=====================================

[0.0] Jack: Hey guys it's Jack here big massive shout out to our patreons so these guys are the guys who donate
[9.84] Jack: for the editing and they really do make a huge difference to keep the show alive.
[17.12] Jack: We've been sponsored by Art Faulkner, Ferdy Evers, Mikey Dread and Under Fluke.
[23.2] Jack: These guys are absolute legends. Thank you so much and see you next show.
[30.0] Jack: Hello and welcome to another absolutely s*** episode of Let's Show Now where we're not even
[65.41] Jack: on Let's Show Now, we're on Let's Andrew Sashfrank out. Tonight you are joined by Andrew Sashfrank,
[73.01] Jack: not really, and you are posting it from his work. Hello. My name is Tony. Bonsoir.
[82.61] Jack: And Gary Kitten. Hello. I'm also right until I fly. Any views expressed by any guests on this show,
[89.33] Curry: especially towards YouTube and the lovely benevolent masters Google, are personal and may not...
[96.05] Curry: YouTube cut out again. Do you actually have limbsip though Andy because I notice you're
[100.77] Curry: drinking your fake coke and last week you're eating a fake Mars bath so what is the fake limbsip
[106.45] Andy: cold from your... Oh no, no, no. When it comes to colds I go, I've got the full proper night nurse,
[114.37] Andy: I've got the... I mean if the camera goes off it's because this is going up my nose
[121.41] Andy: and this is the pseudo fan. This is it. When you're ill man you can't go...
[126.37] Andy: You can't go Aldi when you're ill. You can't go Aldi when you're ill. You can.
[132.53] Jack: That on a t-shirt. How come you're not electrocuting yourself and all that, Widge?
[139.41] Andy: Because it's just the cold. My next fight I've just got
[143.73] Andy: colds, that's it, you know, but it's... I've got it because I've got like a free house,
[151.65] Andy: there's nobody in the house, so my plan was to like... I've got so much... Sorry, I'm gonna sound
[160.29] Andy: horrible through the podcast. I got so much stuff that I was like I could do like five videos a day
[166.93] Andy: and now I'm like great, now I can't talk properly and that if I'm... I don't have a video... You can't
[173.41] Andy: talk properly anyway, you're northern. I've done a video yesterday when it was just started,
[178.53] Andy: I uploaded that today and even then I could tell it was like coming up so I'm like great, I can't
[184.37] Curry: do anything. The voiceover in that one sounded a little bit like you were working hard to pronounce
[192.37] Andy: every word, it sounded slightly different. Well, that was because a lot of phlegm had to be cut out.
[200.77] Andy: You had to be the phlegm cut, where they're just... Yeah, exactly. Well, exactly. Yeah, I'm like an
[210.77] Andy: an amateur audio engineer, so if you listen carefully, you'll hear the cuts where I had to...
[218.29] Andy: You know when you've got a cold, like you breathe, but it's just all like a gargling sound.
[226.61] Andy: I had to cut a lot of that out, so yeah, I've still got it because I've got so much good stuff.
[232.53] Andy: Have you been given the new goggles yet? What new goggles?
[236.37] Andy: What? Those Orca things. Is it Orca or Crossway? Have you seen any of that? I don't think I'll be
[245.81] Andy: getting those because they're like a US thing, aren't they? I think they come from Croatia,
[250.37] Tony: don't they? Maybe that, no. I think they're from a Croatia company. I got stuck trying to get in,
[257.89] Andy: trying to get in. They look quite nice. I got some other goggles, which I'm not allowed to talk
[262.61] Andy: about, but N.J. saw them when I met him the other day. Pretty cool. When can you talk about them?
[269.97] Andy: I don't know. Give us a clue. Are they top guy? I can't, I just... I get in so much trouble.
[276.77] Tony: He's on the night nurse, like, that is... he's just gonna give away stuff or not. Hey, here's
[283.09] Andy: an interesting fact. The night nurse has got 18% alcohol in here. 18? Give me some. It's like a
[290.93] Andy: liqueur that cures your cold. Don't use it like that. It's full of paracetamol. My recommendation
[298.53] Curry: for cold curing is spicy curry. That'll really clear you out nicely. I've already had one of
[306.61] Andy: them, but you can't taste it, can't you, when you have the cold? It's pointless.
[311.57] Andy: Anyways, I'm gonna stop complaining and stop talking because it sounds awful.
[316.37] Jack: So, for the observant of you, we've got Adam Juniper here.
[322.21] Jack: Any of you didn't catch the... Say hello, Adam.
[327.01] Tony: He's frozen, mate.
[330.69] Andy: Jesus, man.
[340.77] Jack: Do you want to know why YouTube's gone wrong?
[346.21] Andy: Has it got something to do with a child saying something on a line?
[352.29] Jack: Maybe. But I've actually done something RC related.
[357.65] Curry: I think YouTube went wrong because you built a wing for, like, seven hours with Frank.
[362.61] Jack: Yeah. I think I made a little mistake with the battery.
[367.49] Tony: Is that just to control the bloody FC? Where's the battery? What controls the motor, Jack?
[375.41] Tony: I think it's a bit small, wasn't it?
[378.05] Curry: I like the fact that your flight controller, is that a specific thing? It's like when you
[382.21] Curry: put the angle in, it's yours at, like, 22.5 degrees. It's very specialized.
[387.41] Curry: Not screwed in yet, that's all.
[390.05] Jack: No, it looks quite good.
[392.21] Jack: No, it looks quite good. Why is the battery gable so long?
[398.13] Jack: Like, Hobbyking, what the hell? Look, it's like it is literally double the length of the battery.
[406.93] Jack: Why do they do that?
[408.05] Andy: Well, wouldn't it be perhaps for, like, if it's for, like, a wing or a plane, maybe the center of
[415.97] Andy: gravity in mind, rather for a quad. I don't know, just thinking outside the box. I remember
[425.49] Andy: seeing those red arrows and they've got those massive packs right at the front. I was thinking
[431.33] Andy: that maybe, you know, because, like, they're ducted fans, maybe they'd have to have an
[438.93] Andy: extension cable to plug in to the, I don't know. I'm making a point.
[444.53] Jack: Man, you sound like absolute god.
[447.17] Andy: Do you want me to, do you want me to unmute myself?
[449.17] Andy: No, no, no, no, no.
[451.17] Andy: I feel sorry for you, man.
[452.93] Andy: I didn't feel like, I'm glad you're here. You're making an effort, it's good.
[458.37] Andy: Wow, I was, like, honestly, like, tonight was going to be, like, party time. Like,
[465.57] Andy: I went, look, do you remember these guys from the, from the, from Mini Air Show? I was like,
[473.25] Andy: That's Frank for you, isn't it?
[475.09] Andy: I was like, I've got a free house. Like, I can't, I can't, I couldn't, I drink alcohol,
[480.85] Andy: because I'm struggling to drink that again. What's worse, the Aldi coke?
[488.45] Tony: There's probably less sugar in the alcohol than the coke.
[492.45] Andy: No, it's zero. It's zero.
[495.17] Tony: Well, then they replace it with something far worse.
[498.05] Jack: I was, I was in for a good night. I ordered in coke and strippers.
[505.49] Curry: You said you were going to save that, Jake.
[509.33] Curry: No one's going to watch this.
[510.69] Curry: You've used the coke already.
[513.01] Tony: We're done.
[516.45] Jack: Yeah, well, I mean, episode 195, do you know what I mean?
[520.05] Jack: Is that what we're on now?
[521.65] Jack: Yeah, so we've got, like, five more episodes.
[524.05] Jack: I need to have a word with you.
[527.57] Andy: Rob Britton says, get your son in bed, actually.
[530.45] Andy: I was in bed, but I'm just so dead. I just like this show so much.
[536.37] Andy: Like, I literally don't talk to anybody other than, like, on a Thursday.
[542.53] Andy: So even when I'm, like, really ill, I still just want to chat to you guys.
[550.77] Curry: You can show from bed. We can just see your head down there.
[555.33] Tony: That would actually be quite good.
[558.29] Tony: Can we have that on episode 200?
[560.45] Jack: No, because there'll just be a lump there.
[562.93] Jack: Little do people know that every time he's on Let's Drone Out, he has a massive erection.
[567.57] Tony: Yeah, plain tense.
[569.97] Tony: I wish.
[572.29] Jack: Oh, Andy.
[573.97] Andy: It's just totally done me.
[576.45] Andy: After the last experience, it would take a hammer, I reckon.
[581.01] Andy: I don't know what I'm saying.
[586.05] Andy: I've had way too much nightmares.
[589.65] Jack: I think we might actually have to cut all of that.
[594.45] Andy: I haven't slept for a day either, so as soon as this shows over, I'm sleeping for a day.
[601.41] Tony: Oh, dear.
[603.25] Jack: If you're listening to this, just cut the whole of Andy, I see.
[609.17] Tony: Because he made an effort.
[611.17] Curry: Trying to get vaguely on topic.
[613.33] Curry: Who has done some RC related stuff?
[615.09] Curry: Now, Jack, you've been building a wing and Andrew slash Frank was building a
[620.61] Curry: flight test kit that you bought.
[622.93] Curry: Did these get fixed?
[624.05] Curry: Last I saw, he tried to burn his finger off and then decided he couldn't do any more.
[630.85] Jack: He's done it.
[631.65] Jack: I can go and get it if you want me to.
[634.69] Jack: It's still at your house.
[635.57] Jack: Yeah, it's complete.
[636.69] Curry: Because you haven't had it in a few days, as far as I could tell.
[638.69] Jack: Yeah, well, he missed his train.
[640.21] Jack: He was having so much good fun.
[642.61] Jack: And so, yeah, he ended up staying here and he finished it.
[649.17] Jack: So he just needs to buy and he needs to trim the antenna,
[654.45] Jack: remove some of the shroud, because for some reason, the end has come off it.
[658.45] Jack: And he's got two batteries here.
[662.69] Jack: The battery delivery showed up.
[666.13] Jack: And the motors are spinning the right way.
[669.57] Jack: He's just got to make a mix, bind, and that's it.
[673.25] Tony: Is he doing this line of sight or is he fb'ing it?
[678.13] Tony: It's a line of sight, though.
[680.45] Tony: So we're going to have that this weekend on our travels.
[683.97] Jack: I don't know whether that is going to happen.
[686.13] Jack: Like, we need to chat about that.
[688.69] Tony: Well, I'm going no matter what.
[691.25] Tony: Because I've told MGFPV I'm going down there.
[694.37] Curry: Why don't you explain your plan for what viewers we have here, Tony?
[699.89] Curry: Tony, you must decide if they want to jump on the bandwagon with you.
[703.65] Tony: The plan is just go out and fly and have fun with friends.
[707.89] Tony: I think we're going to go down and see MGFPV who's been in the chat.
[711.97] Jack: That's not what I've heard.
[713.25] Jack: I've heard you want to drive along the coast and then fly in a beach.
[721.25] Jack: So if your motors don't get full of sand, hopefully you'll fail safe into the water.
[726.93] Jack: Well, hopefully not.
[728.77] Jack: And then camp in a hole and roll around and stink.
[736.45] Jack: And then meet a really attractive girl at the end of it who's got a boyfriend.
[740.53] Jack: It was looking like you've been having sex with a bear and stink like you'd be rolling in his...
[748.77] Curry: And she will clearly be swept off her feet by this human mud creature.
[753.65] Jack: Look, we're always making head problems here.
[756.85] Jack: Looks like I sleep in a bush.
[759.65] Curry: I don't sleep in a bush.
[761.49] Curry: I sleep there.
[762.45] Curry: Make joke about sleeping in bushes.
[765.41] Jack: I've been watching you, MGFPV from the bushes.
[769.17] Jack: Don't isolate that, P. I swear to God.
[772.05] Tony: We're just going to go down, travel along the coast, meet MGFPV, fly with her and Philip,
[779.41] Tony: her boyfriend.
[780.85] Tony: They're going to take us to some spots.
[782.53] Tony: We're going to have some fun.
[783.73] Tony: And then I hope we're going to carry on down.
[786.69] Tony: Where is Durdle Door?
[788.05] Tony: That's pretty near, isn't it?
[789.57] Tony: Dorset.
[790.61] Tony: Yeah.
[790.85] Tony: And that's pretty near.
[791.73] Tony: So hopefully we can go and do there.
[793.73] Tony: And that AM, maybe, I don't know, do we power loop?
[800.45] Curry: Note from Durdle Door is it had loads of like no drone signs everywhere.
[804.13] Curry: But, you know, they're just advisory, I'm sure.
[808.05] Tony: No drones, if no one's...
[810.53] Tony: What if no one's there early on a sunrise?
[813.49] Curry: If no one's there to hear it, does the drone make a noise?
[816.21] Curry: Exactly.
[816.69] Curry: I'd like to see a power loop of the Durdle Door.
[821.25] Tony: That'd be pretty.
[822.29] Curry: That'd be quite nice.
[823.33] Tony: That'd be good, wouldn't it?
[825.41] Tony: I'm really bad at them.
[827.73] Tony: So I won't be doing that.
[829.41] Tony: Just angle your trim off lutz.
[831.17] Tony: I'm really not good at them.
[833.81] Tony: I need someone to teach me how to do these.
[837.25] Curry: All the more reason to try it over a massive bit of cold water.
[840.21] Curry: You can't possibly get the tub back from it.
[842.93] Jack: I know.
[843.97] Jack: Tom says Durdle Door is not flyable.
[848.05] Jack: Absolutely not.
[850.29] Jack: It's just down the road from me.
[852.29] Tony: Well, not even at 6am when the sun's coming up.
[855.57] Curry: Explain yourself, Tom.
[856.77] Curry: If they snuck in there before anybody noticed, could they get in and out?
[860.21] Curry: We could get there at 6am and fly this.
[862.45] Jack: BVZ says I'm not licking anything at my age.
[868.05] Jack: It might be fatal.
[869.49] Curry: Yeah, just look what happened to Andy RC.
[871.73] Curry: He licked a couple of people at MA5 and now he's ill.
[875.73] Jack: I am so salty about Google at the moment.
[880.69] Jack: Why?
[881.81] Jack: I'm not feeling this show.
[883.97] Jack: I'd rather be on fire.
[886.45] Tony: Why don't you set your hair on fire and I'll give you a donation.
[892.93] Tony: We've got 42 watchers now.
[895.25] Tony: That's incredible.
[896.05] Tony: Thank you everyone for watching.
[897.57] Tony: That's pretty cool.
[898.29] Jack: My d-pitting to be.
[901.01] Tony: It went wrong.
[901.81] Tony: We did have a lot to talk about, but it's just flustered us all, really.
[906.21] Tony: This whole thing going on.
[908.53] Tony: What did you have to talk about?
[909.57] Curry: I didn't know there was an actual plan.
[910.85] Curry: No one discussed that.
[911.65] Tony: Shh, don't tell the people that.
[914.45] Curry: Oh, okay.
[915.17] Curry: Yeah, we had loads to talk about, but now we've lost it.
[920.53] Jack: I was going to mention soon it's going to be episode 200.
[925.33] Jack: I was going to talk about my wing and how happy that's making me.
[931.97] Andy: I've got loads to talk about.
[933.49] Andy: I can't bloody talk.
[935.65] Andy: It's his own show.
[937.09] Curry: Shall I talk about the solution to Jack saying he's going to give up
[940.29] Curry: when the registration comes in?
[942.29] Curry: Yes.
[942.69] Curry: Is that a good subject to cover?
[943.65] Tony: Yes.
[944.53] Jack: No, don't give them ideas.
[946.93] Curry: No, no, it's a good idea.
[948.37] Curry: Okay, here's what's happening here.
[950.53] Curry: Do you remember Jack did that flight at Mini Air Show and I made fun of him
[955.01] Curry: because his battery was down to like 12 volts and I'm saying that is a terrible battery.
[958.53] Curry: He says, yeah, I don't want to buy any new ones because I'm going to give up
[961.97] Curry: when the registration comes in.
[963.49] Curry: I just said to him, no, you're not because I'm just going to register for you.
[967.81] Curry: I know your details.
[968.93] Curry: I know your address.
[970.37] Curry: I can just pay the money, answer the questions, and you'll get your registration things.
[973.73] Curry: You might as well buy some new batteries.
[976.05] Curry: It suddenly struck us that this is the solution.
[978.93] Curry: If your friends are saying, I don't really want to be registered, I'm going to give up.
[981.97] Curry: Just spend the £16.50, get them registered.
[985.41] Curry: They'll never get off the list again, so they might as well carry on.
[987.89] Andy: That's a good idea.
[989.49] Andy: Could I just say the reason that Jack's battery was sagging has nothing to do with the age
[996.85] Andy: because I've got the GoPro.
[998.37] Tony: Yeah, because I'm more than sagging, I'm getting on.
[1002.29] Andy: Yeah, but he's chasing EDFs that are going nearly like 100 miles per hour.
[1007.65] Andy: Exactly.
[1008.13] Andy: That's why he's down to 30 volts.
[1009.97] Andy: I'm all too fast.
[1011.97] Curry: These were Jack's words, not mine.
[1013.65] Curry: He blamed his battery age as opposed to the speed of the jet.
[1017.89] Jack: I can tell you.
[1019.25] Jack: They are drone labs, and they are old as anything.
[1023.49] Andy: Well, I could tell you brand new batteries would do exactly the same on that rig.
[1028.69] Andy: Unless you go 6S.
[1030.29] Andy: I agree. Ask for anyone.
[1032.45] Jack: I think my cord would explode.
[1036.13] Jack: It's only a kiss V2 setup.
[1039.97] Jack: Don't I need to add capacitors and have the wires really short and all that good stuff?
[1046.53] Andy: I think your own kiss V2 and what ESC is, 24 or 32.
[1055.89] Andy: On the 32, you just need to add three 30, 35 volt caps on each ESC,
[1065.57] Andy: and then you can go 6S, but that's easy.
[1070.37] Andy: You don't need motors, obviously.
[1073.97] Jack: What do I do about my VTX?
[1080.05] Andy: It's your VTX powered for a V-bat.
[1085.17] Andy: What VTX do you think?
[1086.61] Jack: No back.
[1088.13] Jack: It's a Tramp.
[1090.45] Andy: Tramp goes up to 25 volts, don't it?
[1093.73] Andy: Or am I wrong?
[1095.65] Jack: Don't I?
[1096.21] Jack: I've got one lying around here somewhere.
[1098.21] Jack: Hang on, I'll google it.
[1101.09] Jack: No, that's fine.
[1102.53] Andy: No, because it's called the Tramp HV. HV surely stands for high volt, right?
[1109.33] Jack: 2 to 6S, you're right.
[1111.33] Andy: There you go, you see.
[1113.41] Andy: You'd almost think that I'd got like an RC channel or something.
[1118.77] Curry: 6S, not convinced.
[1120.13] Curry: Try that today and it didn't like it too much.
[1124.29] Curry: Well, it didn't like it until I opened up the throttle and then the motors decided to desync
[1127.89] Curry: and it did this super spinny thing and filtered the ground.
[1130.69] Andy: Yeah, the problem is that it is the product that you've got because...
[1137.65] Andy: Ta-da!
[1139.81] Andy: What?
[1141.81] Andy: Same one on my desk.
[1144.29] Andy: If that is your first experience of 6S, then that's a shame.
[1150.29] Curry: It wasn't proper 6S.
[1151.65] Curry: I call it my ghetto 6S where I disconnect up too massive.
[1157.33] Curry: Show them the wire.
[1159.17] Curry: Should I show them the bad wire or the good wire that I used?
[1162.93] Curry: Both.
[1164.45] Jack: I know this sometimes is an audio podcast, but...
[1167.49] Curry: This was my first wire and I looked at that and said,
[1169.89] Curry: actually, I've got a little bit light on the wire gauge there, haven't I?
[1173.25] Jack: You might as well have used a paper clip.
[1175.33] Jack: Why are you doing that?
[1176.93] Curry: That's my new wire, but I've shown you...
[1179.17] Jack: I looked up to you, man.
[1180.61] Jack: I remember watching your videos and you were like, it's such a great dad.
[1185.25] Jack: He'll, like, mix anything, you know, he doesn't give up.
[1188.61] Jack: Like, most of the time, I'm just like...
[1190.61] Andy: Did somebody instruct you how to make that wire?
[1194.13] Andy: No, it's just a series connector.
[1195.89] Curry: Right, give me a second because...
[1198.45] Curry: Oh, that's what it looked like, see?
[1199.81] Curry: Two 3S batteries, little quad, 6S.
[1203.33] Jack: Okay.
[1204.69] Curry: I've got a question.
[1205.65] Jack: That looks like a mini quad that's been really shrunken with what I can only describe as some
[1211.65] Jack: sort of lipo tumour.
[1213.49] Jack: Yes.
[1214.79] Curry: It did tell me that there is no need to invest in like a...
[1219.67] Curry: Because this is essentially a 650 6S.
[1223.11] Curry: And really, this is like a 450 500 6S.
[1226.15] Curry: But because it doesn't work, if you open up the throttle, it tells me,
[1230.63] Curry: do not spend money on 6S lipos for this quad because it will just break them.
[1235.11] Curry: What's the point?
[1236.07] Curry: Who says that?
[1237.67] Curry: I do.
[1238.47] Curry: Well, my test equalled, I open up the throttle,
[1243.27] Curry: and it's like, no, spinny spinny out of control and die.
[1246.71] Andy: Okay, I've got a question for you.
[1249.99] Andy: Did you alter the digital idle speed?
[1254.39] Curry: I didn't alter the digital idle speed, but this wasn't a situation where it was low throttle.
[1259.75] Curry: This is a high throttle thing.
[1261.27] Andy: Yeah, it doesn't matter.
[1263.75] Andy: The digital idle was...
[1266.15] Andy: Oh, did it happen?
[1267.67] Andy: So it did it just on throttle?
[1269.43] Andy: No, no flips or anything like that.
[1271.75] Curry: Yeah, so I flew around.
[1275.59] Curry: So first, I did a line of sight test, did a little fly around, did a couple of punches,
[1279.59] Curry: then I did a really big punch, got to full throttle and died.
[1284.07] Curry: So I did a fly around anyway, so I could go around sort of 50% for all 6% for all 70%.
[1289.35] Curry: And then I started doing some high maneuvers when I was coming around,
[1292.15] Curry: and then I was accelerating the hard way.
[1294.55] Curry: And in one of those accelerations, motor desynced again, and fell down.
[1300.23] Andy: First of all, they've got the digital idle at 3.5%, which is way too low for
[1307.75] Andy: notchy motors, because you know that these motors are notchy, right?
[1311.83] Andy: They're nice and tight.
[1312.79] Andy: However...
[1313.67] Andy: No, no, no, it's not nice.
[1315.59] Andy: It's that nice, tight, notchy motor.
[1322.63] Andy: Does anybody know why it's not good when there's notches between the motors?
[1327.83] Andy: It's because there's a gap between the magnets.
[1333.03] Andy: And it's like an illusion.
[1336.87] Andy: It makes it, oh, that's nice and tight.
[1339.67] Andy: No, what it is is that because the magnets are spaced further apart,
[1347.11] Andy: you get an interruption with the magnetism.
[1353.51] Andy: So that's actually quite bad, because if your digital idle is really low,
[1359.67] Andy: and you do like a spin, what can happen is the motor stops,
[1366.71] Andy: but it can't start again, because it's got that resistance there if the...
[1373.27] Jack: You've got to overcome.
[1375.35] Curry: Yeah, that's about going to zero throttle and going back up again, as opposed to high throttle.
[1384.07] Andy: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[1384.95] Andy: I mean, I haven't flown this yet, because I've been ill,
[1388.15] Andy: but the 220 version of it had this death roll thing.
[1395.83] Andy: And basically, the ESCs couldn't...
[1399.43] Andy: It was an ESC issue.
[1403.35] Andy: I suspect that with this as well, because it's rated for 20 amp, right?
[1410.87] Andy: But they say, oh, it'll take a 2 to 6S LiPo.
[1417.51] Andy: So is the 20 amp for 6S, or is it for 4S?
[1423.83] Andy: Because if it's for 4S, then the 6S equivalent is only rated 14 amp.
[1435.19] Andy: And your 6S will be pushing 55 amp.
[1441.35] Andy: So you're on the limit of pushing the ESCs into a DC.
[1447.51] Andy: What's he doing?
[1448.47] Jack: Tony.
[1449.75] Tony: I want the chat back, because I've got disconnected.
[1452.31] Tony: I can't see anything.
[1454.31] Tony: We're getting in the link, Tony.
[1455.59] Tony: We're getting in the link now.
[1457.59] Tony: Oh, my God.
[1458.39] Tony: Every time we get connected, it disappears.
[1461.83] Tony: I'm sorry.
[1463.19] Tony: It's just the way it is.
[1465.27] Jack: So you think the correct thing to do is mash on your keyboard,
[1471.19] Jack: like some sort of silverback gorilla.
[1473.35] Curry: Well, look, at least you didn't put it up against the wall this time.
[1476.95] Curry: Yeah.
[1477.19] Tony: Not this time, but I've got a lovely sunset out here at the moment.
[1482.87] Tony: Oh, my God.
[1483.75] Curry: Well, Andy, it'd be interesting to see how you do with this on 6S,
[1486.63] Curry: because it's a little bit lackluster on 4S, I found.
[1489.99] Andy: Oh, yeah.
[1491.91] Andy: It's got to be totally gutless.
[1494.15] Andy: If you're looking at the KV, because, yeah, on 6S, its KV equivalent would be 3750 KV,
[1505.67] Andy: which is about right.
[1509.75] Andy: They're doing the 4S equivalent.
[1513.99] Andy: So 2500 KV, I mean, if you think, unlike a 2-3 stator motor, it's fine.
[1520.31] Andy: But on a 15 stator motor, it's like, yeah, it's going to be completely gutless.
[1527.51] Andy: Oh, there's so many things wrong, though.
[1529.35] Andy: The carbon's cut wrong.
[1532.71] Andy: Have you, by any chance, got an XGB145?
[1537.67] Curry: No.
[1538.39] Andy: No, you haven't.
[1539.75] Andy: Have you got any other model close towards you?
[1545.43] Andy: No.
[1547.11] Andy: Like, like...
[1548.71] Curry: This is the old nebula.
[1549.83] Curry: That wasn't made of carbon, was it?
[1551.35] Andy: That one's no good.
[1553.11] Andy: You need like another...
[1554.07] Andy: Have you got any other two-inch, three-inch, anything?
[1557.51] Andy: Look at the direction of the weave and the carbon, like, compared to it.
[1569.8] Andy: That is really weird.
[1572.76] Andy: Bend the arms on the wizard and see how easy they bend.
[1578.12] Andy: It's ridiculous.
[1579.32] Andy: They're quite bendy.
[1580.76] Andy: Try the other one.
[1585.72] Andy: Yeah.
[1586.6] Curry: Less bendy, but not...
[1588.28] Andy: Yeah, look at the direction that they've cut the bottom body.
[1595.4] Andy: They've cut the carbon in the wrong direction.
[1597.8] Andy: So I'm surprised, after you're decent, that your arms even survived.
[1604.44] Andy: Because I'm worried breaking it just by, you know, bending it with my hands.
[1610.04] Curry: Lying over long grass, and because I thought it was going to crash,
[1614.76] Curry: I had made a point of doing the maneuvers that I was doing.
[1618.36] Curry: When I was going full throttle, it was coming into a corner,
[1621.88] Curry: as opposed to like going up high and doing something where it might have smashed pieces.
[1626.28] Andy: Yeah.
[1626.68] Andy: Because I saw Kebab had a decent, and I wondered, and I haven't flown this yet,
[1635.08] Andy: so I thought, well, I'm going to have to do the review part first,
[1640.52] Andy: and then fly it, because you can't sort of have a modeling pieces,
[1646.04] Andy: and then do like...
[1647.24] Andy: Well, I suppose you could, but...
[1650.04] Andy: It makes a good thumbnail.
[1654.36] Andy: Yeah, but when you sort of explain it,
[1656.28] Andy: there's just so much wrong with this, though, man.
[1662.04] Andy: I don't know where to start with it.
[1664.04] Andy: The camera's nice, it's...
[1665.88] Curry: No, it's not.
[1666.44] Curry: It's like the Fox Air Arrow.
[1668.92] Andy: Well, do you like the fact that they have removed the ground,
[1672.52] Andy: so that you can't turn off the on-screen display that it comes with?
[1677.16] Curry: Are they to interrupt everyone?
[1679.24] Curry: They didn't send you the thing, but you can plug the OSD in and change it.
[1683.56] Andy: Yeah, because everybody's got another model that's got the same camera.
[1686.28] Curry: I did point out that this was bad.
[1688.2] Curry: But somebody suggested, if you look at the OSD default,
[1691.8] Curry: it's got nothing there, just the warnings.
[1694.28] Curry: And somebody said, perhaps they set it up,
[1696.2] Curry: so somebody issued and said,
[1699.32] Curry: oh, look, this camera's putting the OSD on.
[1701.16] Curry: Let's turn everything on the Betaflight OSD off.
[1704.04] Andy: Yeah, but it's running off the 5-volt regulator,
[1707.56] Andy: so it says 5 volts all the time.
[1709.32] Curry: Oh, that's a very good point, yeah.
[1710.84] Curry: Go on, Tom.
[1711.72] Andy: It's like, what's my battery got?
[1712.84] Tony: Tom, just look at the chat.
[1714.36] Tony: It's funny.
[1714.92] Tony: He's like, pyrozec blue or something.
[1717.4] Tony: He said, I thought Andy wasn't going to talk.
[1719.64] Tony: Laugh out loud.
[1721.4] Tony: Dan isn't going to repeat like that.
[1723.48] Tony: This is Andy.
[1724.12] Tony: I know you can't shut him up.
[1725.48] Tony: This is Andy not talking.
[1727.56] Tony: But I love it, Andy.
[1729.56] Tony: You carry on.
[1730.2] Tony: I'm sorry, mate.
[1731.08] Jack: If it weren't for you, show me.
[1733.88] Tony: The night nurse is cutting in, I think people are saying.
[1737.64] Tony: I love it.
[1738.52] Tony: You keep going, mate.
[1739.88] Andy: It must sound awful, though, for that.
[1742.44] Andy: No, no, you'll be all right.
[1744.04] Andy: For like, when it goes on iTunes and stuff.
[1747.56] Andy: I think you can do a review of that.
[1749.08] Curry: It's like, hi, I'm Andy RC.
[1751.16] Curry: Welcome to my channel.
[1755.0] Curry: Well, that's what I did yesterday,
[1756.44] Andy: but I just cut all those bits out.
[1758.36] Curry: Keep that in.
[1759.16] Curry: We'll have the Stickness edition.
[1761.8] Andy: No, no.
[1765.32] Curry: If you want to join my Patreon,
[1766.84] Curry: I've run out of night nurse.
[1768.84] Curry: That's pretty much.
[1770.76] Andy: I am running out.
[1772.44] Andy: I am running out.
[1773.24] Andy: I've got half a bottle.
[1775.48] Andy: No, because people are saying,
[1777.48] Andy: is Andy RC ill?
[1780.6] Andy: I didn't think you'd mention it was.
[1782.36] Andy: Well, you said that.
[1783.4] Andy: Someone's blue flyers.
[1786.04] Andy: Andy hasn't mentioned it.
[1788.2] Tony: Night nurse on the rocks there from the earrings.
[1791.4] Tony: You do understand that when a man has got a cold,
[1794.28] Andy: it's 10 times worse.
[1795.56] Andy: Oh, it's man flu.
[1797.08] Andy: It's like you're on your death badge, you know?
[1801.56] Tony: Man flu.
[1803.24] Tony: Such a lovely sunset.
[1804.52] Tony: I'm looking at it at the moment.
[1806.04] Tony: Has anyone else got a lovely sunset?
[1809.08] Jack: I can see my neighbor's TV.
[1812.44] Tony: Ask him to put it on last summer morning.
[1815.64] Tony: What's your sunset on there?
[1818.68] Andy: So, shall we say what else is wrong with this thing?
[1823.48] Andy: Oh, go on then.
[1824.36] Jack: Because it can't be any worse than the show.
[1827.64] Tony: The show isn't like I just don't even care about it.
[1831.08] Jack: I actually despair, actually.
[1834.52] Jack: I'm sure people are just watching it
[1836.2] Jack: because it's like a car crash.
[1838.2] Jack: There's just bits flying everywhere.
[1841.08] Curry: That is a bottom joke.
[1842.68] Curry: The main points I had about Andy is like,
[1845.0] Curry: first off, they didn't really leave you enough space
[1847.24] Curry: to put your receiver in it.
[1849.48] Andy: Yeah.
[1850.44] Andy: They also...
[1851.48] Andy: Well, mine's yet to have a receiver,
[1854.52] Andy: and it's just got a server-wide dangling out of the back
[1857.56] Andy: with nowhere to put a receiver.
[1860.12] Andy: They kebab-salitate to the underneath, I think.
[1865.08] Curry: Here's what I did.
[1865.72] Curry: I moved my XC30 round to the side
[1868.28] Curry: so I could use that mid-space at the back.
[1871.48] Curry: Also, the battery straps.
[1873.88] Curry: The battery straps are threaded into the frame,
[1876.92] Curry: and it makes the actual frame,
[1878.76] Curry: for putting a battery there, too thin to fit a battery in.
[1881.8] Curry: And the strap is too small.
[1883.72] Curry: So to put any decent-sized battery in there,
[1885.4] Curry: you need to replace it, like I've done.
[1888.52] Curry: What else we got?
[1889.48] Curry: We've got the obvious OSD problem.
[1891.72] Curry: That was an issue.
[1894.44] Andy: The flips of death.
[1896.44] Curry: Yeah, the flips of death.
[1898.04] Curry: It's a shame about that.
[1898.92] Curry: I quite like this light-y up thing,
[1900.36] Curry: but unless you're flying in pitch black, you can't see it.
[1904.44] Andy: That's another complaint of mine
[1907.48] Andy: because, I mean, the whole point of these things as well
[1913.48] Andy: is for them to be light, but light to be HD.
[1917.96] Andy: So they could have done away with all of this LED board crap,
[1923.64] Andy: which you can't see, because there's two lights there
[1929.08] Andy: that are just so bright that you can't see these anyways.
[1934.76] Curry: To take a picture of this in the dark,
[1936.12] Curry: what I had to do is, like, here's the light,
[1937.64] Curry: and then I put my finger in there.
[1939.48] Andy: You can't see it.
[1940.76] Andy: Also, I genuinely think that they designed this
[1946.76] Andy: for the buzzer and LED board to be recessed
[1951.0] Andy: because there's a hole for it,
[1953.24] Andy: but the buzzer doesn't quite line up,
[1956.04] Andy: so they've had to put it on some standoffs.
[1961.88] Andy: Can you see?
[1962.76] Andy: So I think the original idea
[1965.08] Andy: was for the buzzer to sit in that hole,
[1967.4] Andy: and then you'd have enough room for your receiver
[1969.4] Andy: to go over the top.
[1970.84] Curry: Oh, I've got you.
[1971.64] Curry: It looks like the buzzer actually would fit through there,
[1974.68] Curry: but it is on standoffs, as you say, so it's raised up.
[1978.36] Andy: Mine doesn't.
[1980.6] Andy: And then I think you'd have also,
[1982.6] Andy: you know how you mentioned that you've moved the X-T30
[1987.64] Andy: to the side.
[1990.84] Andy: Did you actually fly it with it coming out the back?
[1995.0] Curry: No.
[1995.48] Andy: Because what happens is...
[1998.6] Andy: What it was?
[2001.0] Andy: What happens was that you get...
[2004.92] Jack: Oh my God, Tony's teaching him how to talk, Lou.
[2008.76] Andy: You get stupid noise coming from the system
[2013.4] Andy: because it's going straight underneath the VTX,
[2018.76] Andy: so if you actually leave it in that position,
[2022.2] Andy: you'll get a load of video noise.
[2025.32] Curry: It's certainly got plenty of problems.
[2026.68] Curry: Hey, I don't want to bias your review or anything.
[2031.0] Curry: I'll be putting my, maybe tomorrow,
[2033.4] Curry: my success flight up,
[2034.76] Curry: just to show how it falls out of the sky.
[2038.04] Andy: Yeah.
[2040.52] Andy: Yeah, I wonder if that connector thing
[2047.24] Andy: that you've made up is creating any kind of resistance,
[2051.16] Andy: but that should make it better, not worse, really, shouldn't it?
[2054.68] Curry: Yeah, that's fine.
[2056.12] Curry: This is a super capable...
[2057.64] Curry: What I do love about these series connectors,
[2059.48] Curry: if you've ever plugged these in, success,
[2061.72] Curry: is you get a nice...
[2063.32] Jack: Lovely cracking noise.
[2064.92] Curry: And you can see, like, a spark through...
[2067.64] Curry: It's worse on my skateboard I've got when I plug that in.
[2070.84] Curry: You can actually see, like, little lightning strikes.
[2074.36] Tony: Not really good for the A-Quad.
[2077.16] Curry: No.
[2077.8] Curry: But, you know, it's always good.
[2079.08] Curry: I was fully expecting it to burst into flames.
[2081.4] Curry: I was slightly disappointed that it didn't happen, but...
[2084.28] Tony: On my X-Class, the A-S one, we've got anti-spark.
[2089.8] Tony: Because you can get the 90C anti-spark.
[2093.4] Curry: Yeah, I've seen a lot of them have this little separate,
[2096.68] Curry: single, like, voltage cable that they connect first
[2099.96] Curry: before they do the main...
[2102.84] Tony: Oh, these ones I've got are just anti-spark.
[2105.24] Tony: Just plug them in and they just don't do anything.
[2108.52] Curry: Less exciting.
[2109.4] Curry: It doesn't make you jump a lot.
[2110.36] Tony: It's less exciting, but it's good on the components.
[2115.16] Jack: I always was tempted to leave on the wash before use sticker on a buzzer.
[2123.32] Jack: So when Tony reads it, he goes,
[2125.64] Jack: oh, I've already had a shower today.
[2129.32] Tony: Stick it in the wash till you see it.
[2132.92] Jack: But I know for a fact that he doesn't read it
[2136.52] Jack: and probably wouldn't take it off.
[2138.2] Jack: And he would then lose his quad because he couldn't hear his buzzer.
[2141.56] Tony: I've got no buzzers on any quads.
[2143.88] Tony: No, tell a lie.
[2144.76] Tony: I've got one buzzer on one quad out of my...
[2147.96] Curry: Is that because I built that right?
[2150.04] Tony: Nope, it wasn't.
[2151.72] Curry: Get more buzzers.
[2152.92] Curry: Don't lose quads.
[2153.8] Tony: I know.
[2155.4] Tony: I know.
[2157.4] Tony: I'm going coast flying this weekend, so...
[2160.68] Andy: So...
[2161.16] Andy: You'll know where it is.
[2162.12] Andy: Do you want to see my scene?
[2163.08] Andy: Do you want to see my scene?
[2163.72] Tony: It's not going in the scene.
[2164.92] Tony: Nothing's going in the sea, Jack.
[2166.28] Tony: You're so negative.
[2167.16] Tony: Everything's going to be great.
[2168.44] Jack: It's got a T in it.
[2169.56] Jack: You know, nothing.
[2170.68] Tony: I am going to...
[2171.88] Tony: I'm going to X-Class Dodle Door.
[2174.36] Tony: How about that?
[2176.68] Curry: We'll look for you on the BBC News report.
[2180.12] Curry: Terrorists picked up at local seaside site.
[2183.48] Jack: See, I don't know whether I should say this,
[2185.16] Jack: but, like, I was on Brighton Pier today and a drone just...
[2189.8] Tony: Oh, oh, I thought you were working.
[2192.12] Jack: Blasted past.
[2193.64] Jack: I was.
[2195.4] Jack: I see.
[2196.7] Tony: What kind of drone was it, though, Jack?
[2198.38] Tony: Was it a...
[2199.02] Jack: Mavic shit.
[2200.78] Tony: So it was an FPV proper...
[2203.26] Tony: I know how to fly a drone.
[2204.94] Jack: No.
[2207.1] Jack: And then, like, stopped.
[2208.38] Jack: I had a look at the old spinny thing of death on the end of the pier,
[2212.38] Jack: and then carried on going like a crab sideways.
[2217.5] Tony: People just don't get it, do they?
[2219.26] Tony: I think they just buy them and just do whatever they want.
[2222.54] Tony: I just don't care.
[2226.22] Tony: Have you seen the new DJI update they're doing on all their new...
[2233.66] Tony: Mavic?
[2234.46] Andy: All their new...
[2235.66] Andy: I don't think it's an update.
[2236.94] Andy: I think it is.
[2237.58] Tony: No, it's from now, isn't it?
[2239.34] Andy: Going forward on new models.
[2241.1] Tony: Yeah, yeah.
[2242.54] Tony: So they're going to have...
[2244.78] Tony: What is it, Andy?
[2246.62] Tony: You tell people, you...
[2247.58] Andy: I don't know much about it, actually.
[2249.74] Andy: It just came up on my news feed,
[2251.34] Andy: but they're having some kind of aircraft avoidance technology,
[2259.98] Andy: and that's all I know about it.
[2261.5] Tony: Yeah, so it talks to the aircraft, and the aircraft talks to the DJI.
[2267.42] Andy: Maybe it...
[2268.38] Andy: What's that glider technology called that they have?
[2272.22] Andy: Is it flam?
[2273.58] Andy: Or am I just saying?
[2274.22] Andy: It's the one that TBL has pronounced flam.
[2275.9] Andy: It's pronounced flam.
[2276.38] Curry: We've taken on some of their stuff for a while.
[2278.7] Tony: I like a good flam without the fruit.
[2281.34] Tony: Yeah.
[2282.62] Tony: By the way...
[2283.26] Jack: Truly, that's the vegan part.
[2285.02] Andy: Completely off topic.
[2286.06] Andy: Yeah, I like that bit.
[2287.5] Andy: Corey Kitten, this is my series connector.
[2291.58] Andy: MJ helped me to make mine, and it weighs...
[2294.54] Andy: That's good, because it's small.
[2296.38] Andy: It weighs like 1.5 grams.
[2298.94] Curry: Yeah, but I didn't have each thing that would go around that,
[2301.58] Curry: so I just, you know, I used actual wire.
[2305.18] Curry: Sorry.
[2305.66] Andy: That's electrical tape.
[2307.9] Curry: Oh, that's just like you.
[2310.22] Curry: That's the pokey version in that case.
[2311.66] Curry: In this case, I like mine better.
[2313.02] Curry: Members of the traveling community.
[2314.94] Tony: That might be scaring.
[2315.74] Tony: That might be...
[2317.74] Jack: Members of the traveling community.
[2321.26] Jack: What's their name's point?
[2322.22] Andy: It doesn't matter where I'm from.
[2323.18] Andy: It doesn't matter where I'm from.
[2323.66] Andy: It doesn't matter where I'm from.
[2324.3] Andy: It doesn't matter where I'm from.
[2325.26] Jack: Oh, yeah.
[2329.02] Andy: Oh, God.
[2332.86] Tony: Right, are we going to sort this out by next weekend?
[2335.18] Tony: Well, I actually...
[2335.82] Tony: It's not my fault, man.
[2337.5] Tony: He always blames me.
[2340.14] Tony: When do I blame you in that sentence?
[2344.54] Jack: I was actually mildly relieved that he didn't stop by to mean,
[2347.58] Jack: like, what are you doing?
[2348.62] Jack: What's happening?
[2349.98] Jack: Ah, people don't take care.
[2351.82] Curry: It's probably Jack unplugged something from his mixer,
[2354.06] Curry: because whenever something's set up,
[2356.22] Curry: he'll play around with it.
[2357.18] Jack: The mixer's still here, mate, with an inch of dust.
[2362.14] Tony: Just take it out.
[2363.42] Tony: Unplug everything.
[2365.66] Jack: What are they watching?
[2367.42] Jack: It looks like...
[2369.42] Jack: Sorry.
[2371.42] Tony: Both Jory in the chat is like,
[2373.18] Tony: where is Frank?
[2374.06] Tony: It's his channel.
[2374.94] Curry: Welcome to Let's Drone Out,
[2375.74] Curry: where we lose interest in our very own podcast
[2377.98] Curry: and start watching the latest TV out the window.
[2380.14] Tony: I've had the sunset.
[2381.9] Jack: I'm just so deflated.
[2383.74] Jack: I'm so pissed off.
[2384.46] Jack: I know.
[2384.7] Tony: It's so annoying when it don't go on the right channel.
[2387.82] Jack: Yeah, do you know what I mean?
[2389.18] Jack: I don't ask for much.
[2391.02] Jack: Do you know what I mean?
[2391.66] Jack: Like, once a week, Google,
[2393.42] Jack: that's all I've done for...
[2397.02] Jack: 195 episodes.
[2403.34] Jack: After 195,
[2405.34] Jack: then you decide to just f*** me in the arse.
[2408.94] Jack: Leave that in there if you want.
[2411.02] Jack: Like, what are they going to do?
[2412.22] Jack: Like, piss gasoline through my bloody letterbox
[2415.26] Jack: on episode 200.
[2418.94] Jack: I like, you know, just light it up.
[2421.18] Jack: You know, like, they can't just make it anymore.
[2424.54] Jack: I don't know, like, just do whatever the hell they want.
[2428.54] Tony: Should we, like, all do it from Brighton Beach
[2431.26] Tony: or something like that, all in one place?
[2433.5] Tony: Are we going to try to all get together and do it as one?
[2436.62] Jack: I could rent a spot at space if you want.
[2440.78] Tony: How many weeks into the future is the 200th?
[2444.06] Curry: Well, see if you can do a calculation.
[2445.9] Curry: Oh, my God.
[2446.86] Tony: I've had too many beers.
[2449.1] Curry: Oh, my God.
[2450.46] Tony: 6, 6, 5...
[2454.22] Tony: I don't know.
[2455.9] Jack: If we're on episode...
[2457.18] Jack: I'm going to pub some free.
[2459.34] Jack: 195.
[2461.58] Jack: Yeah.
[2461.9] Tony: Tell me the exact date, then.
[2463.74] Jack: And today's letter is the letter T.
[2467.18] Jack: But Tony is a...
[2469.02] Tony: Tell me the date.
[2469.58] Jack: ...to count.
[2472.22] Tony: Right, let's see if he can do it.
[2473.5] Tony: Go.
[2475.18] Jack: I'm having a seizure.
[2476.54] Jack: Yeah.
[2477.9] Jack: Aneurysm, that's it.
[2479.02] Jack: He can't bloody tell me.
[2481.5] Jack: Aneurysm.
[2482.86] Tony: Come on.
[2483.82] Tony: What's the date, then?
[2484.78] Tony: Look.
[2485.02] Tony: Oh, here it comes.
[2485.98] Tony: Oh, I'm going to use Google Calendar.
[2489.1] Jack: Well, I don't know the date, but, you know...
[2491.18] Tony: I hate Google, but I use Google Calendar.
[2493.74] Jack: I'm not.
[2494.14] Jack: I'm using Apple, all right?
[2495.5] Tony: Oh, Apple.
[2496.22] Jack: I'm not using a cheap rip-off.
[2499.1] Jack: Yes.
[2499.5] Jack: Stand by.
[2499.9] Jack: West Kitty, I am.
[2501.98] Jack: Donald Trump phone.
[2503.74] Jack: We just buy half of Ireland and don't pay any tax.
[2508.62] Jack: Is there much non-vegan stuff in alcohol, then?
[2511.02] Jack: I'm confused by that.
[2511.98] Jack: Yeah, it's gone.
[2513.1] Jack: He drinks red wine, and that's all made of fish, blood or something, isn't it?
[2516.78] Jack: Oh, I've never tried.
[2518.22] Curry: I've never tried.
[2518.7] Curry: Made of grapes, but, you know, we're all on that.
[2520.54] Andy: Have you tried that new vegan Subway one?
[2523.82] Andy: No, I haven't tried that yet.
[2524.94] Andy: Seen it advertised everywhere, man.
[2526.94] Tony: I keep seeing it advertised.
[2529.1] Tony: I don't generally buy anything from shops like that, but...
[2534.86] Andy: Oh, because they also sell the meat.
[2538.46] Tony: Yeah, but I don't know.
[2539.42] Tony: It's just not because of that.
[2541.26] Tony: Just because...
[2542.06] Andy: Oh, the health.
[2543.18] Andy: What?
[2543.42] Andy: You were talking.
[2544.46] Andy: I don't know.
[2547.42] Andy: Can we get back onto the subject?
[2549.26] Tony: Oh, I don't know when the...
[2550.94] Andy: 20th of June.
[2552.7] Tony: Well, thank you very much.
[2554.38] Tony: I'm on holiday.
[2555.82] Andy: What's 20th of June?
[2558.14] Curry: You're on holiday, Tony.
[2560.3] Tony: I just booked another one.
[2562.54] Tony: Where are you going now?
[2563.9] Tony: I'm going back to the future.
[2566.78] Andy: Great, Scott.
[2567.42] Andy: This is heavy.
[2569.42] Andy: Can we get back on the subject on reasons why Jack's, this whole £16.50 registration thing,
[2579.58] Andy: doesn't make any sense.
[2581.34] Andy: So, 45 hobbies that you have to pay to be able to do.
[2589.98] Jack: Okay.
[2590.46] Andy: There's a list.
[2594.22] Andy: If you want to be fishing, for example, if you want to have a fishing license,
[2602.38] Andy: just to go fishing, normal fishing.
[2605.18] Andy: Not in the sea.
[2606.7] Andy: £12 a year.
[2608.46] Curry: Not in the sea.
[2609.1] Curry: That's only course fishing.
[2610.94] Jack: But at least you get something out.
[2612.22] Jack: No, no.
[2612.78] Jack: Do you know what I mean?
[2613.74] Jack: You get a fish.
[2614.62] Jack: What do we get?
[2616.22] Jack: Rob, I thought we get...
[2616.62] Curry: I'm going to send you a fishing post when you ask for a fishing license.
[2619.34] Curry: Do you have to go catch it?
[2621.34] Andy: What?
[2622.14] Andy: That's not what I'm getting at.
[2624.7] Andy: What do you get out of the hobby?
[2626.62] Andy: Maybe a distraction from...
[2628.62] Andy: No.
[2629.1] Jack: It's a tax on fun.
[2631.18] Jack: It's a fun chart.
[2632.54] Tony: Here he goes.
[2633.34] Tony: His tax on fun thing.
[2635.82] Andy: Jack, do you have a hum license?
[2639.1] Jack: No.
[2640.06] Andy: Because an amateur radio license costs 15 quid.
[2644.14] Andy: And that's a hobby as well.
[2646.3] Andy: All I'm saying is...
[2647.82] Jack: What's your family guy?
[2654.3] Andy: All I'm saying is, there are other hobbies.
[2658.38] Andy: I think it's stupid that we've got to pay.
[2660.86] Andy: But all I'm saying is, if it's something you enjoy, then pay it.
[2666.62] Jack: For the casting.
[2667.74] Jack: What is with the casting?
[2669.66] Curry: So, if I'm signing Jack up for the drone license,
[2672.62] Curry: what I might do, because he seems to get so upset about it,
[2675.02] Curry: is sign him up for some other stuff.
[2676.22] Curry: So, I think if I ask for a cut done license,
[2678.94] Curry: the police will have to come round his house and investigate
[2681.42] Curry: before he's going to keep his shot down.
[2682.94] Tony: Oh, don't do that.
[2684.46] Andy: Oh my God.
[2685.58] Andy: Hey, check this out though, right?
[2687.02] Andy: That thing I picked out of his house.
[2691.42] Andy: If you want to fish for salmon and trout, it's £27 a year.
[2696.62] Andy: But, right?
[2697.34] Jack: Yeah.
[2698.14] Andy: Yeah, that's...
[2699.42] Jack: Salmon!
[2700.22] Jack: You can buy that from the supermarket.
[2704.06] Andy: That's for eight days.
[2705.9] Andy: And also, a course rod, £12, that's for eight days.
[2711.18] Andy: 12 months is £30.
[2712.94] Andy: Get this right.
[2713.98] Andy: If you're over 65, for some reason, it's like more.
[2719.66] Andy: It's like 54 quid or something like that.
[2722.94] Curry: I don't get into...
[2723.82] Curry: Salmon fishing is the sport of the rich.
[2726.38] Curry: There's rivers in Scotland.
[2727.66] Curry: You'd pay like a grand for a day's fishing, for fishing for salmon.
[2731.66] Andy: So, do you pay more if you're old?
[2734.54] Andy: I don't know.
[2735.02] Andy: Perhaps you have less control over your rod when you're old.
[2742.7] Andy: I think I've got it the wrong way.
[2744.86] Andy: That is somewhat true, Andy.
[2747.02] Andy: I think I've got it the wrong way around.
[2748.62] Andy: I think it's stupid.
[2749.1] Andy: Have you been snorting with nightmares?
[2751.66] Andy: Hang on a sec.
[2752.38] Tony: I don't go to the toilet more often when you're old.
[2754.62] Jack: Surely, over 65 is a concession.
[2758.62] Andy: I got it wrong.
[2759.58] Andy: It's £82 if you're under 65 and £54 if you're over 65 or disabled.
[2767.02] Curry: See, I was going to suggest that the over 65's have got more chance of falling in the water.
[2771.66] Curry: And the rescue service is having to spend more money getting them.
[2774.78] Curry: Hence, they're giving them an extra payment there.
[2778.78] Andy: No, I got it the wrong way around.
[2780.22] Andy: Sorry.
[2780.7] Andy: Well, at the point that still stands, people pay for their hobbies, you know.
[2785.34] Andy: And, you know, you could have a go at me for saying, oh, you know, you just...
[2790.46] Jack: I...
[2791.42] Jack: It's times like this, right, where I have an out of body experience and I go,
[2796.7] Jack: am I...
[2797.42] Jack: This is what...
[2798.94] Jack: This is what I've decided to do with my life.
[2804.78] Andy: Have you been taking some of Tony's mushrooms that he finds in the woods?
[2810.7] Tony: And any mushrooms.
[2814.7] Andy: DMT or whatever it's...
[2816.22] Jack: No, but like, the ham...
[2818.38] Jack: Not a fence to the ham license.
[2820.22] Curry: They're standing behind me.
[2821.9] Jack: Sorry.
[2822.62] Jack: No, not a fence to the ham license, people.
[2825.26] Jack: But they do realise that...
[2826.86] Andy: Hey, my 360's got a ham license before you say anything that we would like.
[2831.66] Jack: Lee...
[2832.22] Jack: No, but...
[2835.38] Jack: Oh, shut my mouth.
[2838.34] Jack: You know, like, they can broadcast stuff free on the internet, right?
[2842.42] Jack: Well, like, we're...
[2843.54] Andy: Yeah, like, turns out though, Jack, they do make it quite difficult, it seems, for you to do that.
[2849.54] Tony: Well, it's been all right up until now.
[2852.58] Tony: Actually, we've had a couple of episodes, and we've gone wrong, but...
[2855.86] Jack: LGO, episode 196, available on ham.
[2864.18] Andy: We may be coming to you next week from Frank's channel, we're not sure yet.
[2868.74] Andy: Wasn't this originally done from Jack's channel?
[2872.26] Andy: Ages ago.
[2873.7] Andy: Originally.
[2876.34] Andy: The first...
[2877.78] Andy: First time you came to him, right?
[2879.3] Andy: You've kept precedent about this.
[2881.46] Andy: We should have done it from my channel and just watched the hate flooding.
[2886.5] Jack: That's bubble wrap.
[2887.86] Jack: It's not rolls of...
[2890.34] Jack: That is to wrap...
[2892.26] Jack: Tony in...
[2893.14] Jack: What are we racking?
[2894.66] Jack: ...of beachy heads, if he wants to fly on the coast so much.
[2900.34] Tony: Are you coming this weekend, or are you just going to be one of your moody...
[2904.9] Tony: ...can't do anything?
[2906.74] Tony: I'll just go on my own, man.
[2908.98] Tony: I'm going to...
[2909.7] Tony: I'm going to do it, I don't need you.
[2912.98] Tony: You ain't even coming no more.
[2914.9] Tony: That's it.
[2915.86] Tony: You're out.
[2916.34] Tony: You ain't coming.
[2917.22] Jack: I'm uninvited.
[2918.5] Tony: No, you're done.
[2920.66] Tony: Where are you going?
[2921.06] Tony: Because you're so miserable, you ain't coming.
[2922.74] Tony: I've got more than you're going.
[2924.34] Tony: I'm going.
[2925.22] Tony: I'm going on my own.
[2926.1] Curry: Isn't that like an eight-hour drive?
[2927.7] Curry: We did start out about, oh, we're probably going to Shureham,
[2930.34] Curry: and then Tony's like, let's just keep driving to Cornwall until we...
[2933.54] Tony: Yes, mate, it's bank holiday, otherwise you've just seen doors all bored and...
[2938.9] Curry: Not what you did last week.
[2940.98] Curry: You sit in the traffic thinking, oh, I wish I never drove anywhere on a bank holiday weekend.
[2944.98] Tony: No, mate, it's going to be down the coast, it's going to be all good.
[2948.74] Tony: He doesn't...
[2949.7] Tony: You're not coming anymore.
[2951.7] Jack: Fine, I'd fine if you're banning me.
[2955.46] Tony: Something's happening in Twitter.
[2958.74] Tony: Oh, man.
[2959.54] Jack: Hangouts on air is down, so we're postponing this episode of repair radio
[2964.9] Jack: tuning the same time next week.
[2968.02] Jack: Wow.
[2968.66] Jack: I fix it.
[2969.54] Jack: Even I fix it.
[2972.74] Curry: To explain more, we're not just being picked on.
[2977.7] Tony: So why is this working?
[2979.94] Tony: I'm frank saying.
[2980.82] Andy: Oh, it's probably like selective or whatever, server or whatever server you're on.
[2990.66] Tony: Lots of people using Hangouts on air have given up today.
[2994.42] Tony: It's the Trump huahu thing, I'll tell you.
[2999.62] Jack: Honestly, man, Tony and Bono, they've got one thing in common.
[3006.02] Jack: It only takes them to change a light bulb.
[3008.34] Jack: They just hold the light bulb in and the world spins around them and tightens the bulb in.
[3013.7] Tony: That is exactly how we need to travel.
[3015.06] Tony: All you need is a helicopter to go up like that.
[3018.5] Tony: The world's going to go back down in your land in Florida.
[3025.54] Jack: If the Earth's spinning at 2,000 miles an hour,
[3030.58] Jack: you should be able to...
[3031.38] Jack: Oh, whatever, you flat Earth mother.
[3033.86] Tony: Because it's 1,000 and you told me from day one that I had to be a flat Earth and I'm
[3039.06] Tony: just going to admit on air now that I'm not and I believe in the ball fairy.
[3050.74] Andy: That just made it worse, I think.
[3052.58] Tony: I know.
[3053.46] Andy: Most people are spending on a terrible fairy.
[3057.7] Andy: What I find amazing is, I don't think about the speed, but...
[3065.7] Jack: Think about the vastness of the universe.
[3070.1] Andy: Every second, we all think that we're just like sat in the same place,
[3075.7] Andy: but every second that goes by, you've moved 18 miles.
[3080.9] Tony: When I went to Florida, it took eight hours to get there.
[3085.06] Tony: No, nine hours to get there and eight hours to get back.
[3088.42] Andy: Well, that's the wind, though.
[3089.78] Andy: That's not the earth.
[3094.42] Jack: And my spirit level didn't even move.
[3097.62] Jack: And Australia's not even a real place.
[3101.78] Tony: It's not.
[3102.34] Tony: It's all fake.
[3103.94] Jack: Right.
[3104.5] Jack: Thank you.
[3105.06] Jack: You've been listening to Let's Drone Out.
[3106.82] Jack: You've been joined by Andy Arce.
[3110.58] Andy: Don't eat it, everyone.
[3112.66] Jack: My little Tony.
[3116.1] Jack: Everyone's favorite curry kitten.
[3117.94] Jack: Goodbye.
[3119.7] Jack: And I've been bright till I fly and you've been listening to Let's Drone Out.
[3125.06] Jack: Telemetry lost.
[3127.54] Tony: What are they watching on the Neighbours TV now?
[3130.1] Tony: Still coming, guys.
[3131.14] Jack: No, some bird with like red hair or something.
[3134.34] Jack: I've been watching UMGFPP from the bushes.
