me. They're controlling me. They're taking more money just because i'm getting things
[1408.77] Jack: Good evening. They want a cut of my fun yet. They want to ban it all
[1413.97] Jack: Evening bruce red cliff evening sir. How are you doing? So anyway, thank you. I was talking about
[1419.79] Jack: wi-fi boosters
[1421.57] Jack: not
[1422.93] Jack: Wi-fi boosters and i'm suggesting that we attach one of those so you can get better range
[1428.53] Jack: Fair enough because I don't like the higher db antennas because what happens right is you've got
[1435.41] Jack: An antenna like this
[1437.41] Jack: And it's kind of like it's more it's like it's like an apple shape. It's more
[1443.25] Jack: you know like that
[1445.17] Jack: so if you imagine the radiation patterns like a
[1448.37] Jack: Kind of around so you increase the db and it sort of goes to like a doughnut shape
[1454.53] Jack: So it's like wider
[1456.69] Jack: But it's squashed so it's gone out wider. So if you imagine a beach ball
[1461.73] Jack: And you you squidge it a little bit
[1463.09] Jack: This is what this antenna is like and then you get the high dv, you know, nanu nanu
[1468.19] Jack: Antenna and then it's flatter but it's gone wider
[1471.97] Jack: And then when you fly really high up you kind of get out of that
[1476.45] Jack: Area, so I reckon you up to the power
[1480.05] Tony: So power over antenna dvi
[1483.41] Jack: Eat for linear. Yeah
[1485.09] Tony: Are we going to do that to my tyrannis and how are we going to do it?
[1488.29] Jack: Is it we're going to do it externally? You just yeah, you just put it in line
[1491.65] Jack: Yeah, and you mount the you mount the booster so you have where is my tyrannis?
[1496.85] Jack: so we do the tyrannis, um
[1500.43] Jack: Antenna mod where you
[1503.73] Jack: Uh open your tyrannis
[1505.81] Jack: You've got a module in here
[1508.21] Jack: And then you connect the wire ufl connector on that or remove the connector and solder it directly
[1514.53] Jack: And then it gives you this sma at the top. You are found to print you something that holds the sma
[1520.37] Jack: You add um a bit of coaxial cable here
[1524.61] Jack: It goes to the little uh wi-fi booster and then you add another coaxial
[1530.29] Jack: To your antenna that will balance here or on top of your roof if you want to fly inside your car
[1535.09] Tony: Good because winter's coming and yeah being inside would be nice and just chucking the antenna on the roof of the van
[1542.45] Jack: All right. Yes, sir. Yeah. How are you doing? All right. All right
[1547.41] Ed: You're looking really smart
[1549.41] Ed: Uh, yeah, um, i'm kind of just
[1552.05] Ed: Babysitting some stuff that the computer's doing
[1555.65] Jack: It's really boring
[1557.33] Jack: Oh, so you thought
[1559.65] Jack: Let's drone out we'll kind of make it a bit more palatable
[1563.57] Jack: How badly mistaken you are
[1566.85] Jack: I just like to apologize for these 17 people who are listening live. I
[1571.17] Jack: I think the apology should have come earlier after uh,
[1574.29] Jack: Onto the whole space debacle
[1576.29] Jack: Oh, yeah
[1578.53] Jack: Well you tune in and listen to him. It's not me
[1581.89] Jack: I just you know like
[1584.37] Jack: loon
[1585.33] Jack: round
[1587.97] Jack: Lunar eclipse
[1590.37] Jack: Such a shadow a spaceship
[1605.65] Ed: On the moon it went dong I had this a whole of sunday tony
[1611.09] Ed: We ganged up on you then
[1613.81] Tony: Just can't ignore you
[1616.13] Tony: Immortals
[1620.53] Tony: What are you holding in your hand
[1622.85] Jack: This is a tv s triumph antenna for anyone who doesn't it doesn't know what you've done to that
[1629.33] Jack: It's bloody hell swearing. I don't think it is. No, it's fine. You can say that
[1633.97] Jack: So it's it's covered in foam. Did you take it apart to?
[1638.77] Tony: Backwards engineer it like they did the ufos
[1641.89] UNKNOWN: Oh
[1643.25] Jack: Yeah, because that's why we have ufos
[1653.17] Ed: I've got to give a big shout out to the uh, to the hitler d shop video that pops up this week
[1658.77] Jack: That's funny bad
[1660.21] Jack: You know like
[1661.57] Jack: Why are people making you know, like light of hitler, you know, like he did murder a load of jews and everyone else
[1668.53] Jack: And try to like, you know, he's in bay poland
[1671.89] Jack: paris
[1672.93] Jack: You know the guy's a jerk, you know what I mean? It's like
[1677.25] Jack: Having d anyway i've been banging around d shot like tony bangs on about, you know lizard people
[1685.17] Jack: You know for the last couple of weeks
[1687.17] Jack: No, no everyone was like and then I was like d shot. It's really good. And then I I messaged josh
[1694.69] Jack: I I feel like
[1696.29] Jack: I can't be bothered to go i've shut my skype, but I messaged josh and I was like d shot man
[1701.33] Jack: Do you want to you know, you should really?
[1704.45] Jack: Do you want do you want some kiss stuff? I'm talking to paul
[1706.85] Jack: Do you want do you want me to like, you know sort you out because with those eses you've got
[1712.85] Jack: You can go to you know, develop a mode and flash those and at the moment they're running the d shot 600
[1719.81] Jack: So they're the the fastest
[1722.45] Jack: Protocol for for d shot and he's like, no, I don't care about kiss shot
[1726.85] Jack: You know and um kiss stuff and blah blah blah. I'm not really that bothered. He's a big supporter of um,
[1732.85] Jack: Beat a flight which I feel a bit of a traitor
[1736.53] Jack: because at the moment
[1738.53] Jack: I don't have it
[1740.13] Jack: I don't I don't have anything that runs beat a flight at all
[1743.49] Jack: I've got something that runs what I did have something to run tri-fly. Yeah, and i've got um
[1749.09] Jack: um
[1750.37] Jack: And i've got two quads one's running d shot and the other one is running rc28 with
[1756.93] Jack: version
[1757.97] Jack: 1.02
[1760.21] Jack: Which means it's 1.1, but with a bootloader on it. So that's all analog and really old
[1766.29] Jack: um, I should really update the eses but
[1769.65] Jack: They were they were only ever you've got version 1.03
[1773.03] Jack: 0.03
[1774.31] Jack: But that was only ever a release candidate. So I wanted to put d shot on if that's the case
[1779.75] Jack: Yeah
[1781.11] Jack: But you know you you'd I'd only ever then i'd have to move to rc29
[1785.83] Jack: Anyway, when rc30 is d shot
[1790.07] Ed: So was there any glitches when you were running it because i've just sort of
[1794.63] Ed: Had a lot of uh, kiss stuff delivered and it's going on my next bills
[1798.47] Ed: Yeah, um, I was a fool to move away from it, but uh, I told you like yeah
[1804.71] Jack: That's lonely and it's good
[1808.23] Jack: Um
[1810.79] Jack: Wow
[1812.79] Jack: The tin fork hat is coming off
[1815.91] Jack: That is you say sensible things the tin fork hat comes off
[1821.11] Jack: but
[1822.15] Jack: Stop talking trollet. Yeah
[1825.59] Jack: for everyone
[1826.95] Jack: but if you send an email
[1829.19] Jack: or subscribe
[1831.03] Jack: You get a free tin fork hat for the rest of the show
[1838.95] Jack: In the comments don't worry about everyone else knowing your dress because the government know your address and they're watching and controlling you
[1848.31] Tony: Flying that and flying race flight
[1851.11] Tony: Can't feel the difference between both they feel the same to me
[1855.11] Tony: D shot ain't better than
[1857.43] Tony: Race flight and race flight ain't better than d shot. I just think they're hitting their marks at the same
[1863.43] Tony: Place, you know
[1865.19] Ed: I was really really encouraged by last week's yeah last week's show where it was mentioned that the
[1871.11] Ed: the speed of of the gyro was you know equally as important as the speed of the processor and
[1878.15] Ed: How fast signals get to and from bits and pieces? So i'm really I really can't wait to
[1883.27] Ed: Try d shot out. So i'm such a i'm such a luddite when it comes to this bill heady just scares the crap out of me
[1889.35] Ed: There's too many buttons in beta flight
[1891.03] Ed: And this is only this is to put people in the picture
[1894.15] Ed: I mean I when it comes between a choice between a mac and a pc or choose a mac because i'm an idiot
[1899.11] Ed: you know, I can't drive pc so
[1902.07] Ed: um, it's kind of it's i'm in that mentality where I just wanted to plug in and and work and go and it was really
[1908.95] Ed: It's been really good hearing about d shot
[1911.59] Ed: Forming really really well and then hearing last week's
[1915.35] Ed: About which other thought was brilliant by the way really informed tips
[1918.95] Jack: Yeah, it's it's good when we have someone on let's drone out that matters
[1923.83] Tony: um
[1934.31] Jack: I don't know what's wrong with me like I had a jerk off
[1937.19] Jack: The other day like before before I met tony I was like I hate people that are always constantly on their phone
[1945.19] Jack: And I walked outside of a supermarket
[1949.27] Jack: It was test goes and
[1951.59] Jack: Um, one of my old friends text me and i'm texting that person out the corner of my eye because i'm visually aware
[1958.55] Jack: I see a car and I stop at the corner and then I wait and I continue texting and then I look I kind of like
[1964.95] Jack: Turn my head a bit and then go go on
[1967.83] Jack: And then, you know still doesn't and I go go on. I was like, what is that guy's problem?
[1972.47] Jack: Like i'm not going to step out the middle of the road. I'm texting i'm just gonna stand here
[1976.23] Jack: And then as the car moved around and I followed it whilst I was texting
[1981.51] Jack: I then caught a glimpse of its tires as they rolled over the zebra cossing. I was
[1992.07] Ed: But it's important that back on
[1995.83] Ed: So
[2001.43] Ed: Yeah, it's not exclusive this if you say something stupid it's going on
[2006.39] Jack: It's not as bad as my friend who
[2008.95] Jack: Stops at the right middle of the road and flash someone to cross and then I was like mate
[2014.23] Jack: that's a guide dog and he went oh
[2017.27] Jack: And the guide dog was looking at him like
[2020.95] Jack: No good flashing me mate because he might believe me
[2024.23] Jack: Because the car makes a noise you can hear it. Um, so anyway, that's how guide dogs work. Anyway, um,
[2031.91] Jack: thanks, so
[2033.19] Jack: The thing is right
[2034.15] Jack: I think they've got the names wrong because all multi shot is is that it tells the flight controller once
[2040.79] Jack: So you're at mid throttle 1500 with
[2044.55] Jack: With um one shot it would just send that command over and over again
[2048.87] Jack: It will be 15 000 by the way
[2051.03] Jack: Keep running the motors at 15 000 by the way run the motors at 15 000 and then multi shot
[2057.27] Jack: Which is a bit weird because as from my understanding forgive me if i'm wrong
[2062.07] Jack: Because i'm an idiot. Maybe i've hung around with tony too long. Maybe this hat's not doing me any good
[2067.03] Jack: Right multi shot only sends the signal once and then only updates the flight controller when something news happened
[2074.71] Jack: so really
[2075.99] Jack: One shot should be called a nag shot where it goes 1500 1500 1500 1500 or 1400
[2083.19] Jack: 16
[2084.47] Jack: Full throttle full throttle, you know and just says it over and over again a multi shot
[2090.63] Jack: Actually, it's just should be called one shot because it only tells you when something new happens or
[2097.67] Jack: relevant shot
[2099.19] Jack: You know like relevant information. Sorry cara
[2101.91] Ed: NASA what's the business where you decouple the um speed of the signal going to the esc with the
[2107.83] Ed: pit loop
[2109.83] Jack: that is um
[2111.43] Jack: I could think you're talking about
[2113.51] Jack: Gyro thing. Is that right?
[2115.59] Ed: I was um, i've been reading up about it after my god-awful experience the other week. Hence why you've got my quad but um
[2123.83] Ed: There is a theory that states if you just bombard the esc with the signal that you want
[2129.99] Ed: Um, and if you've got a noisy signal obviously with analog
[2134.55] Ed: The noise will change the value
[2136.95] Ed: Yeah, it will give errors. Yeah, you'll get errors
[2139.27] Ed: So if you send I don't know if this is physically possible or just but just for argument say you send a thousand signals
[2145.43] Ed: That you get a better average at the thousand and you do say 200 so
[2150.37] Ed: decoupling the the
[2152.39] Ed: The speed at which the signal gets transmitted away from the pit loop and speed the esc signal up
[2158.39] Ed: It'll get a better average. Yeah, it's something I was reading and that
[2161.75] Jack: Yeah, which is completely irrelevant when you move over to d-shot because the value is what it is
[2168.07] Ed: It can't be corrupted, but it can be it can be interrupted but not corrupted is what I understand. Yeah
[2173.35] Jack: um, I was running d-shot t4
[2177.43] Jack: and
[2178.55] Jack: Initially, I had no problem with it. If you check out my video, uh, I finally did it
[2184.39] Jack: Um, it's where I fly
[2187.35] Jack: Right over to the and my phone's gone off. I kept it on the floor. So it wouldn't give me brain cancer
[2192.79] Jack: I did see that jack. Yeah. Yeah, um, so
[2196.15] Jack: back to bombarding my head
[2198.79] Jack: um
[2200.23] Jack: No, no, i'm not i'm not gonna read that. Um, so
[2206.55] Jack: Yeah, uh
[2209.27] Jack: Yeah, I was running t4 and I did that massive, you know come along and then after a while I went out with
[2216.55] Jack: Uh the the following weekend with dan upton and I was flying it and at low battery
[2223.51] Jack: Um, I don't have any voltage warning on any of my quad
[2226.95] Jack: I fly them and then I feel when it sort of gets a bit saggy and then I kind of go
[2233.43] Jack: Yeah, i've been flying long enough and that's it I kind of
[2238.63] Jack: Guess my battery voltage by sense of smell
[2241.83] Tony: That's the only way I can he does honestly I set a timer two and a half minutes land
[2249.35] Tony: It's not shouting at me. Jack's still flying around doing loops and all this
[2253.99] Tony: So i'm thinking how the hell is he doing this for two and a half minutes longer than me?
[2259.59] Tony: And it's because when he lands he's like
[2262.23] Tony: Just on the limit that batteries is no I come in
[2266.23] Jack: uh
[2267.11] Jack: three
[2268.23] Jack: point, um
[2270.39] Jack: Yeah, three point eight in each cell. So don't don't give me that rubbish
[2276.55] Jack: No, honestly
[2278.31] Jack: I do I come in at storage value. I could go for a little bit longer. Don't forget my my quads running on the old
[2285.43] Jack: um
[2287.43] Jack: Old kovra motors which like don't drain any power at all because you know, you hardly get compared to these days
[2295.43] Jack: thrusts
[2296.71] Jack: Um, sorry about that
[2298.55] Jack: Thrust values these are not not as amazing anymore. Plus they weigh as much as I do
[2305.11] Jack: Which is a lot
[2306.47] Jack: um
[2307.83] Jack: Maybe as much as the flat earth
[2310.23] Jack: Well, or a nasa space shuttle that's just not getting anywhere
[2314.95] Jack: um
[2315.75] Jack: so
[2317.27] Jack: Yeah, so I don't I don't drain that much power and I don't really run ridiculous props
[2323.43] Jack: You know, I do I do load them up a bit with the three three bladed props, but I run the dal and the
[2331.43] Jack: What else do I run now? And again, I run king kong
[2335.83] Tony: Uh, try blade props the race craft they look yeah, they look ridiculously good
[2342.47] Jack: And I haven't got any i've tried any of them
[2346.15] Tony: Tried any i've just tried the new cyclones i'm kind of liking them but putting them on the cord i'd feel like
[2352.95] Tony: Got to do some
[2355.35] Tony: Stuff big they're good at forward flight like brad has said is that the same they're good at forward flight
[2359.43] Tony: But when you turn feels like you've got to retune you can't
[2364.07] Tony: We're using them
[2365.99] Tony: They kind of found slippery in the bends if you know what I mean
[2370.15] Tony: I don't buy it as much
[2372.39] Tony: That's how I feel whether it's me or not. I don't know but i'm my whole setup's changed lately. So I couldn't really give you a total
[2380.07] Tony: Thing on it
[2383.75] Jack: But that says not true drach that sink and not sink
[2390.31] Jack: Hmm, sorry dan. I do apologize. I've got it wrong. Any questions, please forward it to
[2398.15] Jack: Daniel
[2400.79] Jack: At gmail.com if you if you want to know anything I cannot be trusted
[2406.55] Jack: But that's definitely not coming off now
[2410.15] Jack: um
[2411.67] Jack: Sorry, I was just reading the chat
[2415.27] Jack: So I was running d shot t4 and I was out with dan and at low battery
[2421.27] Jack: I'd get something they called dead duck where the lights on your escs
[2426.07] Jack: because uh
[2428.39] Jack: Um kiss escs have the rude boy bad boy
[2433.59] Jack: Blue led they're kind of like the coarser pints from howford's
[2439.83] Jack: led
[2444.07] Tony: I need to get some I
[2446.71] Jack: I want to remove my blue leds and change them for purple ones. So they match my hardware, but it's all smd
[2453.83] Tony: Why don't you uh switch them to pink so they match your underwear you idiot?
[2458.23] Jack: Oh, who says i'm wearing any underwear?
[2460.23] Jack: I
[2462.31] Jack: Tinfoil underwear
[2467.91] Jack: Email dan optin
[2472.95] Jack: Tinfoil underwear round your genitals right back to the plot what they're in
[2481.99] Jack: Who's coming on uh pop them on sunday the saturday
[2485.03] Tony: Uh
[2487.03] Tony: Not me
[2488.07] Jack: Cyclone needs a lot of eye to hold angle
[2491.35] Jack: I do four and a half minutes on 3s graphene batteries
[2495.67] Jack: says uh cody beast
[2497.75] Tony: Is he running like a camera or hd camera at all?
[2503.11] Jack: I don't know
[2504.31] Tony: 3s who flies 3s anymore? Well, if you if you're doing a nice like
[2510.79] Tony: nice video
[2513.59] Tony: Swishy flying nicey video. Why not run 3s?
[2518.31] Tony: If you don't want them punch outs and flips and stuff
[2521.35] Tony: Yeah, you could wear it you could you could use them
[2524.87] Tony: I'd get bored too quickly. Yeah, I remember changing from 3s to 4s and I was like, whoa
[2531.83] Ed: I think my wing up on 3s for about 10 seconds. Remember tony first day
[2538.31] Ed: Three three batteries and put 4s in straight away
[2543.35] Jack: I made the mistake of putting a 4s battery on my wing because i'd run out of three s's and then handed the controls
[2550.63] Jack: over to my friend simon
[2553.83] Jack: He decided to then find out and find highly amusing that my wing does a vertical climb and still accelerates. Yeah, and then
[2563.75] Jack: Tony saw the efc afterwards the efc melted. It was floaty fits. Yeah
[2570.95] Jack: It didn't catch on fire. It just melted
[2574.55] Tony: like one of the
[2575.83] Tony: positions
[2577.35] Tony: would like that
[2582.31] Ed: I pulled an awesome move with my wing in the weekends. I
[2588.23] Ed: Used tony as a runway. I missed his crotch by about two inches. I've got a bruise about that big
[2595.99] Jack: Yeah, right there that that wouldn't have happened if you're wearing the protective ldo sponsor
[2603.19] Jack: i've got a release though, it's like some silver box
[2616.23] Tony: I'm flying my cappie on 2s and i'm loving it on 2s
[2620.79] Tony: On 2s
[2622.63] Tony: It it's fly. It fly. I can fly it like so slow
[2627.75] Tony: It's it's crazy
[2629.75] Tony: I've just actually bought another lot of 2s
[2632.47] Tony: Uh, 5000 milliamp power batteries for it
[2636.63] Tony: So one wing i'm i can fly 4s 3s and then i'm actually gonna buy a night vision camera for it
[2643.43] Tony: So i'll play a night and then my cappy i'm just loving the setup gopro in the front lead weight on the front
[2649.43] Tony: And then i'm just flying a 2s
[2651.83] Tony: Battery with it and it gives it enough power to climb pretty
[2655.99] Tony: Fast and I can fly really slow
[2658.63] Ed: I don't think i'd want to fly a night without any sort of gps return to home just in case i've got
[2663.67] Ed: Got lost and completely lost my bearings. I did the first time tony
[2672.47] Jack: Flare or firework, you know what I mean that you can kind of like get
[2676.95] Jack: Your spotter to set off and then you know where you're but yeah
[2680.87] Jack: OSD with gps not even return to home just so that you've got the arrow to point you back home
[2687.99] Jack: And if you want the apple
[2690.23] Jack: Version of that then the ez uhf system
[2694.79] Jack: but apparently um
[2696.39] Jack: I've heard I I want to I want to put this out there if any of you guys own the ez
[2701.83] Jack: Uhf system made by immersion rc
[2705.59] Jack: um
[2706.47] Jack: Apparently like I've spoken to a few people here and there
[2710.23] Jack: Uh, a lot of people find the plug and play jr module that goes into the back of the trannis
[2715.51] Jack: It's the little red one
[2717.83] Jack: And says it works fine, but I've spoken to a few other people and said it's not amazing the external pack is better
[2725.51] Tony: You know
[2726.71] Jack: Yeah, so i've heard that i've heard that off ben who flies down at hidden valley
[2731.19] Jack: And uh, you know, i'm kind of wondering like how much you know
[2734.63] Jack: because looking at the external pack and how it's all nicely shielded and it's not in plastic and
[2741.43] Jack: You know, it's a big module and you can fit like bigger, you know better parts and you know more filters in there
[2748.87] Jack: And then you look at the little plastic, you know, like sega mega drive cartridge anything
[2755.27] Tony: Do 10k on that plug-in though
[2758.31] Jack: Did he just get a good module is there such thing as like you get a good one
[2763.35] Tony: I watched a guy on youtube fly out of his back garden 10k turn around and come home
[2767.99] Tony: With a plane and it was it worked fine and he wasn't even on the high boost apparently
[2772.95] Tony: He was just on the normal low settings, but I know the reason I want to get the uhf system
[2780.13] Tony: External is just so I can sit in a van and have it outside. Yeah
[2784.55] Tony: because if you have it
[2786.07] Tony: Inside and then you're sitting in the van. It's probably a bit
[2789.03] Tony: You won't get that range. Whereas you can just stick it out on the top of your van
[2794.23] Jack: um
[2796.23] Jack: You know dan dan was saying about uh an attenuator for the uh
[2801.51] Jack: The amplification that was all so I find that thing is with uhf if you look there's an old
[2808.79] Jack: flight test video
[2810.71] Jack: of like
[2811.91] Jack: how um how it affects your video and how
[2815.75] Jack: You know you've got to make sure because like a lot of um, you know emf comes from like our hd video cameras
[2823.51] Jack: And stuff like that and you have to shield
[2825.83] Tony: Even some of the cameras if you watch rc model reviews he'd done a test where he put it on a meter and he said
[2832.47] Tony: With this camera, it's this noisy. It's hitting the uhf van range. So if you put that camera on with that
[2840.39] Jack: He would just it would just clash so you've got to be careful what you do
[2845.03] Jack: Does anyone know the name of you know, like do you remember the old run can it's how they made like the this like, you know
[2853.19] Jack: C3po, you know how he's all covered in a sort of
[2857.03] Jack: I think it's like a big vacuum chain
[2858.87] Jack: but i'm probably really wrong big vacuum chain that they put a tiny bit of gold in there and they like
[2864.31] Jack: vacuum it and then they charge it and then they flash it and then it all just sticks to the
[2869.51] Jack: Shitting on the inside of the original, um run cam
[2873.11] Jack: It was uh, like it was all metal inside. It was like a thin layer
[2878.63] Jack: Of shielding inside the run can to stop
[2882.47] Jack: Stop the noise and i'm wondering is there
[2886.23] Jack: What what is that process? Can anyone remember what that's called? Yes, is it worth?
[2892.31] Jack: There is anodization, but it's not because obviously plastic isn't conducted
[2898.15] Jack: I don't know how you do, you know do charger aesthetic electricity. I feel really dumb now
[2903.67] Jack: But you know, I don't really want to think of the idea of tony
[2908.39] Jack: Inside in his home alone
[2911.35] Jack: Sluing bits of tin foil
[2913.35] Jack: Do you know what I would do?
[2916.07] Tony: Actually, you know, I wouldn't I was gonna say buy some quality street and take the wrappings apart and put them in
[2922.23] Jack: But they're not vegan
[2924.47] Jack: That's why so you're screwed there aren't you yeah exactly
[2929.03] Jack: That's why I changed my mind. Nothing's vegan. It's coming off after that one
[2936.15] Tony: Put it back on you dunks
[2940.95] Tony: Um, yes, you'll be happy to know your flight controllers are sitting downstairs there. Excellent. Are you gonna get those jacks?
[2947.83] Tony: Uh, yeah, i'm gonna post them
[2950.15] Jack: What about my sd card?
[2952.63] Tony: Um, can't find that yet
[2955.67] Jack: Yeah, i haven't moved
[2957.43] Jack: Uh, what else was going to talk about? Yeah last topic frank posted this and I did notice it earlier on
[2962.79] Jack: uh
[2963.67] Jack: clean flight if anyone cares
[2965.67] Jack: Uh
[2967.03] Jack: Version 4.0 has just been released
[2970.55] Tony: Does anyone use clean flight anymore?
[2976.2] Tony: nice
[2978.76] Tony: His tumbleweed went past me there
[2981.56] Jack: I
[2984.2] Jack: I've asked dominic clifton like via multiple platforms. I mean he knows who I am
[2992.2] Jack: Do you know what I mean? Like there's two people annoying the hobby
[2997.56] Jack: Thomas greer and dominic clifton both can't stand me
[3004.44] Jack: You know like if I had to put money on
[3007.8] Jack: Who's got a voodoo doll of me?
[3010.44] Jack: Those two come up
[3012.92] Jack: I like it hurts me to say I like thomas greer though. He's got a fantastic sense of humor seen as he tolerates me
[3021.88] Jack: And answers the phone when I call him
[3024.76] Jack: Um, but anyway i've i've even added dominic clifton on facebook and he doesn't add me
[3030.44] Jack: So I might have to ask laura, but i'd love to have him on because at the end of the day
[3035.08] Jack: He he he started all this
[3038.12] Jack: you know whilst
[3041.59] Jack: robo
[3042.63] Jack: Whatever his name is robo cop. Um, what is his name time cop? That's it
[3047.99] Jack: Time cop was being a douche
[3050.07] Jack: You know, he kind of cleaned up the code got it all nice and then
[3053.99] Jack: Beta flight came about because they just wanted to add things to test out
[3058.71] Jack: You know, and they it was basically beta flight should be called sand box
[3063.91] Jack: Like or wasp flight really after the logo
[3068.15] Ed: Should just be called beta flight
[3070.87] Jack: Um
[3072.87] Jack: I I don't know whether to have like the unicorn t-shirt. I don't know where to start making those like, you know, um
[3080.15] Tony: Race flight now race flight you can just you can do it. You don't even have to have bl heli
[3085.19] Tony: You can swap your motors on race flight
[3088.87] Jack: That's well good. I still I still don't care like i've never i've never been
[3095.27] Tony: Kissed band boy. Oh, look at me. Yeah
[3098.07] Jack: Because it works look at you come around my house late at night 1 a.m
[3102.55] Jack: He shows up at my house and he's like, can you flash this port? I'm like i've got no idea what i'm doing
[3109.51] Tony: Right you go onto this is why this was me robbing ed's board at your house
[3116.39] Jack: Yeah, so ed's got screwed. I have lack of sleep and i've got a vegan tinfoil wearing hat
[3123.83] Jack: mofo in my house
[3126.15] Jack: You know
[3126.95] Jack: My neighbors think i'm a drug dealer because this guy rolls up in his bad boy japanese jdm whip
[3135.11] Jack: You know like something off too fast too furious
[3138.55] Jack: kicks the door in and then you know and all you hear is the sounds of bombs being made
[3146.15] Jack: and then you know
[3149.75] Jack: You know as if a deal isn't quite going down the way they each other wanted
[3154.63] Jack: So
[3158.31] Jack: So
[3159.43] Jack: You know and I haven't got a clue
[3161.75] Jack: Like what gui is just like well google said they'll get rid of it. So we're not going to upload it
[3167.83] Jack: You've got to go to their website
[3169.89] Jack: Register like some sort of sex offender to then get the gui which I hate
[3175.83] Jack: What do you need my details for? Surely you're just grateful i'm using this
[3181.27] Jack: It's because google uh play store is shutting I think
[3184.63] Jack: Yeah, it is shutting but not yet. And then why don't they give us a stand alone?
[3191.75] Jack: A gui they don't you still have to drag the little file
[3196.15] Jack: Into extensions. It's not even in developer mode to help with updates. You can keep on track of it. It's absolute
[3204.61] Jack: cockwash
[3206.79] Jack: Run it as fast as you can why?
[3209.83] Tony: I don't know
[3211.67] Tony: You had an hour back on the clock. So you had an extra hour sleep. Anyway, you mainly get yep
[3217.11] Jack: I know but I still had to deal with you which I have
[3225.43] Jack: And then
[3227.43] Jack: Like yeah, just I don't know and why is there bill helley on on the uh
[3233.67] Jack: On the app store now, like i'm really glad that's good. That's one up for us. Uh mac users
[3239.83] Jack: And it's quite a nice interface, isn't it ed?
[3242.79] Ed: I haven't used it yet because I haven't had a quad working well enough to to use
[3250.31] Ed: I haven't blown for weeks again
[3252.39] Tony: Oh, no, it's awful. Isn't it? Well, you flew your wing into me letting that counts or something
[3257.27] Ed: I've made up for a lot of things. Tony
[3259.75] Tony: You bastard that must really i'm gonna send you the photo of my bruise. Just mate. Just don't have any overhang
[3267.33] Ed: items
[3269.83] Jack: Don't worry the tin foil boxer shorts will uh ensure
[3275.67] Jack: There'll be no embarrassment. Yeah
[3277.67] Jack: Right
[3278.71] Jack: Right, we're on we're on quarter past we've made up for an hour
[3282.87] Jack: Um, hang on
[3284.47] Jack: Yeah, I know I owe you a t-shirt
[3287.19] Jack: Neil I will do it. Yeah
[3290.31] Tony: You promised these are paper leader
[3295.03] Jack: Yep, hang on. I know he's he's the one that keeps it up and running
[3299.11] Jack: I know but that means i've got to like design something and like do some work. Yeah
[3304.63] Jack: Yeah, I know i've been editing
[3308.47] Ed: You have been busy on the videos man very impressive
[3311.51] Jack: Yeah, i've yeah, well and and i'm editing the let's draw now i'm trying to get
[3317.75] Jack: um
[3319.59] Jack: Yeah, i'm trying to get the ldo episodes back up and running i've edited two
[3325.11] Jack: Let's try now episodes one of which was the most swariest episode
[3330.63] Jack: ever
[3331.75] Tony: Yeah
[3334.79] Tony: It's we swore in the first five seconds. Yeah
[3338.31] Tony: I didn't realize
[3340.39] Jack: Yeah, you're a swearcast
[3342.79] Jack: Yeah, um
[3344.63] Jack: We we could we could move over to an explicit
[3347.99] Jack: Thing, but I don't I don't really want to we do like not hours one. Yeah
[3352.85] Tony: explicit late night poker
[3355.11] Jack: I know explicit rating
[3357.91] Jack: That's because you ran a cobra 22a
[3361.35] Jack: 22oa
[3362.71] Jack: on an eight inch prop and 4s loll mental i can't believe it only melted the esc
[3368.87] Jack: Ems shielding. Yeah, we discussed that but what is the process of?
[3373.91] Jack: Flashing the weird metal coating that is actually metal none of this fake dyson stuff
[3380.15] Jack: Uh, you guys are funny. Don't encourage tony who's uploading it me
[3387.19] Jack: The b config. Where's the t-shirt?
[3390.63] Jack: Bradder says kiss his poo. Shut up brother. You know
[3395.91] Tony: I know
[3399.35] Jack: You're all flat earth kiss c-words
[3408.31] Jack: Tony doesn't run kicks is the only flat earther here
[3412.47] Jack: I
[3416.31] Jack: Race flight if anyone's going to be like oh the earth's flat
[3419.75] Jack: It's going to be race flight so they can fly across the earth quicker because it's flat
[3424.47] Ed: I took that as an advice on on
[3427.27] Ed: Quad parts and it just ended in a world of pain. That's ended up on it on your floor. Actually jacks. Uh, that's where race flight got me
[3435.03] Jack: I know
[3436.79] Jack: like I
[3438.71] Jack: Did what I flashed
[3440.39] Jack: On your quad work. It didn't because we had to use an old but how do you get the old versions on there?
[3446.15] Tony: It was on brad as his uh pc. So I just
[3449.03] Jack: So he's already got an old hex
[3451.11] Tony: Yeah, i took that off and put the old hex on because the new that new one it flew like a bag of nails and then i'll put
[3457.11] Tony: The old version 3.43 on and it flew perfect. Was that sunday?
[3463.19] Ed: Yeah, you look so grumpy, man
[3466.31] Tony: Well, I plugged my quad in and it caught fire what do you expect
[3472.71] Jack: That breaks rule zero don't be on fire
[3479.75] Jack: You've had nothing but problems with that thing
[3483.03] Tony: This is the day I was at jacks house till god knows what then had to drive home from brighton and then get up early
[3489.19] Tony: and meet you love
[3491.19] Tony: it
[3493.19] Tony: And then uh still try to fix the quad and plug in and then it was on fire
[3497.27] Ed: It did it was an impressive puff of smoke. I was uh, I I could warm my hands on it. It was
[3504.71] Tony: Worked out in the end. I got the uh race flight on it enough and it flew uh, nice
[3509.59] Tony: I just got to get used to not flying a gopro on really. So
[3513.51] Tony: That's what i'm trying this year
[3515.75] Tony: but I am gonna have
[3517.67] Tony: Different quads for different things this year
[3520.23] Jack: Yeah, do you ever miss your gravity 280?
[3523.59] Tony: Yeah, I took did I take it home? Yeah, I took it home. Didn't I? I'm gonna um
[3528.95] Ed: You know what? Are you gonna put in that tony?
[3532.07] Jack: My what what are you gonna put in your gravity too? I was I was gonna put a kiss in it but
[3538.71] Jack: Can you buy some xn20s to put in it
[3543.78] Tony: It's got it's it's got stuff in it. It just um the video i've just got video issues. So i'm just gonna
[3549.54] Tony: Do some shielded cable in it and and start running it again. No, i'm i don't even know it's the
[3558.98] Jack: Uh little b eses the ceramic
[3563.28] Jack: Capacitors in it aren't big enough and they're really
[3567.06] Jack: Stop start and they're really noisy. Yeah, that's why i'm gonna shield cable the fvd cap
[3574.82] Jack: You've got some xm
[3577.78] Jack: You got some xm20 eses in the other quad
[3581.86] Jack: Why don't you take those?
[3586.82] Tony: The white one that you're not meant to have well over there no that is on my wall that is not
[3593.22] Tony: Just that is my
[3595.3] Tony: advert tv fossil stuff
[3597.86] Tony: Others advert drawing that i'm never taking apart and it is staying on my wall forever
[3603.14] Jack: Okay, um, yeah, i've got the leds for it by the way
[3607.78] Tony: Put them on and then leave it on the wall. Yeah, i'm never flying that jack that he's staying on my wall as a
[3614.16] Tony: momentum of
[3616.66] Jack: You know crashing, yeah
[3620.58] Jack: What is the plan for this weekend?
[3624.26] Tony: Uh
[3626.94] Tony: I haven't got a plan. I think sunday may be um hidden valley race day

[3641.02] Ed: But if it's any we talked about this bradders
[3644.3] Ed: You said you'd go pick it up from jack if if if that was you know, if jack was too busy
[3649.9] Jack: I'm not busy enough, but i'd just like to point out that tony's quad did set on fire
[3654.94] Jack: Yeah
[3656.94] Jack: First order from neil with a bag of haribo sweets. It's so awesome ate them with a little
[3663.58] Tony: I left mine for people who want to come around and eat the uh boiled bones of dead animals. Yeah

[3728.7] Jack: That hate all humans
[3732.22] Jack: Yeah
[3733.42] Ed: Yeah, next year tony you should make some vegan treats which is a oil brussel sprout covered in carrot chocolate

[3742.86] Tony: Have that little little angels have that and they get home
[3748.62] Tony: Well, you get one of your five a day with that love
