[237.51] AndyRC: loads of half videos made but I couldn't post any videos then I bought the HDOs and the RC through

[277.83] AndyRC: it was because we've been having loads of sun haven't we like we've had like five weeks of sun
[282.87] AndyRC: or whatever and I could barely see the screen because there was so much light coming in from
[289.35] AndyRC: the outside and I thought oh my god like is this how that they are and when I compared them to the
[295.19] AndyRC: HD3s they were a completely different material like that the HD3s were a black material painted
[302.95] AndyRC: white and these are were a completely white uh material anyways I thought like so just out of
[310.87] Jack: curiosity is there any chance you could take the OLED content out of your those fat shots and put
[320.47] Jack: them into your old case and then return and then end up with two not that you would do that

[415.51] AndyRC: like I contacted Fat Shark and my friend helped me to contact Fat Shark
[420.39] AndyRC: it's good to have friends um they're sending me some new shells so that's the HDO story
[431.19] Tony: have you got to reply take it all apart and replace them yourself well they've given me
[435.99] AndyRC: the option to I can either send them away and then them do them or lose money out on postage
[443.11] AndyRC: yeah exactly or they're going to send them to me uh and I thought well actually might make a
[449.03] AndyRC: a pretty decent video if I take the HDOs apart see what's inside them and stuff so

[517.67] AndyRC: put them on my face the light from my monitor leaks through there that's how much light leak
[522.63] AndyRC: there is like that's what they made out of like rice butter if I hold them up to a light
[529.19] AndyRC: the entire almost the entire goggle is see-through so and and like you know again I don't want to
[537.19] AndyRC: start rumors but apparently uh I'm not sure it's Fat Shark's fault I think it's the factory that

[1632.79] AndyRC: 4s with a 12 volt regulator yeah what you tried using a proper fat shot battery that was what
[1641.35] AndyRC: that was what i was thinking because those modules take take up a lot of power like the the original
[1647.99] AndyRC: fat shot batteries struggle to power them sometimes and they they blown out and i just
[1653.59] AndyRC: wondered if that's what the screaming was maybe it's not powering fully or something uh maybe
[1660.07] AndyRC: could be the regulator in your that you're using that can't provide enough amps to the system
[1665.99] AndyRC: maybe that's something to look at let's try it live well you'd need to get a but about buy one
[1673.91] AndyRC: of those fat shot batteries with the usb connector that plugs in i quite like those ones but it
[1680.15] AndyRC: wouldn't surprise me if it yeah it could be your regulator they they suck the amps up with the the
[1685.83] AndyRC: modules and you know they they got quite warm so if you send it to fat shark and they've said
[1693.19] Jack: it's fine yeah maybe it's the whole because it's a switching regulator it's the whole screaming

[1706.47] AndyRC: to it in terms of amps i don't know it's fairly big it might not that could be the issue yeah
