[178.35] Curry: My friend had his Mavic Mini and it managed to keep up
[182.35] Curry: because there was a strong headwind, so we got some nice
[184.35] Curry: exterior shots, which I'm going to eventually edit at some

[191.35] AndyRC: I went flying some day and it was cold, but we discovered
[196.35] AndyRC: that there is a log fire in the clubhouse.
[199.35] AndyRC: So we got that going and sat in there, socially distanced and
[204.35] AndyRC: fully sanitized, of course.
[206.35] Frank: I was very jealous when you were sending those pictures of
[209.35] Frank: you with the little wood-burning stove standing in the
[213.35] Frank: field, like having flown the umpteenth battery of the day
[216.35] Frank: of this really long flying, well, for me, glider and just
[220.35] Frank: freezing my hands off.
[222.35] Curry: It was a bit of a shock to us all that they finally
[224.35] Curry: discovered fire in the north now, but I think I had to get
[227.35] Curry: there in the end.

[2710.95] AndyRC: So that's where all of the issues lie when it comes to those two.

[2918.95] AndyRC: I would say if you're going analog, go really cheap

[3008.95] AndyRC: when they go wrong, they don't know what to do with them.
[3011.95] AndyRC: So if you've never built one before, I'd always say build one
[3014.95] AndyRC: because if you buy one ready built, you won't know how to fix it
[3017.95] AndyRC: and sort of go from there kind of thing.

[3105.95] AndyRC: So there's a few people asking about the SharkBite system.
[3107.95] AndyRC: And I mean, it's valid as well because let's just say SharkBite takes off enough to actually just stop analog altogether.

[3117.95] AndyRC: Do you think that could be a thing that SharkBite comes in and just takes analog away just because they're really the only other players, aren't they?
[3125.95] Frank: I think the only way they're going to manage to do that is by licensing it out so cheaply that all of the Banggood stuff ends up with that in it.
[3136.95] Curry: Because you need something so it was just a light pair of goggles, not some big thing you shed on the front that weighs you down.
[3145.95] Curry: That was always the complaint with the sort of preliminary beta thing they put out with the big screen and stuff.

[3155.95] Curry: It's got better as a module if they can bring it down more now.

[3268.95] Curry: And you don't have to get your sort of new set of goggles, especially to do it.

[3334.95] AndyRC: I don't think it's great, but it seems like that's what they're trying to do.

[3344.95] AndyRC: Have they partnered with them to try and make VTX's dirt cheap so they can do that sort of thing?

[3355.95] Frank: Until you absolutely wipe out that really bottom end of the market, I don't see analog going away.
