[1316.45] Curry: because that was available at the time it sort of went from like tricopters on the very basic
[1321.41] Curry: sort of stuff to larger quads this sort of f450s and then everyone got a gimbal and then brush
[1327.65] Curry: this gimbal and then somebody probably the blackout stuff was first wasn't it said look
[1331.73] Curry: here's a mini quad where there's a small quad you can do stuff with everybody got on board
[1335.65] Curry: with that especially when they started getting better the technology increases that make the
[1340.45] Curry: footage much smoother now i mean you look at gopro stuff on acro and it might as well be

[1475.01] Jack: it was credible and had to share it god so there was drones at gatwick as well it doesn't mean that
[1480.93] Curry: according to the police it was there though i did mention on our our secret facebook group
[1486.85] Curry: that uh or just our chat that this sounds an awful lot like the gatwick drones it's like
[1491.33] Curry: people go mental hysteria because as soon as you say we must protect the children i'm standing up
[1497.33] Curry: saying actually they don't need to be protected and you do come across as the bad guy when that
[1501.57] Curry: happens because i'm not suggesting uh we should let them all be killed but if there's no actual
[1507.17] Curry: danger there we should just say hey children treat everything skeptically and uh look at things

[1521.33] Jack: yeah as soon as you have it on a plausible platform loosely

[1602.32] Gerry: round and i'm like they're taking this drone banning thing big fire and then suddenly it's
[1608.24] Gerry: um an air ambulance landing on the field that i'm flying on so i was like i'm gonna stand right out
[1612.96] Gerry: of the way of this helicopter right now yeah um so it's quite hilarious but um that's the first thing
[1619.12] Jack: that came to my mind it's the police trying to stop the drone no oh man no luckily hasn't hasn't
[1625.36] Jack: gone that far we do like me personally i do feel like the public attitude towards us has changed
[1633.2] Jack: but like depends on the public there's still plenty of people that
[1636.64] Curry: go around saying oh that looks awesome as it goes to flying on me go away
[1642.72] Curry: but yes i'm sorry so i was just gonna say aside from new spots and i'm quite guilty of this you've
[1648.64] Curry: got to fly like you're not scared of crashing or getting it stuck somewhere which which i'm really
[1654.88] Curry: bad at but i've got lots of beepers at least because as soon as you start thinking actually
[1659.52] Curry: i might crash here and i might not try it then you sort of lose the the ability to sort of push
[1664.8] Curry: it and really try harder things or newer things yeah sometimes it's just taking a big point and
[1670.24] Gerry: then going for it i've got an old frame i'm flying which is a cheap lissam i don't know
[1674.8] Gerry: whether you saw those 210 i remember then uav futures build so that's my chuck it about and
[1681.44] Gerry: smash it into things quad and the chameleon ti has only been flown twice because it's new and
[1687.92] Jack: fancy yeah you've got a like the the other thing that i found as well is having the same setup
[1697.6] Jack: to fly again and again and again and having your best and your best quads so you can keep
[1704.24] Jack: and and definitely have spares so that you get used to that setup but it was a lot of you you
[1710.88] Jack: hear chad nulloch and steel like of um ethics or whatever he's part of now you hear him mention
[1719.6] Jack: that over and over again but i definitely noticed the skill of tony being like because he he made
[1727.04] Jack: sure he traveled and went everywhere and he was at different events and i noticed he was like that
[1734.16] Jack: me and him would go to a new spot and visit new people and he would be flying a lot more confident
[1738.96] Jack: than you know he would be sort of like matching the guys who were locally there and then when i
[1744.8] Jack: went with him and frank and we started traveling around a bit more there was people like um
[1751.68] Jack: someone who noticed it as well who said something to me was uh uh was andy rc he was like oh my god
[1758.64] Jack: you guys work together and like in a new place and like you're spotting for each other and you're
[1763.6] Jack: helping each other out and you fly so safely because he was like very used to flying on his
[1768.4] Jack: own and we went to the you know the what was that place called tony you know the cliffs with
[1774.96] Jack: the rocks and that oh my god and he was yeah and we we had to say to him like mate you know like
[1782.16] Jack: he would lose his spot just because there wasn't a dog ship in you know he'd like lose orientation
[1787.76] Jack: like instantly yeah he had to be like jack's the new dog ship in in his weird yellow vest
[1794.64] Jack: and i would have to sit next to him so we know his way around and it took him a good
[1799.92] Jack: like hour or two to like get round like i'm not in my field and you know and like i definitely
[1808.32] Jack: and then the next spot when we went to curry kittens spot where we were flying through the
[1813.68] Jack: trees i got that feeling again of like ah i'm somewhere new and it's fun and it's you know and

[3990.19] Eric: just put it on my battery strap with a zip tie so i switch it between quads i just loop it onto
[3994.99] Eric: the battery strap it's perfect and it's it saved my butt twice where i i would have been hard pressed
