[525.01] AndyRC: And amazingly, it picked up the image perfectly,

[536.77] AndyRC: Yeah, so I switched to rapid fire because my TrueD diversity module has given in.
[542.53] AndyRC: And when I put the rapid fire in my HDOs, the button doesn't line up to the cowl in.

[554.13] AndyRC: Anyways, I sent an email to Immersion RC.
[559.57] AndyRC: And they are like, they don't understand how it's possible.

[569.33] AndyRC: So yeah, I'm going to have to send it back and send it to Immersion RC.
[574.85] AndyRC: And they've got to figure out why the button was not seated in the right place.

[587.01] Frank: For people who were following remotely and watched the Saturday livestream

[597.97] Frank: Well, I mentioned and got rid of half our live audience and said,
[604.69] Frank: the guys out on the field were doing silly things with streamers and that kind of stuff.
[610.13] Frank: And yeah, that looked like a lot of fun.

[615.33] AndyRC: Technically, you didn't get rid of the live audience
[617.81] AndyRC: because it was streaming the audio out to the speakers.

[742.85] Frank: The Fix Wing guys specifically said you did a very impressive loop that they couldn't work out.
[751.33] Frank: Like, they hadn't seen a quad to do such a nice loop before,
[754.29] Frank: and they couldn't work out how you did it without having, like, aerofoils.
[758.77] AndyRC: Yeah, this is why I think Tony deserved it.
[761.97] AndyRC: Because for me, freestyle is all about aerobatics,
[765.97] AndyRC: not trying to, you know, do tricks through gates and stuff.
[769.89] AndyRC: And, like, it was just super smooth.
[772.05] AndyRC: And the fact that, like, it was an ex-class,
[774.29] AndyRC: you wouldn't have known it was an ex-class looking through the goggles
[777.17] AndyRC: because it was just so smooth.
[779.41] AndyRC: And so that's why you won for me.
[782.53] Jack: I was trying to take the wind out of it, so I was being like,
[784.93] Jack: you're only one because everyone else went home.

[831.73] Tony: Well, it was weird because there was, was there a toothpick entered?

[841.65] NJ: That's a real kind of go freestyle thing, isn't it?
[845.65] NJ: You know, just choose your weapon and go out and do your thing and see what happens.

[851.97] Tony: After the disaster of the smoke grenades, what didn't happen and took my X-Class out of the sky,
[859.01] Tony: which was a shame because we had, we had tested it before and it worked,
[863.49] Tony: but it worked before and it just reset my whole board after 15 seconds.
[871.01] Tony: Me and Martin from Fossil Stuff went back and we fixed it all in an hour.
[874.93] Tony: So it was all back up and running.
[876.61] Tony: We changed every single arm, swapped all the props and come back to do the freestyle run.
[883.25] Tony: And I just thought, I'm just going to enter it into the freestyle.

[889.49] AndyRC: Are the arms expensive?

[894.21] Tony: We went from having carbon arms, what were 10 pound an arm, to more or less the same,

[920.93] Frank: Well, the rest of Saturday evening was obviously,

[927.65] Frank: of Jack getting some more of these fireworks and strapping them to a quad.

[957.33] Frank: And then the binary throttle, tiny whoop stuff was anxiously being set up

[969.65] Frank: I think they said it carried on till like two or three in the morning.
[973.97] Tony: Yeah, I went up there about midnight and there was some racing.
[979.97] Tony: It was really cold Saturday night.
[981.65] Tony: I think the clouds had gone and it started to get a bit frosty,
[986.77] Tony: but there was a few people racing up there and they made such a cool little track.
[992.93] Tony: I tuned into the videos and it was really cool.
[996.69] AndyRC: They said something about the smoke machine or something.
[1001.57] AndyRC: Well, they didn't need the smoke machine in there.
[1007.65] AndyRC: They said that it drastically reduces the temperature
[1011.25] AndyRC: because I felt it was like all of a sudden that smoke machine come on.
[1015.33] AndyRC: It just went freezing cold in there.
[1017.25] Tony: Yeah, every time they touch that smoke machine, the temperature would drop.
[1021.25] AndyRC: I'm sure there's a reason for it scientifically.
[1025.81] Curry: I was gutted to miss that because I had to go home,
[1027.97] Curry: but I was itching to see how it all turned out and look at the footage.
[1031.33] Curry: But they were still setting up when they had about half an hour worth of setting up.
[1036.53] Curry: Well, that was the estimate.
[1037.65] Curry: Was it half an hour? It was more like an hour.
[1039.49] Tony: They'd only been there since Thursday.
[1043.25] Frank: Yeah, they carry on building stuff until now.
[1047.89] Curry: It's unending development, isn't it?
[1049.57] Curry: It's not like we're just going to put that there.
[1051.17] Curry: It's like I'm just making a sardino board.

[1198.61] Tony: I saw a haggle over 50p for an egg.
[1202.05] NJ: I saw Jack negotiating with the owner to take over the business.
[1206.69] NJ: Oh, yeah.
[1207.57] NJ: And what did you suggest directly to the utterly startled woman's face?
[1212.53] NJ: You were going to call the business, Jack?
[1213.89] AndyRC: It was, it was, should we say, it was probably approaching as 16, would you say?
[1219.81] AndyRC: Yeah, can I call the business slutty sausages?
[1223.33] NJ: Yeah, it's just, you've got this amazing thing where you can just immediately engage with people,
[1229.89] NJ: lull them into this false sense of security by offering them a really sensible conversation.
[1235.09] NJ: And we had a little bit of knowledge about catering.
[1237.33] NJ: I thought, well, this is going very well.
[1239.33] NJ: And then you say, yes, I'm going to call it slutty sausages.
[1242.61] NJ: At which point she just looked at you a little bit disgusted, a little bit confused,
[1247.17] NJ: and then just walked to her page.
[1249.89] AndyRC: That's what most people do, right?
[1252.13] AndyRC: Just left my boot, just left and just went.
[1255.81] AndyRC: And he even helped to refill the tomato sauce thing.
[1261.49] AndyRC: He was like working for them for a little bit.
[1264.37] AndyRC: Did she say we're selling the business or something?
[1266.93] AndyRC: Yeah.
[1267.49] AndyRC: They're retiring.
[1269.09] AndyRC: Oh, they're retiring.
[1269.97] NJ: I think I just reached the retirement date forward after that last time.
[1274.37] AndyRC: There's your answer, then, to next year.
[1276.29] AndyRC: Maybe you can just get the chips.

[1936.29] AndyRC: when you put the ex-class against the jets, it makes just the ex-class look like a normal

[2313.65] Curry: I think I got one lap so far out of my various tries. They can all go in their category and at
[2320.21] Curry: the top of the category where there's Xblades and Sen Nudes and all those guys, they're racing
[2325.41] Curry: around doing 20-second laps. The other guys are trying to get a minute lap or just a lap.

[2342.13] Tony: someone not so well known and still have a good time and enjoy yourself.
