[261.38] Curry: Frank helped me up on the shop as well. Frank's been very bad lately. He's been like the anti Frank.
[266.34] Frank: So I can get a white t-shirt now. Yeah yeah you can get a purple t-shirt if you want.
[272.42] AndyRC: What you can so you can order ad hoc things. I can't believe I use the word ad hoc. You can't
[278.58] Curry: order ad hoc because we've I think we have anyway. We've restricted what you can order
[283.06] Curry: at the moment is down to t-shirts and hoodies and I think I put a beanie on there but you have a
[290.26] Curry: choice of colors and the only colors I crossed out were the ones that looked really really bad
[295.94] Curry: because the logo sort of disappeared into the background but if you really want like you know
[300.82] Curry: purple with the logo or horrible red or orange color you can do that if you really want. I want
[307.54] AndyRC: a hoodie right because I love the let's run out hoodie with the big logo on the back but then
[312.5] AndyRC: underneath so it says let's run out and then any good two year question mark I think that I think
[318.58] Frank: that would be a great design. There is as well as the kind of the the stock items that are on the
[325.62] Frank: front page of the shop you can click on customize and then you can pick all sorts of things and
[330.66] Frank: you can add your own little text because I've I've ordered myself a mug that says oh you can I
[335.78] Curry: thought we had to do that for them but they can do it. Well at least I've ordered myself a mug
[340.66] Frank: that has the ldo logo on it and says frank on it so that's turning up. Oh brilliant hey I'm gonna
[347.86] Frank: order one today. Someone just ordered something hooray. Brilliant. So yeah you can buy some ldo

[382.42] Curry: But there's been excitement this week hasn't there. Sorry I was just going to go on a say
[387.94] Curry: frank actually went away and flew stuff in a place where it wasn't like
[393.06] Frank: playing and blowing a gale all the time. On saturday I was in shorts and t-shirts.
[401.14] AndyRC: Yeah Tony was in justice pants I heard. Pretty much a weekend to be fair. But yeah it was um
[408.5] Frank: it was definitely a good weekend. So flew out Friday morning out to Costa del Sol and
[420.34] Frank: spent a few days down there with Fraser from the chat and George from the
[429.22] Frank: Wurmuth Scrubs where I go and fly near here. And yeah spent the weekend out there in this in this
[436.82] Frank: villa and I got to drive an electric smart car which is fun. As in smart car owned by
[445.86] AndyRC: is it Mercedes? Is that a smart car? One of them like a little smart 42. They look like a shoe but
[454.58] Frank: yeah it's like a tall like yeah like a tall thing. Essentially like a lego brick isn't it?
[462.18] AndyRC: I didn't know they made an electric version. I didn't know they made electric ones either but
[466.42] AndyRC: I drove one and that was fun. I drove a golf cart once I bet it's similar to that.
[473.54] Frank: Oh it's more fun than the golf cart. I've done golf carts as well.
[479.94] AndyRC: But yeah it was uh. Frank wins on his EV excursions. Yeah I've driven multiple. Flying
[487.54] Frank: electric. Driving automatic. So it looks like you found some bandos and things. What was the
[495.46] Curry: flying like? Because I saw bandos and then I saw a broken quad. Was that about? I knew a few
[502.34] Frank: bandos before smashing it up but um yeah it turns out not only is uh south of Spain
[511.06] Frank: far south enough that the weather is lovely um but also uh due to some quirk of planning
[520.02] Frank: permission uh where they retrospectively cancelled about three decades worth of planning permission.
[526.1] AndyRC: This happens so much in in like Spain, Malta, places like I went you go to Malta. Malta must
[534.74] AndyRC: be the best bando place ever is probably one of the dustiest places I've ever been also but
[541.06] AndyRC: like yeah just like as you were saying sorry to interrupt but yeah they huge numbers of these
[547.3] Frank: buildings that have been built up and then ready to have you know all the water and
[551.94] Frank: electrics and all that kind of it fitted and but the planning permission is being cancelled
[557.78] Frank: and so none of the utilities will is allowed to be installed so you've just got these buildings
[563.54] Frank: basically finished. They're all English people's houses that got denied. Well English or I mean
[570.58] Frank: there's there's there's a huge number of nationalities down there because it's just a lovely
[575.46] Frank: place to live um but um yeah there's just a huge number of buildings that have been partially built
[581.54] Frank: mostly built and then just can't be finished so there's just bandos everywhere.
[586.5] Frank: Yeah they're really really nice and also there's definitely not like a hatred of drones down there
[597.22] Frank: because as as Kerry alluded to I had a bit of a misfortune at one of these bandos.
[605.06] Frank: I mean it might be something to do with the high voltage pylons that were going past it might be
[613.86] Frank: something to do with the massive masks with all the uh microwave dishes on that we saw when we
[618.42] Frank: turned around when I took my goggles off because I was flying around and then all of a sudden I
[623.78] Frank: I didn't see much and throttled up because I thought I was you know just behind the bando
[631.62] Frank: and so I punched the throttle to get above it. Who landed in front of you?
[636.42] AndyRC: Um but um but then um oh we've got Jack Wake waiting in the oh let's get him in.

[749.06] AndyRC: about people have been stockpiling toilet paper or something and Aldi have been like rationing
[756.42] AndyRC: because everyone's got to stay in probably in the next few weeks. Why toilet paper? Well we can't
[762.9] AndyRC: go out we're going to wipe your phone. Okay it's none of you guys know someone in the chat
[767.86] Curry: explain the toilet paper. One of the YouTube channels I watched abroad in Japan
[777.22] AndyRC: Tony. Tony's got that many because of who's downstairs and what he's been up to at the
[783.86] Curry: weekend though. Yeah there was some rumor in Japan that all toilet paper was made in China
[788.9] Curry: and it wasn't going to be there so everybody in Japan went out and started going through
[794.1] Curry: like supermarkets and getting it all in but that's not even true because toilet paper
[798.98] Curry: can be made in Japan as well and is so perhaps a similar sort of rumor happened. It's like oh
[804.9] AndyRC: you won't be able to buy toilet paper. Here we go. Drum race of the factories that
[808.74] AndyRC: made TP are now making masks so no TP soon. What? Oh yeah so the factories that make toilet paper
[820.74] Jack: are now making masks so there's going to be a bit of a backlog on making toilet paper.
[827.06] AndyRC: I just woke up this morning and everything was about toilet paper and I was like
[834.26] AndyRC: I was like is this is this going to affect Jack? Like serious I'm like I was worried because you
[841.3] AndyRC: know this isn't a joke I'm like if this is a thing. I mean they can't ration meat for it
[849.46] Jack: you know what I mean? I eat this stuff. Yeah that's what I mean. That'd be like you know
[857.22] Jack: rationing bloody wheelchairs. No you got one leg you can't have one. I was going to say
[866.18] Curry: three wheelchairs are rationed out as one per person that needs a wheelchair. Having more than
[870.74] AndyRC: one wheel seems a bit greedy. Yeah fair enough. We interrupted Andy telling us about his FPV

[913.94] Frank: we've managed to get ourselves up into the mountains so you know it's it was a bit
[921.62] AndyRC: cooler cooler up there as you know only like 24 but you know my heart bleeds.
[931.22] Frank: Climbing those mountains sorry. But it was uh it was it was still you know blue skies very nice.
[940.5] AndyRC: I haven't seen blue skies since December the 21st. That's because you've been in that bed
[947.86] AndyRC: towing ever since then. I'm wearing a t-shirt of you. Oh thank you yeah yeah.
[955.94] AndyRC: Didn't have a big spot when that picture was taken in 1980 when was it five come on.
[966.02] Frank: Sorry Frank. We've driven up this this lovely little windy road up the mountains and got to
[972.34] Frank: this uh this bandeau up the top of the mountain where apparently uh all the kind of um like new
[978.66] Frank: cars all the you know top gear in that lot this is where they come because it's really
[983.3] Frank: windy road and b there's a massive metal sculpture in this bandeau and it's a good spot for them to
[988.26] Frank: take photos with fancy backgrounds so apparently it's it's in all the car mags but um yeah so we're
[994.82] Frank: flying in this spot and we're flying around it and then us you know you can fly through it quite
[999.78] Frank: nicely and I did that a few times and I was flying flying around the the back and then yeah
[1004.02] Frank: it couldn't see anymore so punch the throttle um to just get higher and hopefully get above
[1012.42] Frank: the bandeau and get better signal um but but it didn't come back uh it's just just no I didn't see
[1021.54] Frank: my video anymore so you know hit this arm um start to go hunting in this kind of very
[1030.58] AndyRC: wilderness and then uh this is with your tyros uh 79 Andy yep yep that's the one
[1038.18] AndyRC: and it came back uh with three legs on it three wheels on its wagon we would have been hunting
[1045.38] Frank: for a long time uh but a lovely spanish gentleman came over and said are you looking
[1052.1] Frank: for a drone and we said yes did he speak in that accent can he do his accent no I can't do his
[1058.1] Frank: accent disclaimer and then accent um and it was um it was it was um not where it should be um
[1071.06] Frank: yeah it was it was a bit lucky that's really good where was your paper I gave you Frank why
[1077.3] Frank: wasn't that on board it wasn't it was so far away I wouldn't have heard it it's probably because it
[1084.66] Curry: flew off like they all do you punch the throttle for a while and nothing comes back did you just
[1089.3] Curry: leave your thumb there and say well eventually something can happen well it turns out it goes
[1095.14] AndyRC: quite far in a short amount of time um they do that's amazing that somebody like gave it you
[1101.7] AndyRC: though because when that happened to me they just ran away with it and stole it so and then you
[1108.74] Frank: later they told me that they'd done that I was like very apologetic because I saw how
[1115.78] Frank: place it landed to his car and I was like oh shit that's not good um but you've got BMFA insurance
[1122.58] Frank: right so you'd have been covered yeah but either way he was like oh no it's it's fine it's not a
[1128.82] Frank: problem he was he was perfectly happy about it so I was like wow that's that's cool that's a
[1134.98] Curry: change in pace that's all going to Spain they sound pretty laid back about the whole of there
[1140.34] AndyRC: fingers is what you don't realize I was I was doing a review and a police car came down the
[1148.18] AndyRC: because I live in a cul-de-sac up north and I was doing a review and a police car came around
[1154.5] AndyRC: turn saw me well actually like saw me and then just turned around and drove off and it's like
[1164.18] AndyRC: it's all the media it's nonsense man it's absolute nonsense but it was yeah that it was the you
[1172.18] Frank: know basically the end of a weekend of flying in this lovely sunshine and nice weather

[1203.22] Frank: it's up to Barcelona for a for a meeting with work which is kind of how I ended up going on
[1207.86] Frank: the weekend anyway I I was being sent to Barcelona on work and extended that out into a
[1213.94] Frank: weekend in Spain oh I didn't realize it was that yeah but uh the company I was going to have a
[1221.7] Frank: meeting with on uh on on Tuesday in Barcelona decided on Saturday that they were counseling
[1228.66] Frank: all travel and meetings um because of the virus yep wow so I had a day in Barcelona instead
[1236.9] Frank: of Barcelona beautiful city yeah very nice um but yeah so the couple of guys I went down to
[1244.18] Frank: to south of Spain with they are still out there um and I've I've seen them that what
[1252.26] Frank: phrase is still out there and they're still down there um enjoying the rest of their week
[1259.14] Frank: um and I've I've seen some footage uh they they've got their wings flying um at least briefly
[1268.74] AndyRC: and um it's briefly when you say briefly was it as briefly as I left saw you flying a wing go
[1275.86] AndyRC: around those windmills because that was very briefly that was very briefly I think it's been
[1281.46] Frank: slightly less brief than that but oh my goodness that is very briefly but they've they've uh they
[1289.22] Frank: they have had a similar experience as well where uh I think one of the wings maybe didn't go where
[1296.26] Frank: they intended it to go but again Spanish people are just helpful and don't complain about anything
[1302.26] AndyRC: about I think you should all move that's because it'll have a nap at 12 o'clock and they're like
[1307.3] AndyRC: oh man so do you no you can talk I don't have a nap at 12 o'clock I'm not a nap if you've been
[1315.86] Frank: asleep that's my choice I highly recommend highly recommend uh yeah the south of Spain
[1326.34] Frank: for flying in and actually I took the train up to Barcelona is like through the middle of Spain and
[1332.82] Frank: it's it's just a beautiful country of lots of open space that no I'm sure would be flown
[1339.22] AndyRC: without any concern should do an LDI trip there then yeah and did you take just take the one
[1346.02] AndyRC: quad then Andy and it broke on the last day or was it like basically yeah uh it's at the right
[1352.5] Jack: nest or the TS100 because they just never die you mean the TSX220 yeah yeah I mean I
[1361.78] Frank: could but it was a case of I'm only going for a weekend and I have limited space and I need
[1367.86] Frank: to take my suit and all my work stuff so yeah there's only so much to take but Curry you sold

[1459.84] Jack: turning FPV into a religion so that's something I could pray for I'm up for that

[1482.64] Jack: religion religion FPV so uh I'd like to submit a photo could we make FPV our race instead if we
[1492.72] Curry: all identify as being ethnic origin FPV then anything they try and do is stop us could be a
[1498.32] AndyRC: hate crime do that as well if you want only thing is though is we need a god so that's going to be

[1809.68] Frank: on there for the first sort of uh one two three four five six seven eight nine months there we go

[2182.05] NJ: very quickly realized there was a problem and then they tried to charge me to repair it and i said
[2187.33] NJ: this is new out the box and that's not good enough and then they said well we only support
[2193.09] NJ: you regionally and it was bought in china so you'll have to send it back to them and then they can
[2197.01] NJ: and i said that's that's so they after enough moaning they agreed to get it done for free and
[2204.13] NJ: the whole turnaround time on this was about two weeks so um beware dji i might do that if you get
[2209.73] NJ: anything from somewhere that isn't your particular area or nation if you get it out from outside of
[2217.01] NJ: the uk then dji will try and even if it's new out of the box um it's more than likely they'll
[2223.41] NJ: they'll turn around and say no we're not going to cover it so um i think that's bs because
[2229.49] NJ: you've got to cover your product what a warranty on your products means new out of the box doesn't
[2233.33] NJ: matter where it's distributed if it's from an official reseller yeah um that's definitely
[2238.85] AndyRC: that's definitely either it you may have been unlucky um just from working in customer service
[2246.37] AndyRC: sometimes you can get the person on the phone that is absolutely clueless or email or whatever
[2252.53] NJ: um but maybe they have changed their policy or she she quoted me texts from their policy

[2265.33] AndyRC: had developed a dead pixel on the camera and there was no questions asked at all and i i
[2271.17] AndyRC: used the email address that i don't associate with my channel because i i never want like um
[2278.53] AndyRC: you know preferential treatment and they were like yeah no problem so i wonder if it's just
[2283.89] AndyRC: that they've gotten so big that their customer service that they've had to sort of bring in some
[2289.97] AndyRC: rules like that but even so they still eventually honored what you said so um yeah i mean it's not
[2298.77] NJ: the way it should have been done not the way it should be if i wasn't me someone else might have
[2303.41] NJ: walked away a little bit disgruntled by the uh the whole experience that that was kind of their
[2308.93] NJ: their stance on things um i if i had it in the quad and i i mean even then if they say it's
[2315.89] NJ: got a warranty and you haven't drowned it in water and it's it's a sensible reason for something
[2321.01] NJ: i mean you've got there's an argument there for a bit of a battle between me and them in terms of
[2325.57] NJ: proving problems but to actually just cut the seal and take out the book box and have a problem
[2330.85] NJ: not even installed yet um i think that's uh that certainly shouldn't that should be a clear
[2336.37] Curry: cup case for replacement uh will you come i think so because this this is a type of product that
[2342.21] Curry: you might use worldwide and you might buy things overseas a bit like gopros uh should be the same

[2394.93] AndyRC: get because there's more money obviously probably 95 more profit in the camera drone i guess so but
[2403.41] NJ: at the end of the day for me that's their infrastructure that they have to get sorted
[2407.97] NJ: because if it's a dji product it's got their reputation on it yeah however small the department
[2413.17] NJ: they've got they've got to make sure that every action made by that company however small the
[2418.77] NJ: department there's a reflection on so but yeah it'd be interesting to see how how other people
[2425.65] NJ: got on previously with dji stuff which is something i mentioned in the email um because i've had a lot
[2430.61] NJ: of their products over the years i've never had a problem so i shouldn't put that in this context
[2435.09] NJ: it was just this latest thing but it was interesting that they quoted me policy um and i just simply
[2441.49] NJ: turned around and said none of this uh if you're distributing this to official you pick your sellers
[2448.45] NJ: if you're selling it someone like banger who's officially licensed to sell dji stuff and they
[2453.17] NJ: haven't stipulated that somewhere on the web page for the sale of this product that if you buy this
[2459.41] NJ: we will only they're quite happy to say um you know uh two-year warranty or whatever all over it
[2466.13] NJ: but um they they need to they need to stipulate the warranties only for the region that they sell it
[2472.77] NJ: but they retracted pretty quickly anyway it's kind of a dilemma though because it is so much
[2479.09] AndyRC: of a saving for us buying it from there isn't it i mean you know you you essentially get a free
[2485.57] AndyRC: controller if you buy the the stuff from there so yeah it's a tricky one i think it's a good

[2724.13] NJ: data what i've seen is even the high-risk groups which is people over 70 with pre-existing
[2730.45] NJ: conditions like diabetes like any kind of pre-existing lung conditions things like that

[2742.37] NJ: doesn't matter you're going to get through it and it'll be fine just be nasty for a few days and

[2753.97] NJ: conditions 90 there's a 90% chance you'll be fine and that's the way to look at it yeah
