Waiting for the sunshine...

[0.66] Jae: Are we really live? We are live. Hello. This is such a frantic episode to get us live on here
[6.34] Jae: I mean my hands are black. I don't know if you can see they are actually literally black with oil and
[10.94] Jae: stuff
[13.06] Jae: Troubles, but I'm here. I wouldn't miss this show for anything of the being stranded. So welcome to let's try now
[21.62] Jae: This week we're supposed to have NJ, but he's running late, but instead we've got the illustrious Tony Tony
[27.62] Jae: Oh sure and a wonderful amazing Clinton
[36.14] Clint: Okay, I'm greedy
[38.34] Jae: Actually, to be fair. I was stranded in a car park soaking wet with a wet, but I'm trying to fix my car and Clinton
[46.18] Jae: Managed to log into my account hacked it and logged in to start the stream
[50.86] Jae: That's a lot of
[53.02] Jae: You mate, I'll even do my glasses
[58.42] Jae: Yeah, we've got a I don't you know
[60.58] Jae: There's no point to this show ever most of the weeks anyway
[62.86] Jae: But actually there might be some people tuned in that are complete and utter noobs
[66.26] Jae: So we might even cover off what to do if you're a complete noob might even cover some of the racing and stuff like that
[74.9] Tony: We got let me have a little quick look strikers in as normal who is the first person in it was
[83.78] Tony: zero
[85.98] Jae: Hello guys, welcome to you all I I have not got my glasses on
[89.82] Jae: So I can't even read anything
[92.42] Jae: Anything I can't see who's in there or anything. I am so disheveled today
[97.54] Tony: gigawatt stick beat em
[99.66] Tony: we've got
[101.14] Tony: How else have we got mr. Frost in who?
[104.38] Tony: Won the freestyle
[110.14] Tony: Right in his cock
[116.5] Tony: The quad out the tree we've we've got lots of people in there so hello to everyone
[123.46] Jae: You know hello, and thank you joining and sorry we're a bit late
[126.86] Jae: We did actually plan to start on time and have a an idea
[130.1] Jae: I know and if you pose any questions, I won't be the one to read them because I can't read right now
[135.1] Jae: I'm blind as a bat
[137.14] Jae: Need FP what I could do no no here's an idea
[139.9] Jae: I should get some FP you goggles and just hold a camera up quite close to everything
[146.1] Jae: That would be I don't think it's gonna be good for tonight's show
[151.06] Jae: Yeah, this is the ongoing mini here show drama where I've I've spent up all my money on batteries and quad parts
[157.22] Jae: And I didn't leave you enough money for new specs
[160.38] Tony: So yeah, well, you know, there's priorities of ice
[166.22] Jae: Okay, okay
[167.7] Jae: in the franticness of racing I put them down on a straw bale at mini air show 3 and
[173.14] Jae: In the in our team, I mean it wasn't that fault really but somebody sat on them and it happened
[179.94] Jae: once I
[182.98] Jae: It wasn't Clinton it was his alter ego, but
[187.14] Jae: Beautifully squashed and actually it was a little a task to try and get them fixed with all sorts of glue
[193.7] Jae: And I fixed them up and they keep on breaking because there's someone sat on them
[198.26] Jae: Yeah, yeah, they did
[201.26] Jae: But big big kudos to brighten till I fly and many others who helped with the glue next next year
[206.82] Jae: I am gonna take activator
[209.02] Jae: Because activator is a one
[214.34] Jae: Well, yeah, there's that too there's that too, I mean I did need to get a new pair anyway
[218.38] Jae: So needs must needs must but this isn't like let's spec out. No, no, no, this is let's join out
[224.58] Jae: So Clinton you you've been flying a bit lately and had yet more woes with water. I do believe
[231.38] Clint: Yes, water and me don't mix. I think we've all established now
[235.7] Clint: Fertime a month. I've destroyed a quad fruit water. Let me recall. Let me recap first time
[241.94] Jae: You thought there's a gap in a waterfall. I think I can make it bad idea
[246.58] Jae: The second time there's a tire at Hidden Valley and you thought I think I can make and you did make it
[251.88] Jae: I believe the first time first three times. I made it for three times like the fourth time
[258.84] Tony: You should have just took that beard and that's it done
[265.8] Tony: From your mistakes twice through the hoop save don't do it again
[273.96] Clint: Conform coating now and I've literally covered everything. I'm already halfway through a bowl. So in theory, hopefully I
[280.44] Clint: Won't be destroy anymore quads. Yeah, and I just saw a comment from binary for all he has told me about 20 times. So
[291.12] Jae: His binary throttle in the chat as well he was one of the stars of mini air show
[295.32] Tony: His real name is Gary everyone. It's not binary for always not Gavin. It's Gary
[301.6] Jae: And if you get to the bottom of this cuz actually I thought he was Gareth on the day, but it's not and
[310.4] Jae: But but Gav Gav
[312.48] Jae: Yeah, I don't know. Where did the Gary come from? Is it just people getting it your name wrong?
[316.8] Tony: No, it's me getting it wrong. I keep
[319.52] Tony: Guy kept calling him Gary and his name Gavin and it just stuck
[323.88] Tony: You know what? I'm like with Frank and his name
[326.12] Jae: So if it's understandable because he obviously has different names by different superhero aspects of what he's doing
[333.32] Tony: Yeah, well
[335.0] Tony: It's Gary now I do need to get on this chat. He still loves me though because he's uh, we're going to come comic on
[341.48] Tony: I've been invited to comic on with him to fly some
[345.56] Tony: Mini drones next friday and saturday. So
[349.72] Clint: I should be
[352.36] Clint: Are you meeting coming up? Yeah, mate, apparently so so uh friday saturday sunday
[357.08] Clint: Hopefully I will be up there too and maybe maybe even you jay
[361.0] Jae: That'd be awesome. That's next friday
[363.96] Tony: Uh, we're off to discuss how we're getting there after this because you didn't know you were going and if you're coming up past
[368.84] Tony: Or whatever we could get the train together or share a car or whatever more to the
[374.52] Jae: More to the point. What are you guys going dressed as it's comic con. You can't go
[378.68] Tony: as tone still won
[381.88] Tony: You're gonna paint yourself green I've got to dress it up man
[385.56] Tony: Well, I don't know what it's all about
[387.88] Jae: Cosplay and comic con go hand in hand. It's it's rules of entry. Didn't you know?
[393.08] Clint: I'm going to steve from minecraft
[396.68] Clint: I've already got i've already got the gear i've got the i've got the pickaxe the helmet i've got everything so
[402.6] Clint: Seriously, yeah
[404.04] Jae: Wow, we needed some type of boxes and some paint to really know that i'm going as mr. V
[409.88] Jae: This is the thing. We need the quad related superhero
[414.04] Jae: And since nj is not on the call, let's make nj our resident superhero nj by day
[419.0] Clint: Um by night. Yeah, it would surprise me if he actually has nj tech
[422.76] Clint: on
[428.04] Jae: Yeah, I think he needs a cape though
[430.68] Clint: Okay
[431.88] Clint: Maybe we should all chip in and get in one
[434.28] Clint: Yeah, I reckon so
[435.72] Jae: Um, right i'm trying to do this blind but i'm going to come in the chat room and i'm going to make my phone really big
[440.76] Tony: There's lots of chat going on
[443.16] Jae: I know but this is half the exciting thing actually with the chat actually it's hard though because
[448.12] Tony: I have to leave my phone on
[450.12] Tony: And I have to look down and then i'll concentrate in to read out people's names and it's
[455.96] Tony: Bit of a nightmare. When is this rain gonna stop? I want to fly and it's just constantly raining
[462.6] Jae: Actually, i'll tell you a little story. Um
[465.16] Jae: We decided on sunday morning stupidly to get up early like on sunday morning at 5 5 a.m
[470.68] Jae: To arrive at a park at 6 a.m
[472.92] Jae: And yeah, but I set off in my car not for me. It was about half an hour journey in rain
[478.6] Jae: Um, and the only the only bit of hope I was given was from the rain today up
[482.52] Jae: I don't know
[483.32] Jae: Most people have heard of it by now
[484.6] Jae: But if you haven't heard of it
[485.72] Jae: It gives you a radar map of the rain and it tells you roughly when it should stop
[489.4] Jae: And you know what? It was quite accurate. So
[491.96] Jae: We stayed it got a little lighter. We had a little fly between the showers
[495.32] Jae: It rained a little bit more but then actually i've followed that by that. It was bright sunshine
[499.72] Jae: So sometimes you just have to trust the weather reports
[504.76] Jae: But rain today if you haven't got it is an awesome app available for android and iphone. I believe
[509.56] Jae: Um, maybe not windows phones, but who has a windows phone?
[513.16] Jae: Are you
[515.16] Jae: Do you no way?
[519.0] Jae: Yeah, I think he needs a cake though. Oh, that's me again
[524.12] Jae: Oh, that's you jolly. Yeah, I was trying I was in a live stream so I could catch up on the chat
[529.64] Tony: Uh, i'm getting lots of uh
[532.84] Tony: Tony with pigtails laugh out loud. He's got no hair. I don't know what they're going on about
[538.04] Tony: There's a lot of chat going on at the moment
[540.76] Jae: Ah still bailey's in the chat as well someone who was actually there at the park
[544.52] Jae: Set park in the rain much before I was and that actually it was only because he was there. I couldn't leave the man behind
[550.28] Tony: So hello. Welcome to the chat. What's up, london london's in the chat as well
[554.6] Tony: so
[556.36] Jae: Ah, so maybe we'll just open it up to the chat room
[559.4] Jae: What we're going to chat about tonight because to be honest, I am so unprepared i'm thinking about my car or fault lack of
[565.24] Jae: um
[566.84] Tony: Clinton all I can say is
[570.2] Jae: Yeah, yeah, well obviously we'll we'll tie it into this conforming electronics, uh with the
[577.32] Jae: Whatever, you know
[580.28] Jae: Conforma coating. Yeah
[582.52] Jae: Are you not worried that?
[584.12] Jae: You'll miss a bit and it'll still take you down anyway, or b that it'll actually
[587.88] Jae: Overheat chips and things like that. Well, the overheating was one of the concerns I had
[592.92] Clint: Uh, no, you're not really because I mean, I don't know what I use when I first started flying last year
[598.92] Clint: Um, everything used to get really really hot and it would come down hot escs would be warm
[604.2] Clint: Stuff but stuff now the escs come down cold
[607.8] Clint: um
[608.6] Clint: The flight controllers don't really get that hot anyway
[612.2] Clint: Um, and even the vtx is now, you know, not like I remember the first one was the immersion rc 200 milliwatt
[619.64] Clint: And that would be even slightly warm and it used to get really warm whereas now with the the new ones they barely
[627.56] Clint: They barely get warm. You can't even you can't even warm your hands up on them. I think that still gets a bit warm
[633.0] Clint: I think but i'll be running uh be running 25 milliwatts and they they've been staying uh, they've been staying cold
[642.12] Jae: A long time ago. I thought 25. Yeah, yeah, whatever and flying around trees
[646.28] Jae: Actually, i'm really impressed with the recent vtx is running on 25. They do such an amazing job
[651.72] Jae: And actually antennas as well, but um, so you're actually going to completely cover all of your quad electronics
[657.72] Jae: I haven't completely covered all of my electronics
[660.92] Tony: Yeah
[662.92] Tony: Can you tell us what it is and what it does for people who don't know like me?
[667.08] Clint: so conformal coating as uh, was it gav or uh gary will tell you
[674.36] Clint: Yeah, it's like a
[677.0] Clint: Silicon coating that you can paint onto electronics and it goes on as liquid but then it dries into a very
[683.0] Clint: thin skin of silicon
[685.24] Clint: It basically just protects all the electronics underneath it so any water can't penetrate
[690.36] Clint: so as long as you get a good seal on everything you can um
[693.56] Clint: You can hopefully make water
[695.8] Clint: In fact i've even gone to
[697.8] Jae: well
[699.8] Tony: Yeah, we lost him. I think he just fell off
[706.12] Clint: So i've even gone to the level of stripping down all the fpv cameras
[709.8] Clint: And uh coating
[711.64] Clint: The outside and inside and all the way around the outside of the lens to make sure that water can't get in
[717.96] Tony: That is proper nerd that is your t-shirt
[722.52] Clint: But uh, yeah, hopefully that will save my clothes. I mean
[725.8] Clint: Yeah in the past month or two. I have destroyed quite
[729.08] Clint: a substantial amount of
[731.48] Tony: Have you thought that you could actually fly in this weather with the coating on and fly it?
[738.12] Tony: And test it for us
[741.16] Tony: Fly in the rain and do a video
[743.72] Jae: I mean
[744.44] Jae: If we just walk off you won't get any signal but
[748.36] Jae: We'll see if it still works when we pull it out
[750.92] Clint: so this is this is uh
[752.92] Clint: Uh, a friend of mine just gave me one of those he brought it off martin at the uh at the air show
[757.0] Clint: It's one of the old v1s
[759.0] Clint: Where they had to build up and um, yeah, this whole quad has been conformal coated. It should be
[765.72] Clint: Pretty damn solid being an fsgx 210. So hopefully I can fly this anywhere
[770.84] Clint: Well within reason uh in any conditions and not have to worry about it
[775.24] Tony: We might do that with one of mine, you know, i've got a blue fx
[779.08] Tony: 210 and I might I might do that as well
[782.12] Clint: Well, I just wanted a quad that I just don't have to worry about and that hopefully is it so the camera's been
[788.2] Clint: Cut coated or the electronics inside not the lenses obviously
[792.12] Clint: Uh been coated the vtx has been coated like for all the escs all of the soldering joints. Everything has been uh
[799.64] Clint: Has been coated
[802.04] Jae: Can you do uh one of the thing for me like obviously it'll work on a bigger lens
[806.04] Jae: But coat it with rain x if you've never used stuff you put on your car and you don't need winter cream wipers
[812.92] Tony: Or we could um put it in a lunchbox like ldo games last year
[817.96] Jae: So
[820.6] Clint: Exactly we uh me and a friend had this conversation earlier today was it's the only downside now to that quad
[826.68] Clint: Is that you know how you're going to keep the water off the camera lens and i've heard of washing up liquid
[831.72] Clint: I think someone said but no no
[833.8] Tony: Go to the real stuff of reading
[837.24] Clint: We were trying to find the name earlier, but the other thing we were thinking was turtle wax
[841.48] Clint: You know like when you get the
[844.36] Tony: That will bead that will bead on the lens rain x will
[847.96] Tony: Will go off
[849.4] Jae: It should just run straight off
[851.4] Jae: I mean what rain x does is it it fills in all the little pits on the glass?
[855.48] Jae: So it's not permanent. You have to keep on reapplying it every so often
[858.84] Jae: Probably less so if you're not using wind speed wipers
[860.6] Jae: But it fills them in so the water just runs straight off because otherwise the little pit minute pits on the glass
[866.76] Jae: mean the water just sticks there
[869.4] Jae: And it's an amazing thing to just if you've never tried it on your car
[872.12] Jae: I recommend trying it on your car first and going out for a drive in the rain. You'll never want rain so much
[877.32] Tony: It is pretty cool. I try on the quad first
[880.36] Tony: It is amazing. So we got nj
[883.48] NJ: You enjoy hey man, sorry i'm a little bit late this evening
[889.24] Jae: Even with broken cars i beat you here nj
[893.48] Clint: And we just had we just had a comment in the chats from mitch saying that nj is cold game
[897.96] NJ: And nj's what cold game man cold game man
[903.8] NJ: Promoting good oral hygiene, what can I say?
[907.24] NJ: Your camera working with me you seem to have lost my camera is completely dead. I just tried it a minute ago
[912.68] NJ: It's doing some yeah technical issues with my camera
[915.88] NJ: So um, yeah, hopefully i'm just going to buy another one for next week. This one's just died and doing very strange things
[922.52] Jae: Actually, that could be more entertaining to put on the camera
[924.6] Jae: We're talking naturally earlier when you weren't here that we've nominated you the ldo superhero by day your day
[931.0] Jae: by night your nj tech with a
[934.84] NJ: I'm not sure what my superpowers are
[937.16] Jae: We we start promoting your uh
[939.56] NJ: They're tuning a superpower. I'm not sure I can save any lives with it
[944.44] Jae: I'm, not sure we mentioned tuning, but there might be other superpowers. Oh, really?
[948.92] Jae: We will have you found out what your superpowers are yet. Are they tuning?
[952.6] NJ: They haven't presented themselves to me yet
[955.48] Jae: Quite well, but uh, yeah
[958.92] Jae: And we'll be talking about covering quads with silicon to help clinton keep his quads working as in conformal coating
[967.64] NJ: Yeah, no, it's it's been that that's a really old trick actually, I mean that goes back
[972.04] NJ: You know probably I saw people messing around with conformal coating probably
[976.44] NJ: 15 years back was the last time I saw someone messing around with it in in in planes and stuff and
[982.36] NJ: Where you're running some uh, some of the 3d planes
[985.48] NJ: Um, you can get it from all different places. There's different grades of it as well
[989.48] NJ: Um, you can get the super like goopy stuff the anti-curricular stuff
[995.0] NJ: Um, yeah, there's there's quite a lot of different uh,
[998.2] NJ: Different types, but there's one specific type which I can't remember the name of which is really good for the quad stuff
[1003.48] NJ: Which comes in a green bottle? I think but I can't remember the the actual number attachment to that type of coat coating
[1010.12] NJ: Um, but yeah lots of people had success with it. So hopefully that's your water woes over with clinton
[1016.12] Jae: And ironically
[1017.96] Jae: I would have thought that people in the uk would do this in autumn maybe even winter
[1021.4] Jae: But no clinton's doing it in spring coming on summer
[1025.08] Tony: Well, it is raining odd and has done all of my
[1029.48] NJ: Nice bit of rubbish
[1031.56] Clint: It's the thing is though you go out and you
[1033.96] Clint: You sort of aware to stay away from water
[1035.8] Clint: But like you said tony about my last video with the motorbike
[1039.32] Clint: um
[1040.2] Clint: It's like actively wiped out by
[1042.76] Clint: A motorbike going through a puddle that's smashed up and you'd never think that would happen
[1046.92] Tony: It just it was it wasn't expected in a million years. Are you running you're still running race flight, aren't you?
[1053.16] Clint: Yeah, i've been having a few problems though. Um
[1056.6] Tony: Yeah, I was just gonna say because you can um change the motor direction on that so you can have the props
[1064.52] Tony: Flinging the water away from the lens
[1067.48] Clint: That's another good idea actually for the um
[1070.04] Clint: For waterproof mind you saying that the waterproof quad the fsg x2 10 is running beta flight
[1075.48] Clint: So it's going to be interesting to get beta flight again. I haven't tried it about six months
[1080.44] Tony: All right, interesting. I lose subscribers because i'd say i'm on race flight. I lost two subscribers
[1087.72] Jae: You know
[1088.6] Jae: In relation to your prop spinning and throwing lens towards the uh, what's towards the lens
[1093.16] Jae: It may not it might throw it away from the lens, but it also throws it towards your flight controller
[1098.52] Jae: As in the way that it rotates it'll back into the no on the fsg x2 10
[1103.08] Jae: All right, not on your stand
[1104.6] Clint: No, but on most other I have to I have to give credit to uh to mine on these things because the design on these
[1110.9] Clint: Fsg x2 10s is just astonishing
[1114.2] NJ: Um, i've had a few of these now in in the same way in the same way that a tank is astonishing
[1119.88] Clint: But that's what that's what I mean
[1122.28] Clint: I've always seen this is
[1124.76] Clint: You just don't have to worry about it. You don't have to worry about anything inside
[1127.64] Clint: You don't have to worry you just go out fly it pick it up
[1130.84] Clint: Fly it crush it
[1132.92] NJ: Uses the literal term basher quad that is the one that's in my head like it's uh
[1137.24] NJ: Our first time I ever saw you fly clinton was one of those and uh, you just yeah
[1141.64] NJ: Since I saw that I was like wow that that is one tough machine
[1145.8] Jae: I think that was the black and white one, wasn't it for your birthday?
[1148.68] Clint: I can't remember that was that when it was um upside down full throttle into the ground
[1155.0] Jae: Quad carlos is there yet. We all with this destruction of that thing
[1159.48] Jae: And it carried on right fighting it and all sorts of things
[1164.12] Clint: It's one of those quads that everybody should have like everybody should have an fsg x2 10
[1169.4] Jae: Oh, I agree. At least especially as a starter quad
[1172.28] Jae: I mean
[1172.84] Clint: My first one start a quads and when you're doing things that you're not sure about as well
[1177.4] Clint: So if you're going to go and do a trick and you or
[1179.48] Tony: When you like stays when I want to just do a racing and all I want to do is change my props
[1184.2] Tony: I fly that because I know the crash after crash after crash after crash
[1188.76] Tony: All I do is come back bend my props or change them and just go straight back out
[1194.04] Clint: Exactly. I mean i've had them in the oven a few times as well
[1197.48] Clint: You know when you when you bend the arms put them in the oven put them on a flat surface push them down
[1201.8] Clint: They're good to go again. Wow
[1204.44] Jae: Wow
[1206.44] Jae: Yeah, I never actually had a fossil but uh, maybe one day I mean you were selling them quite cheaper the show wasn't it because I mean
[1213.64] Jae: Um, that's a v1
[1215.48] Jae: What's the difference between these?
[1219.24] Clint: Yeah, so the v1's got these holes in the arms
[1222.04] Clint: Um, and if you hit them quite hard, they have a tendency of crushing
[1225.72] Clint: Um, and then it also has this great big opening on the side
[1229.48] Clint: Whereas the v2 has the opening closed
[1232.28] Clint: And then the v3
[1233.72] Clint: Uh has just the top open
[1235.96] Clint: Uh top part open for the flight controller and all of these are filled in to make it a bit tougher
[1241.0] Clint: But um, yeah, nothing hot glue won't fix
[1245.48] Tony: I'm sure i'm sure I can get you a frame if you really wanted one jay
[1249.88] Jae: Um, I actually have your old old old old old old old old original one
[1255.08] Jae: But it's kind of like a memento that this is tony's
[1257.96] Jae: This is what he started out on and this is what he got good from
[1261.32] Jae: So actually to build it would be a disservice. So maybe if you could
[1265.08] Jae: um, I'd give him one a bash because
[1267.64] Jae: Well, actually my other one somebody stole somebody stole my qavr. Can you believe it?
[1273.32] Clint: I'm, sorry jay
[1275.64] Jae: I don't think they sit on my glasses. They stole my quad. Does it look like this one? There it is
[1280.78] Tony: Oh
[1284.78] Jae: No, at least you're looking after it have you flown it
[1287.18] Clint: Oh, no, no, not at all. Um, i've just put it up here on the shelf just to look after it for you
[1291.58] Clint: But it wasn't on purpose. They were ever the mini air show was very uh,
[1296.06] Clint: It was quite hectic
[1297.58] Clint: And um julie bless her as she was packing the tent up and hopefully she realized it was your quad. So
[1304.06] Clint: Ah, but uh, yeah, it's still here. So hopefully we can get it back to you next week
[1308.86] Jae: Yeah, and you can yeah, you know what it's good to I take it you're already planning for next year's, uh mini air show for by now
[1316.3] Jae: Sorry
[1317.34] Jae: I said are you already planning next year's?
[1319.58] Clint: I'm planning on uh sleeping in that weekend
[1322.86] Clint: I'm going on holiday. I think uh
[1325.66] Clint: Yeah, haven't worried about where yet all the dates, but whenever mini air show is that's when i'm going on holiday
[1330.62] Tony: You've got to help with the ldo day or the ldo weekend
[1335.34] Jae: So yeah, in fact, I think it was strikers or someone's also going to come down for the 24-hour live stream just to you know
[1342.54] Jae: For people's 24-hour live streams, maybe we should go 48 hours. Just to know jay 24's enough, man
[1348.68] Jae: 72
[1351.5] Jae: A whole week with the additives
[1356.06] Jae: That'd be fun
[1357.66] NJ: Is there any news this week i've missed
[1360.38] NJ: What's that? Have we done any news this week? Um, i've missed
[1364.3] Tony: Well, no, it's we've done the only news we've done is that it's raining
[1368.38] NJ: Yeah
[1369.34] NJ: Yes
[1370.38] NJ: It is raining incessantly
[1373.02] Jae: If anyone's wanting to deliver contraband into a prison you're going to have a tougher time at some of them now
[1378.06] Jae: They're actually putting your geo fences up around them
[1380.7] Jae: but
[1381.42] Jae: Finally, they're not actually threatening to make the quad drop out of the sky because that's a violation of the caa
[1386.54] Jae: An air navigation order you cannot endanger an aircraft whilst it's in flight
[1390.78] Jae: Well even out of flight but in flight especially
[1394.3] Jae: So I believe what they're going to do is cut out the video so it flies back to where it came from
[1407.74] Jae: One sec if it loses signal do they follow it to see where it lands and therefore if you're going to do something
[1412.22] Jae: Untoward with the quad and deliver contraband to a prison. You don't want it returning home to where you're at
[1417.66] Jae: Make sure you pick it up after
[1420.62] Jae: We don't condone that activities
[1422.62] Jae: but the 24th then tony
[1424.86] Jae: You're gonna you're gonna fly over a prison on the 24th
[1428.22] Tony: No dji releasing the deep uh the spark. I think it's called
[1433.98] Tony: That's just the little thing. Is this the little thing or is this it's smaller than the mavic, but um
[1439.18] Tony: I I think it's only a two-axis gimbal. So
[1443.58] Tony: But if it's smaller than the mavic and you can literally put in your pocket, I think I might
[1448.78] Tony: purchase one
[1451.32] NJ: Interesting have you seen their new goggles? Did you watch uh flight tests recently video?
[1456.86] NJ: They look like just look like giant vr goggles
[1459.58] NJ: And you look like a bit of a buffoon wearing them in the field unlike now because we all look so cool. Um,
[1466.3] Jae: I mean somebody we got uh, who's in our little area we call them goggle box now because they're using the column v1s and actually
[1473.1] Jae: um, we had the discussion that
[1475.34] Jae: Yeah, we look cool with our fat sharks and things that we have ultra portability
[1478.62] Jae: But the immersion that you get from these old goggles that stick out the front of your face
[1483.82] Tony: Is something that yeah, I don't know. Let's say something. Do we really look cool though?
[1488.86] Tony: we're like
[1490.46] Tony: Sometimes sitting on our own on a bench in another field where there's a large dose of sarcasm with when I said
[1499.9] Tony: We don't look cool we look like fucking nerds we're as close to zombies as you can get
[1505.34] Jae: Basically, um, no, no, no. Okay hood has to come up and over then you start looking cool
[1512.94] NJ: You're not gonna be cool
[1516.94] NJ: But yeah those dji ones have the the kind of screen rotates
[1519.74] NJ: It's braced around the head and the screen rotates down onto your eyes
[1523.26] NJ: So it's a lot like you know the playstation vr thing. It's that same almost the same concept
[1529.82] NJ: of this headband rather than
[1532.7] NJ: um
[1533.9] NJ: That actually goes around your forehead and it's very very weird looking
[1538.54] Jae: I mean the playstation vi you can still wear glasses wearing them. Yeah, you can with these as well
[1545.02] Jae: Okay
[1547.1] Tony: You could probably plug in a um conic system into them as well then. Yeah, they've got an hd input. Um, so um
[1554.04] Tony: interesting probably broadcast hd to your eyes rather than fat sharks because they don't do hd
[1560.94] Jae: I love a bit of hd in my eyes
[1563.82] Jae: Jules is after some nerds because she thinks they're hot
[1570.38] Jae: Clinton's wife
[1576.38] Jae: I mean my eyesight is rubbish to the point that i've had to make with my font on this just to see the chat size 100
[1582.06] Jae: but
[1582.78] Jae: Um, I don't really notice it when i'm fvving and I haven't got the diopters in my goggles
[1587.34] Jae: um mainly because I fix on the front and as I fly
[1591.26] Jae: It's only shapes and actually you'd be surprised at how much eyesight actually works on motion rather than actually being able to focus
[1597.98] Jae: So I I think it's a balance between getting them
[1601.74] Jae: I don't think it's necessary that you can't use fat sharks with bad eyesight
[1605.02] Jae: You might if you can't see and if you're long-sighted though
[1608.06] Jae: I'm severely short-sighted
[1611.1] Tony: Long-sighted short-sighted so long-sighted you can see far away
[1616.78] Jae: No, no, it's the other way around. We're just going to give you a disinformation now
[1620.3] Jae: Long-sighted means you uh, no, you're right
[1623.98] Jae: I tried to long-sighted means you can see things far
[1628.94] Jae: Close up, but you can't see things. Oh, no, no, I don't know
[1631.98] Tony: It's opposite, isn't it? So if you're short-sighted
[1635.1] Tony: Short-sighted apparently you can see far away if you're long-sighted you can you can't see near you
[1640.86] Jae: No, if you're short-sighted, it means you can only see things really close
[1644.94] NJ: I would like to go
[1647.1] NJ: Um
[1649.1] NJ: I think it makes sense to be honest
[1653.34] Tony: I think that's wrong though
[1655.74] Tony: Why I think I think you've got it wrong. I think long-sighted means you can see near
[1663.66] Tony: And you can see long
[1667.1] Jae: No, no, no short-sighted means your side sight is only short
[1670.54] Clint: Okay, I just I just googled it. So basically other people have eyes that are too long
[1674.86] Clint: So the light focus in the front of the retina
[1676.94] Clint: They are short-sighted
[1678.14] Clint: This means that they cannot see things clearly if they are far away from them
[1681.58] Clint: Such as the tv or ball at school. So i'm right
[1685.66] Clint: so
[1691.18] Jae: Tricky to see it tube says he can't see his willy anymore. Does that mean he's short-sighted or long-sighted?
[1699.42] Tony: How tall how tall is he
[1704.86] Tony: Is
[1706.86] Tony: We got women in the chat lads, come on keep you keep you there
[1710.62] Clint: Oh probably just as bad as the rest of them. Hold on
[1713.58] Jae: You're not going to show off your willy on the chat down the screen then
[1717.74] Tony: Yeah, thanks. All right. Yes, I did go to a place for us in greenfield
[1723.1] Jae: So if anyone has also known chitania, I mean people may or may not know did you get your cock?
[1729.34] Tony: No
[1730.46] Tony: Thank god. It was all a joke
[1733.26] Tony: Oh, have you seen jack nash belly dance?
[1738.22] Jae: I've been waiting to see that for about six months because it's quite old, isn't it that?
[1743.1] Tony: Maybe I saved it for a special occasion and it is um
[1747.5] Tony: Is not gone viral, but it's out there. So
[1752.46] Tony: If you want to see jack nash brighter to our fly tune into the tone star one youtube channel and you'll find him dancing
[1760.7] Tony: Yes
[1761.9] Tony: We'll have to get
[1765.18] Jae: Because I think he's in the chat, let me get the link for it because that way people
[1768.3] NJ: Has it got a really good clickbait thumbnail? That's all i'm interested in
[1772.78] Tony: It's got jack
[1775.1] Tony: Dancing and his belly dancing and let's face it. He's got the belly for it. That's all I can say
[1781.9] NJ: Yeah, there goes my appetite
[1784.7] NJ: Um
[1786.22] Jae: He hasn't got the moves though. I mean
[1788.78] Jae: All right, here we go. I'm gonna have to put this in the chat bless him
[1792.78] Jae: He did and credit given you didn't even give his uh his cock a go
[1799.1] Jae: What has happened to this
[1801.74] Tony: What has happened to the show yeah exactly
[1805.34] Clint: I know i've got the link and i've posted it in the uh in the uh in the chat
[1811.34] Tony: Everyone watch that and repost it a million times share share share comment like subscribe, right?
[1818.78] Jae: Yeah, that's it. Leave a link in the section below blah blah blah. Yeah or jack
[1825.9] Jae: No, but jack gives as good as you get I mean, you know
[1829.66] Jae: He does exactly
[1835.26] Jae: It is impressive dancing actually I
[1837.74] Jae: It reminded me of um the time. I really wanted to see uh, dominic clips and dancing on the dance floor
[1843.18] Jae: Was it dominic or thomas brie? I can't remember somebody saw it after the last year's. Oh, that was last year
[1848.54] Tony: I've never seen that but yeah, there is video evidence floating around somewhere
[1853.9] Jae: Who was it dominic or was it? No, it was career. I think
[1859.85] Jae: Excellent. Excellent. In fact, we'd probably need some more dancing. Tony get up and dance. Come on
[1867.29] Jae: No
[1868.49] NJ: Enough of that. I I have some interesting news. I've been chatting to
[1872.57] NJ: Sharon up the skin the designer of the beast x frames, which you know are my favorite frames and I love to pieces
[1878.65] NJ: um, and he has
[1880.49] NJ: No, no sadly. It's uh, not that kind of affair. But um, yes, they are they are
[1886.65] NJ: Fantastic frames, but yeah, he's he's
[1889.37] NJ: basically started posting some uh new design
[1892.97] NJ: Ideas that he's got because the kind of the central design of all of those is the same the pod design and then he's been messing around with
[1899.53] NJ: The stretch x version which obviously i've been testing and desperately go out and fly some more but can't because of this horrible rain
[1905.85] NJ: Um, but he did come to me the design show that he's he's now focusing quite a lot on a four inch
[1912.17] NJ: stretch x design
[1913.93] NJ: Which is something um unusual because I when he said what do you think initially I said well to be honest with you i'm not actually
[1921.53] NJ: a huge fan of uh, the four inch quads because they don't quite sit in either either area. They're not quite as
[1928.81] NJ: Much as as much fun in a compact way as a 130, but they don't really keep up with the five inch quads. So
[1936.01] NJ: um, he said that apparently there's a brand new set of cobra motors that are coming out which are
[1940.95] NJ: Specifically designed for trying to bring four inch quads back into the market that and they will run it
[1946.73] NJ: a very pedestrian
[1949.53] NJ: 3000 kv
[1951.37] NJ: um
[1952.41] NJ: And uh, yeah, the the design you can actually go to the beast x
[1955.77] NJ: Um
[1956.97] NJ: There's a facebook group called re beast x
[1960.97] NJ: Romeo echo
[1962.49] NJ: Beast x re beast x and there's uh, if you join that you'll see there's loads of pictures of this new four inch
[1968.89] NJ: Um, and yeah, it looks interesting. Hopefully i'll be getting one one of those to uh fly and review
[1974.09] NJ: But I just saw a comment about the sx if you go on my channel
[1976.89] NJ: I did put up of like literally a quick fly flying video of the sx
[1981.69] NJ: It was literally the first couple of flights with it. So there's nothing fancy in there
[1985.05] NJ: But my first impressions are having those arms
[1989.13] NJ: Uh in a little more clean air
[1991.45] NJ: further away from the front and rear
[1994.33] NJ: actually really helps with the
[1996.49] NJ: High speed handling and with in some instances. I think it actually improves prop wash handling. So
[2002.97] NJ: Yeah, i'm really coming around to the stretch textile for freestyle. I think it actually works works really well in
[2009.37] NJ: No way i'm impressed
[2011.37] Tony: It's just going back to a high train though, isn't it? It isn't it isn't yes
[2014.89] NJ: There it is. Yeah, i've i have mentioned before you are essentially looking at the geometry of a h frame
[2019.85] NJ: But where it's different to a standard h frame
[2023.37] NJ: Is that the front two props are actually closer together? So the front left and front right are closer to each other
[2031.29] NJ: But if there was a fuselage running right out there
[2034.25] NJ: If it wasn't a pod in the middle and it was like a standard long h frame
[2038.49] NJ: The arms at the front and back could only get so close to the body of the quadcopter
[2043.53] NJ: But with a pod design
[2045.61] NJ: Like the beast x or a lot of other pod design quadcopters those front two props can not only be further ahead
[2051.61] NJ: But also closer to each other
[2054.01] NJ: So essentially having those arms further in and closer
[2058.41] NJ: Actually makes your role more responsive believe it or not and it it is sort of making less response in the pitch axis
[2066.33] NJ: By taking them further out and this kind of is counterintuitive because you assume the further out the arms are
[2072.65] NJ: The more leverage they've got but it doesn't actually work like that
[2075.77] NJ: It's about its point of rotation through say 90 degrees
[2080.17] NJ: An arm that's closer to the body will have less distance to travel as it rolls left 90 degrees than an arm
[2085.61] NJ: That's much further out. So that actually dictates the
[2089.05] NJ: Kind of instability of it. So yeah, it's it's interesting, but i'm liking the way it flies
[2095.13] NJ: very nice
[2096.81] Clint: So i'm just going to ask
[2098.65] Clint: nj if you've seen anything on the emacs baby hawk
[2102.49] NJ: Um, I was offered one and I turned it down because I thought it was going to be rubbish
[2106.09] NJ: Um, and I kind of wish I hadn't because it looks like it's really good
[2110.49] NJ: um
[2111.77] NJ: Yeah that you can actually buy the power plant as well. You can buy the the kit
[2116.57] NJ: um, and actually then install that in whatever kind of
[2120.25] NJ: 121 30 size quad you want to build yourself
[2123.69] NJ: Joshua bardwell put a video up. He was super impressed
[2126.65] NJ: I've seen two or three other sort of reputable youtubers put up really
[2130.25] NJ: Really like reviews saying that this thing's actually loads of fun flies really well
[2134.97] NJ: plenty of power
[2136.33] NJ: et cetera, so
[2137.77] NJ: um
[2138.65] NJ: Yeah, I might actually end up asking for one to to review because I was uh,
[2142.57] NJ: Hearing good things about it
[2144.17] Tony: I like the dys elf
[2146.25] Tony: Have you seen painless's video the little dys?
[2150.33] NJ: I saw the pop-up and I haven't clicked on it to watch it yet, but I did see
[2155.29] Tony: Looks pretty cool. Uh, it's a bit deer. It's a bit dearer than a baby hawk though
[2159.85] NJ: how much
[2161.45] Tony: um, I think the baby hawk is
[2164.17] Tony: 80 something without it depends where you're buying it for 72 from banggood
[2169.69] Tony: Yeah, but then you want I've never ordered from banggood. I can't be bothered to wait
[2176.09] Jae: I could ask are you supposed to some things like as in those four, uh,
[2180.73] Jae: Race star 22.05 for 20 quid
[2183.61] Jae: It's a bargain
[2184.97] Jae: Um, so some things is good buying from uh banggood and sometimes it's even on the eu site
[2189.21] Jae: You can get things a bit cheaper, but the eu sites are so lacking compared to the chinese site
[2194.41] Tony: So nj, what do you think about shawn?
[2197.45] Tony: Taylor racing a three inch
[2200.33] Tony: Um quad and beating people
[2203.93] NJ: Completely
[2204.97] NJ: Completely get it completely get it. I mean
[2208.17] NJ: You've got such little inertia in a 130
[2210.49] NJ: They just corner like houseflies and if the track doesn't I mean the place where you really pick up
[2216.33] NJ: Your speed is on the straight
[2217.53] NJ: So it really is about the track
[2219.69] NJ: And if you've got a like an indoor track with a lot of fast turns and lots of turning generally
[2225.61] NJ: I bet you could scream around it and and out corner and yet you totally could do it on a 130
[2230.97] NJ: in fact j when you are you iron stewart went up to
[2235.37] NJ: That uh spot on the hill
[2237.61] NJ: um
[2238.73] NJ: Do you remember I went around the track with you guys and I was racing my 130
[2243.13] Jae: Against the right 200
[2245.05] NJ: Yeah against the 200s and it's it completely keeps up. I mean where it would get nailed is on the straights. I think
[2251.05] NJ: But again, that's that's still kind of
[2253.61] NJ: Um subjective to your setup if you put the right setup on it if it's the right weight
[2258.49] NJ: It's all about power to weight ratio. There's nothing to say the power type ratio couldn't be as good as a
[2264.01] NJ: A five, but we haven't got the tech. He was running
[2267.21] Tony: He was ready for us 850
[2269.85] Tony: Million power. Yeah, that's why I do and he was kicking off. Yeah. Yeah
[2276.01] NJ: That doesn't surprise me at all. Yeah on on the right kind of track a 130 could absolutely keep up with the big guys
[2282.49] NJ: And have plenty of fun with it and you've you know, it's physically smaller. It's kind of
[2287.77] NJ: Instills a bit more confidence in you. Yeah, it is and I fly my 130 with that in my head
[2293.53] NJ: It's interesting. This is why another reason why I say everyone should own a 130, right?
[2297.37] NJ: I fly my 130 I look at gaps and I don't care what they are
[2300.65] NJ: I'm fearless in the way I fly it because I know it's got no inertia. It barely breaks a prop when it crashes
[2307.05] NJ: And I know it's small but I could if I had that mentality I could probably shoot the same gaps and do all the same trips
[2313.21] NJ: with my five
[2314.89] NJ: Uh, but i'm just more scared
[2316.49] NJ: So it the 130 is really good for training you to get into the mindset of being a little more fearless about
[2321.77] NJ: Your freestyle flying and like yeah, everyone should get a 130. That's such a
[2327.21] Jae: Video mr
[2328.17] Jae: Thrust put up of a track that was a really tight technical track
[2331.13] Jae: So there's a couple of slums through some trees and stuff and I was just thinking actually he did really well with the size
[2335.69] Jae: Quad he had but a 130 would have been a dream on that because your gaps that you're aiming for between trees and things
[2340.25] Jae: Yeah, like you said you can just be more confident that you're not going to take out some of the tree
[2344.97] Jae: Yeah
[2346.57] Jae: Now that they've got good cameras or at least you put a proper camera on it. It's it's a no-brainer
[2351.61] NJ: Yeah, that's that's the only caveat. You must must put a proper
[2355.27] NJ: 1177 on there for it to feel like yeah, you're your your proper camera and yeah, everything falls into place at that point
[2361.85] NJ: But sorry clinton. What were you saying?
[2364.09] Clint: I was going to say as well with um, you know, there's a few there's a few places in the uk and now we've um
[2369.29] Clint: With some indoor tracks now
[2371.21] Clint: So for for 130s and and smaller closet probably perfect
[2375.21] NJ: Yeah
[2377.21] NJ: Yeah, totally agree. Um, they are the perfect little indoor quad they're great for
[2382.49] NJ: circuit practice and
[2384.65] NJ: Hitting crazy gaps and stuff and I mean look that it's a size that's being taken more seriously like, you know
[2390.97] NJ: um
[2391.93] NJ: Again, the beast x guy sharon is before making this four inch has made a baby beast, which is three inch ready
[2398.57] NJ: um, you've got the uh
[2400.65] NJ: Is it jalapu jalapala or something weird like that is the new armatan one
[2405.53] NJ: Someone will have to type it if they know what the name of it is in the comments
[2408.81] NJ: But yeah, there's the baby baby armatan
[2412.41] NJ: um
[2413.85] NJ: Japula, okay. There you go. Right. Yeah, jalapeno. Well, whatever we want to call it. Um,
[2418.57] NJ: Check out any of these things until they send us one and we see
[2421.69] NJ: yeah, but um
[2422.97] NJ: Yeah, there's there's more of those frames being taken more seriously as a class size and I hope that side continues to grow
[2430.09] NJ: Um, because as I sort of as i've said, I know for our regular guys will have heard this story a thousand times
[2435.61] NJ: But for anyone new that's listening. I had a review 130 which sat on my shelf shelf
[2441.85] NJ: three four months because I thought it was going to be
[2444.73] NJ: Boring and I just prioritized everything else that I had to build when I finally got around to building it
[2449.77] NJ: It's just such a fun machine. It's it stays it comes out with me flying with all my other quads every single time
[2455.37] NJ: So yeah, go go buy one
[2459.53] Clint: As well, they're a lot cheaper aren't they and then building a five inch
[2462.97] Jae: So much the batch you've got here the emote you receive it
[2467.69] Tony: My best ever place
[2469.69] Tony: My best ever place in a race was second place with 150
[2473.61] NJ: Yeah, it's mad
[2476.15] NJ: 130
[2478.25] NJ: For 130s as well. You've already really need I mean even you don't need anything more than like 15 amp
[2484.01] NJ: Ese's at most but to be honest with you i'd say most of us have upgraded to 30 amp
[2489.53] NJ: Ese's you've probably got a set of little b20 amps kicking around doing nothing. They're perfect, you know, put bl heli
[2497.29] NJ: uh
[2498.09] NJ: uh
[2499.29] NJ: Or some not necessarily little bees but any 20 amp decent es
[2504.17] NJ: Bl heli s ese is kicking around they're perfect for this kind of thing
[2507.77] NJ: And i've got mine running on d shot 600 took the caps off them
[2512.33] NJ: And they're absolutely perfect with a set of those
[2516.87] NJ: 3600 kv or 4000 kv red bottoms
[2520.81] NJ: um, but neil cody has sent me some
[2524.97] NJ: Brother hobby motors and he's he spent ages getting them in. So if you're interested in 130
[2531.85] NJ: These are the ones to get I can't show you on camera
[2535.45] Tony: Oh
[2538.17] NJ: Okay, describe it and j describe it i'm just pulling one out right so they are brother hobby t ones
[2545.11] NJ: 1407 3600 kv now 3600 kv is about bang on for a uh
[2551.45] NJ: For four s on a 130 with a decent little bull nose style prop
[2556.97] NJ: um
[2558.01] NJ: And these the magnets these things feel super talky. Um
[2562.49] NJ: but yeah, uh idrone have got a load of these in and
[2566.33] NJ: Considering how long it took to get hold of them. They're going to go go quickly
[2569.53] NJ: But i'm about to build video with these
[2572.09] NJ: On one of their atto 130 frames, um, but they feel fantastic compared to the red bottoms that i've got
[2578.65] Jae: So I mean it's more about the actual motors which have come a long way for the 130 size I think and
[2584.89] Jae: Yeah, perhaps even the photos towards, you know handling that straight out of the box
[2589.29] Jae: But um are you saying about the kuber motors?
[2591.61] Jae: I mean the brother returner, uh brother hobby ones do instead of the tornadoes are so
[2595.61] NJ: Um, which are the that's the one i'm talking about. These are the uh for other hobbies tornadoes
[2601.29] Jae: Yeah 31
[2602.89] Jae: 3600 kv or 3100
[2606.07] NJ: 36 uh 4000 kv is fine for anything but the summer months. I think once it starts getting hot
[2612.73] NJ: um
[2613.77] NJ: and you're running 4s on
[2616.57] NJ: um
[2617.77] NJ: On a 130 4000 kv is really pushing it in terms of the kind of heat they're going to produce
[2623.85] NJ: And that that will work 4000 kv will work if you can keep the build super light
[2628.89] NJ: If you can't keep it light, um or less than like 180 grams
[2633.93] NJ: I would suggest definitely definitely going for these 1407 t1 tornadoes
[2639.93] NJ: At 3600 kv. I think these are going to be really good motors
[2644.57] NJ: in fact, they're being used on a lot of the um
[2647.93] NJ: chapel of Japula builds
[2649.93] NJ: um
[2650.89] NJ: Japula are we going to pronounce that thing? Anyway, they're going to put
[2656.25] NJ: And that's quite a that's quite a porky build that
[2659.05] NJ: That that frame is is nice, but it's actually probably about 30 40 grams heavier than
[2664.33] NJ: the average 130 weight
[2667.45] Jae: You know and the same comes in for the chameleon though, and actually mine
[2671.61] Jae: I love it. Even though it's heavier than the standard one it flies so fast with the right motors
[2675.53] Jae: So sometimes even 40 grams or even you know, it doesn't matter so much if you get the right motor powertrain combo
[2682.25] Jae: Yeah
[2684.09] NJ: Props and motors mainly. Yeah, it's all it's as you scale things down
[2688.33] NJ: I mean like on a five inch 30 40 grams
[2691.53] NJ: In terms of feel and power you don't really notice it
[2694.25] NJ: But when you're talking about a 130 it's all about the that portion of weight relative to its overall weight
[2700.73] NJ: so 40 grams to a
[2702.97] NJ: A quad that dry builds to 150 grams
[2707.45] NJ: You know, you're like heading on for a third of its weight, you know, it's quite
[2710.97] NJ: It's it's quite an increase when it gets down to a smaller size. But um
[2715.61] NJ: It's all new territory. The the 130 thing is it's been sort of taken quite seriously now
[2720.89] NJ: I think there's going to be a lot of development in that area
[2724.65] NJ: Which is good
[2726.25] Jae: And by the way, david boy gives you the right pronunciation
[2728.81] Jae: Yapalura
[2730.81] Jae: Yapalura
[2733.13] NJ: Are they just having fun with it?
[2735.13] Jae: It's the jalapeno. That's the end of it. If you played it on the mirror chris form art and plan does appear
[2739.77] Jae: Three times you got to say it in the mirror
[2741.77] Clint: When you're chris and now they call the jalapenos
[2745.53] Clint: I was saying jalapenos
[2748.81] Clint: Yeah, I got some uh, I got some new eses the other day
[2752.41] Clint: Border one, uh, drove junkyard, which was some emacs bullets and I couldn't believe how small they were
[2757.93] NJ: They're absolutely tiny. Yeah, they are they're good. They're good. Let me see those
[2762.65] Clint: Uh, it's good to hear because I thought they'd be a bit rubbish, but
[2765.61] NJ: No, no, they're plenty good and they're they're quite skinny. They go well with skinny arms
[2770.73] NJ: uh
[2771.69] NJ: So they yeah, they're very good
[2773.37] Clint: So I set myself a challenge
[2775.21] Clint: And the challenge was to build the quad as cheap as possible so far
[2778.33] Clint: It's cost me for the whole quad working camera vth. Everything cost me 34 pounds
[2784.49] Clint: That's good
[2786.09] Tony: I think the baby hawk is running 30 m
[2789.21] Tony: Yes, he's
[2790.65] Clint: Really? That's crazy
[2792.33] NJ: Yeah, that's that's well over the top. It's completely unnecessary unless it's 30 amps total
[2797.05] Tony: But yeah, you don't you don't need I think it's 30. I think it's 30 total but
[2801.85] Clint: And there's six and 120 amps and i've only said it last exact bl. Hell yes
[2807.37] Clint: Uh speech rollers. I'll just google it
[2810.09] NJ: Yeah
[2810.81] NJ: but those uh, who is it that um
[2813.13] NJ: How sells those emacs bullets it's uh
[2816.97] NJ: um
[2818.09] NJ: Matt constable shop the redfin guys guys aren't ready for the redfin. So they
[2822.09] NJ: Yeah, they're uh, you know shout out to those those guys as well nice chaps. But yeah, he's um
[2827.61] NJ: He's selling those and I remember
[2829.77] NJ: He'd asked someone in our group
[2832.73] NJ: Or someone had asked about them and said well i've just done a search for those. Uh
[2837.21] NJ: I think they were
[2838.57] NJ: Are they purple colored? But anyway, he'd searched for purple bullets on google and obviously came back with a load of sex toy results
[2846.57] NJ: um
[2849.53] NJ: At which point that said it's probably a good idea emacs reefing
[2853.77] Jae: Tonight's the last crew and i've been talking about cocks boys and more things in your ear care to realize
[2859.45] Tony: That's cockles by the way. It's because it's right
[2862.73] NJ: Yeah, just just make sure you put emacs in your search criteria
[2865.61] NJ: Otherwise, you never know what you're going to get on the return of a google search
[2870.41] Jae: Or google's been telling it to what you've already been searching for and some people are not telling the truth about what they mean
[2879.45] Jae: I mean it's it's going to be an exciting year with all these different developments of uh
[2882.65] Jae: Quads and things and it's finally good to see some of the main suppliers of quads or at least some of the more well-known manufacturers
[2888.59] Jae: We're starting to realize
[2892.43] Tony: Fossils have got a new
[2895.39] Tony: Taken to the free inch out
[2897.95] Tony: Sorry, jay
[2900.35] Tony: No, that's cool called called the we vote
[2904.27] Tony: What what as in the weaver but the weaver is the re vote but we
[2910.27] Tony: We've all
[2912.35] Tony: Weebl as in we've got no rigging because it doesn't need it because it's only tiny
[2918.75] Clint: Is that the one that was selling for 10 pounds or is that a different one?
[2922.99] Tony: um
[2925.23] Tony: Pass
[2926.83] Tony: I've been signed out of facebook because someone reported my name. So i'm not on facebook at the moment
[2932.67] Jae: You're not
[2934.03] Jae: Tomstar fpv jackton. I thought you changed it by depot just much like clinton has I might change it by depot just to beat
[2943.23] Jae: Screw you facebook. Look
[2945.31] Tony: Yeah, that's exactly what I might do
[2947.95] Jae: I I fully support and in fact, I will even pay for your uh, depot change clinton
[2952.43] Jae: If you're still listening, I can see on the chat there. Um, I'm still still thinking about it
[2956.43] Clint: So i was just checking the uh fossil pace. So it's the two-inch carbon one that they would do if it compounds
[2961.23] Clint: So I I can't see the three-inch one
[2964.27] Tony: Yeah, the webo is a bit different. I think is it oh yeah, do you know?
[2971.12] Tony: Yeah, it should be
[2975.5] Tony: I'm not having a chat because i've been off i've been off the chat for a week. So
[2981.82] Jae: Yeah, but you're still using hangouts. I mean you did
[2984.94] Jae: I guess jack was the big facebook man that refused to use facebook
[2989.5] Jae: but uh
[2992.94] Tony: Someone reported my name so I I left
[2997.9] Tony: I will come back but
[3000.7] Clint: When I I really don't care. What was actually wrong with your name? What's what is your name?
[3006.04] Tony: Fpv was not my real name
[3009.74] Tony: I mean
[3011.74] Tony: None of it. None of it is my real name anyway
[3015.98] Jae: No, he's actually um
[3018.14] Tony: No, I'd say no you won't say jay. Thank you
[3023.18] Tony: My
[3024.14] Tony: It's not real on it anyways, but they've taken out the fbv and I I might go and get a library card
[3031.82] Tony: With time star fbv jackson just to try to get back on to beat them
[3036.94] Tony: But in the end if I come back as time star jackson i'll beat them anyway because that ain't my real name
[3042.22] Tony: so
[3043.58] Clint: So you can set your name on facebook and then set um set a nickname as well
[3047.42] Clint: So your name your name is there and it just uses your nickname for everything. Yeah, I might have to do that because um
[3053.9] Tony: It's very annoying
[3055.5] Tony: It's just all advertising stuff, isn't it?
[3057.74] Tony: They want to send the right things the right way and I have tried to beat the system
[3063.74] Jae: Well, it's also because they're using it as an id and a
[3067.58] Jae: Verification of people that's why they actually push it
[3069.9] Jae: It's not because really they care because let's face every other single website out there that's going kind of whatever name you like
[3075.98] Jae: It's because it's actually started to be used as a validation of your identity
[3080.22] Tony: Yeah, I I only use it to keep up with fbv stuff. Anyway, I don't I don't use it for anything else
[3086.86] Clint: No, I'm the same just fbv quad stuff
[3090.14] Tony: Yeah, that's it. That's all I use it for
[3093.82] Jae: Chris that's very right. Jack does have a dance class that he goes to
[3097.58] Jae: Because obviously since that doesn't really in fact, we'll repost it again just in case anyone's late to the chat
[3102.3] Jae: This is before his dancing lessons
[3105.18] Jae: And this is after his dancing lessons
[3109.1] Tony: He can dance now
[3111.5] Jae: You can dance having the time of his life obviously on a dance floor that is he was
[3118.7] Tony: Hi
[3121.58] Tony: Like subscribe and
[3124.22] Tony: More than more importantly than being with them too is pass it on
[3130.94] Clint: Facebook
[3136.46] Jae: The video you finally put up of jack is is she's really trying to getting involved and um
[3141.98] Jae: He does give it his all
[3144.14] Tony: He does bless him
[3146.78] Tony: Yeah
[3150.3] Jae: Yeah, yeah, we need more nights out in fact, I know next time we have ldo stage we'll have a dance off sort of thing
[3156.54] Jae: like where
[3157.98] Tony: You know, he's gonna win
[3160.14] Clint: Jack
[3160.86] Clint: Before going into freestyle the qualifiers are how well you dance and you voted on it before you go to the freestyle
[3165.66] Jae: You gotta dance doing the freestyle
[3169.02] Jae: You have to either dance what routine you do with a freestyle like dive through towers or you have to dance whilst flying fpv
[3176.7] Clint: You just have to hope that carlos isn't listening to this because you'll be giving him bad ideas, right?
[3181.18] Jae: Well, I do remember carlos saying let's run backwards
[3183.9] Jae: Through a field flying fpv doing backflip and then turn around and run forwards into a forwards flip
[3189.66] Clint: Yeah, that was uh, that was interesting to say the least
[3197.5] Tony: Has anyone ever laid down doing fpv
[3200.54] Tony: I have no I want to try that I want to actually lay on the floor and try to do
[3207.18] Tony: a
[3208.7] Tony: completely lay down and with the
[3211.5] Tony: With the ticks on my chest and and tries to do a whole
[3216.06] Tony: Flight two minutes freestyle. I think it'd be quite a good video and quite amusing
[3221.82] Clint: Has anybody tried um fpv while being a passenger in a car?
[3226.38] Tony: Yes
[3227.66] Tony: So I got so sick
[3231.42] NJ: I didn't mind it. I didn't mind it. I thought I thought it was okay
[3234.3] NJ: But it was on that path back out of hidden valley. So it was very slow
[3239.02] Tony: One was into hidden valley and gary was driving and me and brad is were flying fpv ran his van
[3245.18] Tony: And we got to the end and I was so oh my god. I was green. It was horrid
[3251.98] Jae: I think it would be quite good. You know, there's pirate ships in uh,
[3255.02] Jae: Theme parks trying to fpv and build a power loop around that as you're going back and forth
[3261.66] Jae: Let's speak to merlin entertainment, I mean they have enough problems their rides they're probably closing one at some point
[3265.82] Jae: They're probably going to undo that
[3267.9] NJ: Yes, let's get on the ride. They're closing and then blind ourselves
[3272.06] Jae: Or lose your legs on smiler
[3275.66] Tony: It'd be nice doing fpv
[3277.82] Tony: Down a nice london. Sorry london nice, um american road, you know
[3283.66] Clint: One of them long straight half a 66 wide with with sort of nothing on the outsides
[3290.62] Tony: No bumps or anything because going down that hidden valley track it was like
[3295.18] Tony: Like this going up and down and I was flying around the van and it was just me and brad was like
[3302.62] Clint: When it starts moving so when the car starts moving left and you're
[3306.7] Clint: going different
[3309.58] Tony: It was horrific
[3311.98] Jae: Listening to jack's dance music and this at the same time is just epic
[3315.26] Jae: In fact, we I can try and get it onto the feed so we can talk at the same time with somebody
[3319.58] Jae: No, actually it probably might be copyright. Hey
[3321.9] Tony: Can we do that? Can we get jack dancing?
[3329.72] Tony: Video but we can hear him
[3334.44] Jae: Well, I think we need to get jack for a live dance or when we do our
[3338.2] Jae: I'll um 72 hour live stream. Yeah, I know it keeps on going up. We'll get jack to dance for at least
[3344.2] Jae: on the hour every hour
[3346.76] Tony: We're not doing 72. I i'm willing to do 24 hour from from hidden valley
[3352.36] Tony: I think that would be a great a great
[3354.98] Tony: weekend with us not there and whoever can come down and if they can't come down they can tune in but
[3361.24] Clint: actually live streams going as well of
[3363.96] Clint: Like from cameras and have that yeah and get a proper mixing desk
[3367.8] Jae: So we can live stream it in and talk about it and other people are judging other people and and maybe maybe so for the
[3372.68] Clint: Audio event then is uh is actually getting some live streams to do a 24 hour stream
[3376.6] Jae: Yeah, so we have seen we have been mentioning months and it's looking like august
[3382.28] Jae: Is probably the month that we do something down there and probably even one of those things so people yeah 96 by the way
[3387.32] Jae: 96 hours any advance on 96 you've got to do the rest of the ones
[3391.16] Tony: doing 96 j
[3394.04] Tony: You need your glasses back on
[3400.52] Jae: 48 48
[3403.0] Tony: I'm not doing two days live stream
[3404.92] Tony: That's a mental audio you have to do it
[3406.84] Clint: You have to do breaks you'd have to have one team start and then another team finish it or even have three or four teams
[3411.88] Clint: But um, I don't think one person
[3414.04] Clint: I propose
[3416.36] Jae: Stryker stop it now
[3418.36] Jae: I'm pretty I'm pretty sure
[3421.08] Jae: 24
[3422.44] Tony: 24 hours would be a good show
[3425.48] Tony: It would be a switch in between flying
[3428.52] Tony: Because we could show the flying of us lot we could
[3431.64] Tony: Then switch back to us chatting at the valley. I think it would be a really really
[3438.92] Jae: We need a poll to say
[3441.64] Jae: How many because people I mean we obviously enlisted other people so people can have a little break while the people take over
[3448.12] Jae: Maybe even have some stimulants such as coffee and other such as you know, whatever or just
[3452.84] Clint: You have a two-day event. Just cocaine
[3456.36] Clint: If the ldo is going to be
[3458.36] Clint: You're going to do like a saturday and sunday
[3460.28] Clint: Just do it from start to finish and just have a live camera
[3463.4] Clint: With a live feed and have a microphone if you could just sort of walk up to and talk every now and then
[3468.44] Tony: I think we need to discuss this
[3471.32] Jae: Is he not not doing 12 hours
[3472.76] Jae: I did a live stream of 12 hours in my chameleon build because I got lost
[3476.68] Jae: What I was doing
[3477.8] Jae: Um, but it has to be there longer than that day
[3481.88] Jae: 36 that's the final offer halfway between 24
[3486.12] Tony: That's ridiculous
[3487.32] Jae: No, like it's a little bit of background story people that work on trawler fishing trawlers
[3491.8] Jae: They generally have little catnaps at 20 minutes because they need to have their wits about them
[3495.72] Jae: Obviously working in a very dangerous environment and they often work for 36 hours with 20 minute catnaps in between how they all sink
[3503.16] Clint: So it's a 36 hour live stream of which at least eight hours of that is going to be everybody snoring
[3508.44] Jae: No, because not everyone can sleep at the same time
[3510.36] Jae: I mean if we get if we get gab involved then he'll be up most of the night
[3514.04] Jae: Anyways, that helps us. So honestly we can truly make this work. You wouldn't be able to keep gavin frame. He'd be everywhere
[3521.64] Clint: You'd have to chase him up. You only need him for the nighttime shift
[3527.64] Tony: No 24
[3529.64] Tony: 24 hours that I do
[3531.96] Tony: I'm putting my 36 36
[3534.6] Jae: Anyway, we're looking in uh august to do this
[3536.92] Jae: so make sure you keep one of the weekends free which we will let you know at some point to make sure that we
[3541.56] Jae: Get as many people down and probably coincide it with an ldo games or something where we throw things at tony and make him fly
[3546.92] Clint: Um from a car that's still my birthday
[3550.2] Clint: I always go to hidden buddy for them anyways
[3553.88] Clint: All right, do you supply the cake yes, I do and she sandwiches
[3558.6] Clint: And the cake and the coke
[3560.76] Clint: she she sandwiches
[3564.2] Tony: Take the cut the coke mean the cake
[3569.24] Jae: Coke a cake and coffee actually, I think that should keep us going. Yeah red bull both here red bull
[3576.52] Clint: Red bull cake
[3578.2] Clint: Yeah, I wonder if that's possible
[3580.2] Clint: It's like
[3583.08] Jae: I think really where you've got enough time to start as long as it's vegetarian or at least vegan for tony
[3589.24] Jae: You might be on tour winner there, but i'd heard that he red bull isn't vegan anyway
[3595.0] Clint: I'm not sure if it's vegan or not, but it's got um, it's got a few weird things in it, hasn't it?
[3600.76] Jae: Clinton I think you're the only other person that has ever tried this but red bull originally used to come in small little bottles
[3608.36] Jae: Um with tiring on the side and they had the same logo of two bulls head to head
[3612.6] Jae: Uh, and it wasn't fizzy and you could only buy it in certain places, but that stuff worked and it would keep
[3623.08] Clint: The only thing is that someone uh
[3626.6] Clint: Got their mic on
[3630.12] Clint: Um, I went to the philippines for three months and uh, yeah
[3632.12] Clint: They sell the glass bottles over there, but they aren't doing cans
[3635.8] Clint: The interesting thing was is that they only sold it in pharmacies and it was sold as a cop medicine
[3643.08] Jae: Um, it also keeps you high all night
[3646.92] Clint: And drunk all five bottles and I did not I was not well after that
[3651.8] NJ: I think the dangerous stuff's taurine, isn't it? That's the really uh evil stuff along with all the other evil stuff
[3657.56] NJ: But um, yeah, you shouldn't have too many of them in a row
[3660.2] Clint: surprisingly, uh, it doesn't have as much sugar as uh coke which is
[3664.6] Clint: crazy, but um
[3666.6] Tony: Well, you all know coke's back. Yeah
[3669.48] Tony: The cola is bad
[3675.29] Jae: I think we should probably even be about like wrapping this one up
[3680.49] Jae: Mind you nj hasn't done his hour yet. So we'll just leave engine. Just leave me here. I'll just
[3684.41] NJ: I'll just chat with people in the chat
[3687.53] NJ: We got stuff to talk about you guys can do
[3690.97] Clint: Obviously play minecraft, right?
[3693.69] Jae: Yeah, actually the truth is out of the bag this person never actually used to call this thing
[3698.15] Jae: Ballcraft and all other names on the sun, but he's finally be able to buy a minecraft bike
[3702.65] Jae: And actually I think bright until I fly is a big minecraft as well
[3705.69] Jae: I don't think of all games out there. It helps your hand eye coordination for flying quads and you really need something like rocket league for that
[3713.37] Jae: But welcome aboard mr. Nj
[3716.49] Clint: Welcome
[3717.69] NJ: Welcome to the club. I don't have time as it is. What the hell am I doing? Welcome
[3722.01] Jae: Your life
[3723.61] Jae: Um, I may as well do a shameless little plug. I have another show later on tonight

[3816.99] Clint: 47 hours 59 minutes and 55 seconds left
[3821.63] Jae: We should do this
[3823.07] Jae: Nobody watching we'll just so there's 23 hours 59 minutes and
[3827.63] Clint: I have to get a bit of software just to do it. Uh, just just to do like a digital countdown with one of those computers is
[3834.83] Clint: That'd be quite interesting
[3836.83] Clint: That's how long people been watching for
[3840.03] Tony: I definitely think it's gonna be fun doing a 24-hour stream at human value though
[3845.47] Tony: In august I think that's gonna be
[3848.51] Tony: Ldo what should we call it? Not ldo games this year. I think we should call it ldo

[3916.14] Jae: It's actually been you know, the chat has been so wonderful tonight so lively
[3921.02] Jae: Read some of these
[3922.38] Tony: I'll spend half my time looking down
[3927.18] Jae: Jack actually don't have to be here anymore
[3930.14] Jae: flat fest
[3933.58] Tony: Seriously jack jack doesn't have to turn up he can start. I mean he's babe for that jack i'm gonna

[3961.98] Jae: In fact the other the other big one in the uk is the quadcopters fpv plane line or something like that
[3966.38] Jae: That's the biggest group. I think in the uk. So
[3969.74] Jae: Jack will make you famous more famously already are
[3973.1] Jae: For your dancing. You'll probably get signed contracts. You'll get an agent and uh, it'd be uh,
[3977.74] Tony: Asked to do you'll be dancing all night every night
[3982.22] Clint: Yeah, put it put it on road to uh road to riot

[4004.08] Jae: Tony tony if he pissed you off enough that you didn't join he was that supposed to come on this one
[4008.64] Jae: Um, but actually he said oh i've got nothing to talk about i haven't been doing anything, but that's bollocks jack
[4013.28] Jae: You've always been working on something and actually
[4016.0] Jae: Nowadays tony has wanted the idea of having a chicken
[4020.32] Tony: I love chickens, but I don't eat them. I just stroke them
[4024.88] Tony: I stroke chickens
[4026.88] Clint: You ask where I saw it when jack first sent me that video for oh wow tony's gonna have a chicken
[4030.8] Clint: He's gonna take him fpv and everywhere he goes
[4033.36] Clint: It's gonna be chicken
[4035.36] Jae: The first thing I saw when I saw that video was poor tony knowing that how much noise cockles can make in a morning
[4039.92] Jae: It's stupid o'clock in the morning
[4042.48] Jae: Get him kicked out of class
[4044.4] Jae: sort of police coming around
[4046.0] Jae: um
[4047.12] Jae: but yeah
[4049.12] Tony: I'm glad it was just a borrowed chicken and and and that was it or a borrowed
[4054.24] Jae: Tony was cute. He was cute
[4056.24] Jae: In fact, where is the original video just so people can see that as well because it's a bit unfair to only post
[4062.0] Jae: The one of jack dancing in in response. We do need to show off little tony
[4066.56] Jae: Not not don't stand up and under your pants tony. I mean the little tony
[4071.36] Tony: Yeah, we all know i've got a big pole
[4076.88] Tony: I go rescuing tree uh quads out of trees with my pole jay. Come on
[4082.08] Tony: It's little you do actually is is that what you call little tony?
[4089.52] Tony: No comment
[4092.32] Jae: Uh, actually, you know like we we everyone needs someone to be able to retrieve quads from trees
[4099.12] Jae: Because and andy
[4100.88] Jae: But your services don't end there. Did they tony? I mean you've also found uh jack's gopro with the metal detector
[4106.56] Jae: top ideas
[4108.16] Jae: You've dished quads out of trees for many people
[4110.48] Jae: Uh that I know of and i've seen
[4112.48] Tony: Um, I think i've rescued five quads from five different people. Actually two of them are the same
[4119.28] Tony: Um, you know who you are and uh, yeah
[4122.72] Tony: and um
[4124.0] Tony: I rescued jack's
[4125.98] Tony: GoPro and I knew it's gonna rain
[4128.32] Tony: So as soon as you told me like a good lad I am I rushed down and helped him find it with my
[4134.0] Tony: Metal detector before it rained on it. What a good lad, eh? Are you still charging 10 people a minute?
[4140.64] Tony: You know what i've never charged anyone any money. I I did go all the way
[4145.2] Tony: I went in an hour's drive because I got linked in a chat

[4200.72] Jae: I just said that I can't see the chat because my glasses broken and I can't see anything
[4204.96] Jae: And you actually put on yourself to actually mention
[4211.2] Jae: But let's since you brought it up clinton sat on my glasses and broke them in several places
[4216.88] Jae: after someone put them on a hay belt
[4220.0] Tony: So it was whose fault was it though?
[4222.4] Tony: Is clint's ass's fault or was it jay's for putting it on them? Well, I guess I mean
[4229.44] Jae: No, there's no no, I think I need to set the record straight
[4231.6] Jae: There was no blame because I put them down because I thought I was going to be flying next and I put my goggles on
[4236.0] Jae: Um clinton, you know was putting his goggles on didn't see where he's going. So there's no blame attributed to it
[4242.56] Jae: It's just funny now that I can't see anything
[4245.52] Clint: Well, just to make it just to make it 100 official. I am sorry
[4249.2] Clint: I am so sorry. I felt so bad apology accepted and i'm sorry that you know
