[0.0] Jack: Hello and you're listening to let's drone out and special thank you to our lovely patrons that help donate so that we can pay the editor to remove the swear words and silly things we say massive thank you to kolos campos art folk now sam dama.
[19.2] Tony: Mikey dread on with the show.
[53.84] Jack: Hello and welcome back to another episode of let's turn out where tony is drunk hello tony i'm not drunk yet but i'll probably will be very soon because this.
[66.62] Tony: Is nine point five percent that i've drunk half of it already and not eaten for about five hours.
[75.28] Jack: Tonight we are joined by our lord of master and frank hello and in our full hd ethernet camera output input shake it all about going in hello me and i'm bright fly jack how's it going everyone so about me bonjour yes she is hi.
[105.28] Curry: What are you just first of you literally got dementia yeah i was like i just wanted frank to do the thing yeah we've already had to do it once before we even came on it because i only tried to describe what day of the week it was and forgot so we had to put that sign up.
[123.28] Jack: Oh my word Thursday's only Friday's but apparently there's a storm coming in i'm probably won't be working tomorrow only watch one of your instagrams and on one page it was raining and i was like it's typical with tony in it trying to do his job and then the next page was you go in screaming oh my god it's getting worse and what i could only describe.
[153.28] Jack: Was down he was filming out of his windshield of his van and it was just like a river running you couldn't see any did look like you just had your hose from your pole feeds just running down your windscreen it was rain it was so bad i had two jobs left for the day as well literally had two jobs left and it.
[178.72] Jack: Oh let's turn out available on twitch that is my first notification it's only started.
[190.88] Jack: Yeah we're on twitch is only just now letting me know that we are live on twitch that's not too bad.
[197.6] Jack: I know we could even go on linkedin if we wanted to there's this live linkedin no way really or would
[209.92] Jack: ever employ us ever again if we did that i don't know what would happen would i start getting job
[214.88] Frank: office for strange podcasting stuff oh we get those already shiny video stuff it's 9.5 percent
[229.18] Frank: that is pretty strong i said it tastes really nice but but tony before was it before london
[236.22] Frank: flooded i think you you were out flying i did i went mountain biking and flying i haven't found
[244.3] Tony: the same time well i did challenges there but i was like no this i can't do this so no i bought
[253.74] Tony: i walked up half the trail sat and waiting for my mates to go up to the top and then filmed them
[260.54] Tony: going down a couple of times and was like come on do it again lads get back up there and they pushed
[265.5] Tony: up and then filmed them again look back at the footage and then it was on time lapse for the
[270.3] Tony: first two runs so that didn't work oh no all i had to do is press the top button but somehow you know
[278.7] Tony: it got pressed on there and moved it along to time lapse so that gopro if you're listening to
[283.66] Jack: this can we please have the ability to turn on and off modes in our camera in the sense it was very
[293.9] Tony: why would you ever want that and then um and then i filmed them again
[300.94] Tony: and it was um getting getting a little bit dark but um we watched about the footage it was just
[306.7] Tony: literally the top of their heads because they were going too slow down the trail and i was
[313.74] Tony: i was behind them but the angle i had to go faster because i've got a 25 degree so ended up swapping
[320.86] Tony: out the um let's play venture put it up quick because i forgot what it is is it a gopro mount
[328.54] Tony: tony yes thank you swap the gopro mount to uh from a 25 to about a 15 and um got them in shot so i
[338.54] Tony: managed to you know be able to go the same speed behind them and keep them in shot um
[345.74] Tony: but i've decided i need some cbs as well i'm gonna buy some walkie talkies because it was like
[351.26] Tony: ready yeah go where i'm coming and it was all for about 10 seconds of footage so it's just
[362.86] Tony: i don't know it was all right it was quite cool flying in um flying in the tree down in the woods
[369.42] Tony: with the dji set up because literally you could see everything just felt so comfortable it felt
[375.5] Tony: fine it was good if i was uh analog in it i wouldn't have liked it very much but that was
[382.3] Frank: my flying and that's all i've done within this week but um yeah i mean i was i just saw in the
[394.34] Frank: chat caroline said she's just made a second three and a half thousand
[398.98] Frank: milliamp power lion pack for the 250 gram and combined with talking about chasing mountain
[407.46] Frank: bikes reminded me of a conversation i had recently i think on the the dorset uh drone club facebook
[417.46] Frank: group which where where my parents are based so i joined that group um and like i saw one guy
[425.3] Frank: posted the latest or maybe probably not latest anymore but posted in the extract video um that
[431.7] Frank: he recently released saying kind of like uh spotters shouldn't always be required um like
[439.94] Frank: 250 gram things are safe for all these situations so why should they need a spotter um kind of thing
[449.06] Frank: and um i was just kind of saying on there like you know something that's safe in some situations
[457.3] Frank: might not be safe in other situations like a 250 gram quad in the clearing in the middle of nowhere
[464.74] Frank: is going to be fine but if it's in that same clearing but there happens to be
[471.86] Frank: a load of you know like a high speed downhill mountain bike track that goes through that
[476.9] Frank: clearing then it's not gonna be safe anymore no but if you're speaking with them and you're
[482.5] Frank: actually chasing them and they're like you know they're involved with it and they know what's
[486.5] Frank: going on you've like organized stuff with them then it will be safe again and it's like to try
[492.1] Frank: and capture all that level of detail in brawls that are actually specific enough to deal with it
[498.9] Frank: then like it's it's it's impossible to have everything explicitly written out for every
[508.98] Frank: possible case whilst also being readable and like not a million miles long of bits of paper
[518.98] Curry: it can't be done but they're not willing to say please use common sense and don't endanger people
[524.34] Curry: well i think those people vehicles or buildings it's it's subjective but i i kind of think in the
[532.02] Curry: olden days where they didn't have to over regulate everything they that that would have been okay
[536.9] Curry: but in this new new time of super enlightenment and wokeness everything has to be very explicit
[546.98] Curry: and everything is incredibly dangerous and we have to respect everybody's feelings even if they're
[552.18] Curry: not there they might get offended if we're flying on a clearing it's kind of philosophical
[557.86] Curry: if if a quad flies on a clearing and no one's there to hear it did they still get offended
[562.82] Curry: and the answer is yes they're outraged for some reason we don't know why well that's that's kind
[568.42] Frank: of my that was my point on it was like if you're in a clearing where there's there's nothing about
[573.14] Frank: and there's no chance of anyone coming there then there's no one to enforce it so what are you
[578.18] Frank: complaining about um if you then make a video and put it on youtube they'll say illegal have
[586.18] Curry: him arrested he's endangering the grass yeah that's fair but it's actually you made this argument
[594.58] Curry: against me once frank where i said i think long range or beyond line of sight is completely
[601.46] Curry: reasonable given the circumstance of you're in open field there's nobody there and you said well
[606.98] Curry: what if the medical emergency helicopter has to that was why i was saying below tree level
[612.98] Frank: in a clearing below tree level because yes but helicopter would have to land below tree level
[619.62] Frank: well yeah but if it's you know that's why i'm saying a clearing to me a clearing is not like
[625.94] Curry: somewhere a helicopter is going to be landing but yeah i i feel the clearing is like from a certain
[633.94] Frank: point outwards because it becomes clear i i think if it's big enough for a helicopter to land in
[640.5] Frank: it's not really a clearing it's a field i don't know there's lots of some helicopters landing some
[647.78] Tony: cool places some yeah literally there's a forest and they've gone down and landed on pallets i've
[654.9] Tony: i've sent links to that video before which is just wow i can't believe you can land in there
[661.38] Tony: but um i think i think it's it's good to have a spot if you can have one but
[670.86] Tony: with a little quad like that is it necessary really all the time any views or opinions expressed on
[680.72] Curry: this charlie it's really personal i think i think the spotter is perhaps the most commonly broken rule
[688.88] Curry: um and there's still as i mean as as bruce says there's there's still a lack of
[697.92] Curry: people being constantly killed because we haven't got a spotter um it always strikes me as well that
[706.24] Curry: spotters um if you're more than sort of 200 meters away then a spotter can't see the depth
[713.68] Curry: well enough to say you'll get in close this person here i mean in in certain areas it's
[721.12] Curry: especially if walkers use the field it's very handy because they can just alert you to the fact
[725.28] Curry: that a mountain bike has come in the field or uh some walkers have come down there and they
[730.08] Curry: can just alert you to it or there's a very friendly dog yeah jump up on the good old dog you can no
[736.24] Curry: longer land because the owner has not got its dog under control and it's jumping around um but
[743.2] Tony: yeah i i just i just don't see it right robin robin is shouting this robin says that you don't
[751.28] Frank: need a spotter in the uk under article 16m i don't know if he meant to do or whether that was just
[758.4] Frank: meant to be punctuation um maybe i don't know i haven't read it he's become lazy in his
[767.01] Frank: period old age doesn't read stuff anymore well there's just so like the the legislation
[774.85] Frank: was like condensed down into minimal amount of documents and i was following it and then they
[782.05] Frank: decided actually we're going to spread it everywhere and have loads and loads of documentation
[788.93] Frank: spread across loads of documents all over again and make it even more impenetrable and i just gave
[794.85] Frank: up and decided it can't be bothered so we rely on you don't the the pilot is responsible for
[806.9] Frank: ensuring the the galaxy and safety of his own flight oh god can i just take a can of beer and
[814.26] Tony: say sorry officer i was shrinking an inch only you can try seem you know i think a 50 pound note is
[822.5] Frank: you know the usual turning method that seems to work better there was a handy link in the chat
[828.74] Curry: and it links to fbvuk.org and it says um when the rule changed on 31st december 2020 this
[835.62] Curry: authorization came into effect and allows association members to enjoy privilege beyond
[840.1] Curry: the new us rules such as flying fbv without a competent observer for each drone in a sterile
[846.74] Curry: area such as a race location uh sterile area i guess is your subjective point there from my well
[855.38] Frank: from vague memories of when sterile area was originally being uh sort of discussed it was
[865.22] Frank: basically a secure area where it was reasonable to expect that no one could access it so it's not
[872.82] Frank: just like an empty field in the middle of nowhere but it's an empty field with fences where like a
[878.82] Curry: caged area oh and then point two of that one just says flying fbv without oh with a competent
[884.66] Curry: observer how has that uh enjoyed privilege such as flying fbv with a competent reserve
[891.3] Curry: surely that does say you have to use a competent observer i'm confused yeah and then as as robin
[897.22] Frank: says there's the additional issue of how are the police meant to be able to know
[905.3] Frank: the intricacies of what you're actually allowed to be doing like are you allowed to do this or not
[911.38] Frank: and then you're having to defend yourself to the police is it's a mess and i've given up it's not
[918.66] Curry: interesting to me anymore i don't care i said it's a question though do i don't think many people
[928.18] Curry: have come into contact with the police where the police like you're doing it wrong i've got my
[932.18] Curry: scales i can tell you i'm doing 50 grams is it generally the fact that someone reports a video
[937.7] Curry: on youtube to the caa and the caa uh then investigate and decide if you've broken the
[943.7] Curry: law based on the video you've posted i don't know i mean i've i've definitely multiple times
[951.14] Frank: had police come up to where i've been flying um says he was in london near a prison where people
[960.42] Frank: get stabbed well yeah but they you know the that was more a question of what the what the rules were
[969.86] Frank: at that particular site right as long as we were flying within those rules
[973.86] Frank: they were happy um because there was a board with some rules on that you could point to
[980.18] Tony: and go look those are the rules um let's take a board round with let's just bring a board review
[987.62] Frank: and just say this is a nail it into the ground every time it's flying and say the the local
[993.54] Curry: bylaws of this area are that you're an answer it's just as relevant as the sign saying no
[998.34] Curry: drove flying here because unless the landowner has said you can't come on or there's a bylaw
[1005.22] Curry: then it's it's not really a law it's just a sign but if it's a sign that's put there by the
[1012.98] Curry: landowner saying don't do that by the landowner that's one thing but it's like sometimes there's
[1019.78] Frank: been a spate of other signs being put up by other people then no but i think we should start doing
[1025.38] Curry: it no great take your own song with you yeah i'm gonna put one up there's like you know in your
[1033.62] Curry: local park where there's good play parks for doing whooping just put a sign up saying no children
[1040.82] Tony: now i'm great teens something like that 50 quid yeah mum is the word oh dear that would work
[1049.7] Jack: that's amazing how are you jack uh i'm all right why
[1056.98] Jack: just asking have you been out for a fly nah i think we down was busy tuesday
[1064.26] Jack: so i've been out no children yeah no children off leashes
[1070.98] Jack: children must be kept on leads at all times speaking of people in the park
[1077.22] Jack: curry kitten i watched your latest video of opening yeah no worries about 250 gram limits there
[1086.98] Curry: no you do have to worry about children stealing your car though did that happen no but i can just
[1093.86] Curry: imagine like you know little little children of wonder when just apparently magic car
[1099.22] Curry: drives past them and there's no one there they're like i'm having that that's a magic car that is
[1103.54] Curry: hey that's that's why i'd send sophie with me i said look anybody it's dodgy with it you go
[1110.1] Curry: and punch him or something that'll sort it but yes this was the the follow-up open hd video
[1117.78] Curry: where i attempted to is this a follow-up 10 months later is it yeah it's been a while wasn't it
[1124.58] Curry: it's been a while we had the whole pandemic thing going on and then i couldn't walk for a long time
[1130.66] Curry: and some other stuff was happening but yeah i went back and i tried to fix some of the problems i had
[1137.14] Curry: like i wanted to be able to use goggles so i could see because that little seven inch screen was
[1142.66] Curry: great unless you're outside and then it's just a reflective thing so and then we didn't record it
[1148.58] Curry: very well last time so i wanted a way of recording it so we we ditched the the seven inch screen i
[1155.22] Curry: put the pine a little printed case i've got hdmi directly from that into some 1080p goggles
[1161.3] Curry: um i found out how to do uh ethernet over usb so i can tether it to my um and android pad and
[1170.58] Curry: that stopped any interference with the wi-fi hotspot so i think we've got it as good as we can do
[1176.18] Curry: uh although i've cocked up some of the inav programming it would seem so the compass was
[1181.54] Curry: going mental and returned to home did this really interesting thing where it turned the camera towards
[1185.86] Curry: home and then drove off in the opposite direction which is a good way of getting it's almost like
[1191.54] Curry: an automated mode it's like i want to see myself driving away but that was that was quite good so
[1199.78] Curry: i'll just check check i can fix those things and then it's on to it's on to flying stuff next now
[1204.42] Curry: i'm i'm happy with the config um i've got the old the f450 get that back out um update inav on that
[1213.38] Curry: and go out because i've got a normal fpv setup on that so i'll go out and test that properly
[1218.02] Curry: we'll make sure we get position hold and return to homework so it generally flies okay
[1223.06] Curry: and then it shouldn't because i used it because it's so big you know what a 450 is it's got that
[1227.86] Curry: space like this big i can easily just chuck an extra pie in there and a camera and see what happens
[1232.98] Curry: but i've had a couple of useful suggestions from other people using fpv about the types of uh
[1241.06] Curry: much better cameras that will work for a pie because the little camera that works for pie
[1246.1] Curry: it's it's really made for like a little indoor webcam so it's got no wide dynamic range it's
[1252.02] Curry: kind of like do you remember when we started out with really bad security cameras and if you
[1256.66] Curry: pointed this guy everything's black so you ended up sort of pointing down all the time just so
[1260.9] Curry: you can see what's happening it's like that it's not very good so there's there's stuff to do but
[1265.06] Curry: i think it's still it's still quite exciting and um what's happening at the moment it's it's a
[1271.62] Curry: side but it's not part of open hd but there's been it's got open hd's blessing but what's happened
[1278.98] Curry: some guys have started up an idea and i think um the guy we had on a couple of weeks ago who
[1284.5] Curry: i forgot his name already mentioned this he was it i got to know Frank if i get the let's play
[1291.22] Curry: dementia when i forget to play dementia Frank's looking at his spreadsheet thank you why not
[1299.14] Curry: the spreadsheet what he mentioned is the some guys have made a patreon page um rather than
[1307.22] Curry: it's not like um a kickstart or anything and they're trying to raise funds to do a design
[1313.3] Curry: for a specialized board that will basically act in a similar way to the pi do but like dedicated
[1319.94] Curry: hardware to get much better um compression decompression on the images so you can reduce
[1327.14] Curry: the latency and have it all smaller because although a pi zero like you can pick up for a
[1332.5] Curry: fiber is dirt cheap and stuff but it's not convenient it's not convenient to install
[1337.46] Curry: or wiring or anything else so if we bring that down shrink it up that that might be interesting
[1343.7] Curry: so i'll try and touch base with those guys for the next video just to see where they are and
[1347.86] Curry: if they've got anything going yet i think that'd be quite interesting
[1352.82] Frank: yes it's bell rick who is showing you video stuff in the chat i believe uh-huh okay i remember you
[1361.78] Tony: he's very very good at explaining things and talking nicely he should be part of the crew i
[1368.34] Frank: think maybe i think fx node was uh suggesting an fpga field programmable gate array i suspect
[1377.46] Curry: yes that that would be the obvious chip to use because then you can have basically program the
[1383.14] Curry: chip just to be able to basically do compression or decompression very quickly and it doesn't have
[1390.98] Curry: to run an operating system so what what the pie is doing is just like it's running linux
[1396.58] Curry: and we're also saying um just turn this into h264 and then chuck it over the network link
[1402.02] Curry: can you which is obviously yeah it does it reasonably quickly but there is a end-to-end
[1407.54] Curry: delay of about 100 milliseconds somebody asked me if i could see a delay in the goggles and
[1412.82] Curry: if you've seen the video but driving over grass in a car it's like bouncy bouncy bouncy bouncy
[1418.5] Curry: tiny you've got a tamiya truck haven't you you know how they go around you put an fpv camera on it you
[1422.98] Curry: like you could have crossfire on it and you could have 200 milliseconds delay you're looking through
[1428.34] Curry: the goggles you can't tell the difference the thing's just going all over the place and you're
[1432.02] Frank: going oh my eyes yeah i don't think it would work the the other the other thing i was kind of
[1440.1] Frank: reminded about when you're talking about sort of using some slightly different hardware after
[1444.34] Frank: kind of prototyping it with the raspberry tie um was the the rotor hazard project um which was
[1452.66] Frank: or is i think an ongoing project sort of building on the the delta fives uh which were the sort of
[1459.94] Frank: race timing systems where you had like a uh rx 5008 5808 uh receiver chip plugged into an arduino
[1471.22] Frank: nano and then you had uh you had like eight of those and then you plugged all those arduino
[1478.5] Frank: nanos into a raspberry pi and then the raspberry pi was kind of putting everything together and
[1483.86] Frank: feeding stuff out again either to like screens or to uh lap what's it called race lap timer or
[1493.14] Frank: whatever it's called do it to yourself please yeah um and sort of they've come up with a uh
[1505.54] Frank: a version of that sort of they've gradually kind of got more um specific hardware so they've come
[1512.58] Frank: up with their own pcb so now they're having just a board that takes all the 5808s directly and
[1518.26] Frank: there's just one stm32 chip that's speaking to all of those and it's quite interesting to see
[1524.5] Frank: kind of how they're you know getting kind of more specific hardware which is cheaper to sort of make
[1533.7] Frank: a whole thing but it's been more expensive i guess to kind of develop it the whole way um it's quite
[1539.14] Frank: interesting to see kind of how that has come about but the the rotor hazard stuff is quite impressive
[1545.94] Frank: uh winter blue is suggesting we should get servers on to talk about it and i would like
[1550.9] Frank: to know more um it is quite cool as another open source hardware i think that's safe to say
[1560.1] Frank: open source hardware projects um that's you know quite interesting and they were incorporating
[1567.06] Frank: not only the analog stuff but the ggi stuff as well and yeah it's quite interesting what they're
[1572.02] Tony: doing there talking of ggi stuff did it has everyone seen our friends ndrc's um new camera
[1582.5] Jack: for the night vision pretty good isn't it yeah especially for a hd camera
[1594.34] Tony: i can't remember let's play the venture let's put it that was for all of us
[1600.34] Jack: no i know that's i i think i can i think that's what it was called
[1606.42] Jack: cc 3d for the win i know negotiations broke down regards uh regards getting that frame
[1616.02] Tony: all right caroline says polar caroline i'll go i'll go with c over b
[1622.42] Tony: i feel we've lost tony to drink now that's it no no no why why i go with
[1631.78] Tony: but you're starting to slur and look really happy with yourself and knowing two letters
[1638.82] Tony: come on that's anyone can work that out jesus
[1646.66] Tony: i think it's called what c said and not what b said
[1650.74] Tony: well i am a bit lazy it's quite strong that bit
[1656.02] Curry: he's in the happy phase before he goes through just a sleep phase
[1662.34] Curry: caroline had this interesting video on her many talon where her um her vtx just failed and um
[1669.62] Curry: so it was a case of rth and then landing it um very expertly line of sight and she just found out
[1676.1] Curry: she was putting too many amps through the uh through the module yeah through the matex 722
[1684.1] Curry: which is why it's worth watching caroline's videos because she put some good ones in there
[1687.22] Jack: and she's had some exciting crashes as well as successful flights is that the f722 is that the
[1697.14] Jack: is that the same as like the is that is that the one with a really bad regulator on it single board
[1704.1] Curry: don't know i can't remember i've got an f411 wsc ready to install on my little
[1716.58] Frank: do you want to read that out frank burick uh slash shiny video stuff says he's sub to the open hd
[1723.62] Frank: patreon latest update shows that they have a camera design and a larger development board
[1728.1] Frank: to experiment with the chip set before shrinking it sounds exciting interesting i will try and talk
[1736.18] Curry: to them before i do my next video just to let people know what's going on because one of the
[1741.78] Curry: problems about looking at open hd and showing videos about it is people don't have much
[1747.78] Curry: forward thinking idea about like oh but this isn't as good as dji is it therefore it must be rubbish
[1753.86] Curry: it's like well this is early and then as they develop it can get better is it on 5.8 or 2.4
[1762.66] Curry: what the it depends which um module you use and it can do either the the one i use is on 5.8
[1771.06] Curry: which makes me think i should piddle around with the antennas because there's just a couple of
[1774.5] Curry: linear poles at the moment oh yeah maybe it's just if it's uh 5.8 must must be able to use
[1781.78] Curry: like socio parallelize things and do better totally seems reasonable of course and you
[1787.22] Frank: could use your return to home to mode to have like a reverse antenna tracker exactly that would work
[1792.98] Curry: really well that's brilliant yeah i could put the um the patch on the on the yeah the rover
[1802.98] Frank: this episode was recorded in front of a live online audience downloaded and edited to make
[1807.54] Frank: sense when it played audio only sensors to please the itunes people hosted on the internet
[1812.58] Frank: forwarded through to your podcast provider downloaded playing on your device and is now
[1816.9] Frank: playing in your ears all thanks to our patreons consider joining them and you'll also get other
[1822.42] Frank: online benefits find out more at patreon.com forward slash let's drone out i think you were
[1829.54] Frank: going to be the only person at least so far who was going to have open hd and bring it along to
[1835.22] Frank: ldo know so i'm i'm slightly relieved that i don't have to worry about how we handle the
[1841.06] Frank: frequency management with open hd versus everything else but i am going to miss having you there of
[1846.9] Frank: course but also i would quite like to have seen the open hd in place there is a couple of people
[1852.5] Tony: in the chat have said what is ldo know good segue tell them frank i think you know explanation
[1861.78] Frank: yep so ldo know is a one-day event that we're holding in person on august the 21st which is
[1873.46] Frank: a saturday south of gilbert in sorry uh in the south of england um we're going to be there
[1884.02] Frank: with a a field i mean not quite a field um there's a bit of woods uh we're gonna have a hut with
[1893.14] Frank: some power and possibly some internet if i can work out how to get some ethernet from where there
[1899.78] Frank: is internet to where we'll be um and and the toilet as well on site i mean this is we're talking about
[1910.34] Frank: exactly exactly um there's uh limited parking so we're having limited people coming um and i am
[1922.18] Frank: having to get all the license plates so the tractors don't just sort of take things into
[1927.54] Frank: their own hands and start moving people around um uh so so don't just try and work it out and
[1935.06] Frank: then turn up because that would be bad um but there is a sign-up link that is for until
[1943.38] Frank: this time next week it is patreon's only uh i think i've i think i've got that right
[1951.14] Frank: and then uh but i have but i mean it's two-thirds full already so you might have to
[1959.62] Frank: think about it uh was ldo no intentionally timed to clash with popum no i can honestly say that
[1967.54] Frank: uh it was uh originally gonna be sooner uh but there was there was a request to push it back a
[1978.66] Frank: bit um and this happened to work out for the venue as well could i request to put it back again for
[1985.06] Frank: the original date that i could come uh no because it's organized now with the venue the venue have
[1991.86] Frank: signed off on it so it's it's happening then sorry it's fixed unlike i blame nj for all of this yeah
[2000.66] Frank: yeah pretty much um because yeah there was there was three separate fpv people who got married on
[2011.54] Jack: monday um wow yeah big congratulations to our sexist man on earth yep congratulations to nj
[2020.9] Frank: congratulations to bradley or boston if you met him at ldo games um uh and congratulations to
[2030.34] Frank: russ uh danger russ i believe i think that's the right russ i like that russ danger russ yeah
[2039.38] Frank: yeah um yeah so ldo no currently sign up only on the patreon it will be released publicly
[2047.94] Frank: if there's still spaces next week which probably will be spaces well like i say it's it's two
[2056.5] Jack: thirds full already so okay you know pushing it is it all levels of patreon availability yes
[2069.38] Jack: so you could sneak in there for a dollar or so yes possibly i think
[2078.82] Tony: it's worth your dollar even if you do it for one month
[2083.86] Tony: and then hopefully forget about it yeah so we keep the dollar which helps us out because
[2091.78] Frank: we do struggle yeah uh i'll i'll see how we're doing on on the sign up see if there's been
[2098.42] Frank: only change because i haven't checked it today how do i look frank how do i look live exactly
[2106.34] Frank: what's the point of being live if you can't have a live update yeah uh oh we have have more signups
[2113.86] Frank: so there's there's only why actually i guess pretty close and we can we you know pretty much
[2120.98] Frank: yep so yeah filling up fast um what we got we've got uh 78.6 will be bringing analog fpv
[2144.46] Curry: 64 and they've all committed to smash up any dgi goggles anybody else has to keep analog alive
[2150.22] Frank: right 64.3 are bringing something that's line of sight 35.7 are bringing something that's dgi
[2162.3] Frank: someone's bringing some 1.3 stuff someone's bringing some dgi stuff is anyone bringing
[2168.78] Tony: socks and sandals anyone signed up for socks and sandals well line of sight yes
[2175.34] Frank: i'm assuming that's what you mean um and looking at hd flying yeah i mean it's super hd uh the
[2188.86] Frank: looking at kind of the things that people are interested in so that we know sort of what to
[2192.22] Frank: balance uh what we put our time into um a hundred percent of people that have signed up uh are
[2200.62] Frank: interested in fpv freestyle uh 71.4 are interested in long-range and endurance
[2209.1] Frank: 57.1 they're interested in whoops uh then there's fixed wing wing racing x-class
[2221.5] Frank: helis crawlers uh and now some crawlers as well that's cool yeah there's quite a bit of interest
[2229.66] Frank: in all sorts of different things uh for your fun day yeah uh the most uh sort of asked for thing
[2239.82] Frank: is just social things so it will mainly be a social hangout by the looks of the sign up
[2245.5] Frank: that's good to me with a load of chat with a bunch of flying um and hopefully seeing some cool stuff
[2253.82] Frank: i do like the requests for what people have asked for at the event uh just fly and chat
[2261.02] Frank: jack watch jack eat tony may drink annoy tony that's most of them were jack
[2275.02] Frank: there's there was only one of those per submission so those are all separate people
[2284.38] Curry: uh yeah well i think it's best just to fill your car up with all your models so when you crash
[2290.22] Curry: then you can just go get another one and start again yeah sounds good curry's not gonna be able
[2295.9] Curry: to make it though is he no i was coming and now i have to get my knee operated on on the 23rd
[2303.74] Curry: which means i have to quarantine beforehand food indeed sorry oh man kyle said kyle anderson said
[2312.94] Jack: i wish i could make it from canada i know he's uh he's my my friend out there who i sent my
[2321.42] Jack: backup quad and he learned on the sim and flying fpv worryingly well good it's gonna be better than
[2332.38] Jack: me in like no time fair that's cool so it's uh yeah it's pretty cool man watching someone like
[2339.42] Jack: grow and it's a testament to the simulators because like how me and tony learn i'm probably
[2348.62] Jack: yeah and and obviously curry yeah was just absolutely horrendous of just crashing every
[2354.94] Tony: five seconds yeah cold days windy expensive props killing batteries as well
[2362.94] Curry: killing batteries yeah i used to buy wood in being q for my tricopter arms you could get
[2369.66] Curry: them in 3.6 meter lengths and back then i had like an mx5 i just put the roof down load it up with
[2375.1] Curry: these long things take them home in the garage cut them all to length have them ready and then
[2379.58] Curry: i could go out and change arms i could hope for again because that's what happened nice
[2386.46] Tony: i don't know i've got him made these these these newbies these newbies i've got it made
[2392.62] Jack: drilling drilling holes in my makeshift dremel pillar drill like the hours on end and then
[2398.54] Jack: having to hoover up like you know like the correct spacing and everything i don't i don't
[2406.38] Curry: miss it at all now he doesn't even hoover he has a robot to do that for him yeah thank you thanks
[2413.9] Jack: join my over you know the robot takeover james into the rumba scene yeah but does it
[2420.86] Tony: trap him out of his house not yet the foam board did that earlier
[2430.14] Jack: static bit of foam boards keeps you out oh we have a savior for the last 50 minutes
[2437.9] Frank: i was i was also gonna just while while he's uh joining the call i'll also say on the topic
[2444.7] Frank: of kind of events uh clive on our discord uh did mention it might be worth keeping the
[2454.06] Frank: 16th of october free uh if you can make it to the north vault area and are interested in
[2464.94] Frank: wing racing or possibly x-class i think might be mentioned but definitely wing racing
[2472.94] Jack: so 16th of october north vault north west he's here oh my word that is an og
[2488.9] Jack: look at that the the second sexiest man alive
[2496.9] Jack: yeah he would crash and then run to his god
[2500.9] Jack: oh god he was always running little legs the great movie is killer yeah i know um a wild uh
[2511.14] Stephen: belric uh appeared all right um yeah so you were talking about open hd i just uh subbed to their
[2518.5] Stephen: patreon because i thought why not they could deserve a couple of quid and i've kind of forgotten
[2521.86] Stephen: about it and um yeah they're putting together a little a little board and a little camera which
[2526.74] Stephen: looks very promising so fingers crossed send a couple of quid their way nice yeah see like when
[2535.14] Jack: you ever you mention fvga it makes me think of the oh man the wonderful monsters yeah the the
[2541.86] Stephen: wonderful uh open source upscaler oh right right yeah i think of like crazy bits of hardware used
[2549.62] Stephen: in fin tech that just chew down thousands of watts and turn out a lot of heat um that's the
[2556.58] Stephen: other end of fpjs fpjs are kind of what you use if you want something to be in hardware but you're
[2561.78] Stephen: really impatient and you want it right now you want your program to run like it was running on
[2566.9] Stephen: dedicated hardware instead of code running on the general purpose cpu so you shove it on an fpg and
[2572.5] Stephen: you get that massive speed boost but you also get a ton of heat and they're quite expensive because
[2577.14] Stephen: that they take a lot of transistors they end up by massive chips um too big designing your own
[2583.22] Curry: chip is much more involved is can you run stuff that quickly on a general purpose chip
[2590.58] Curry: i suppose is the question instead of using fpga can you get a general purpose chip and run
[2596.18] Curry: the dedicated code you need without any sort of yeah i mean if you if you get like a z on and
[2601.94] Stephen: manage to put that in your quad sure but you've got other problems haven't you there's there's
[2607.62] Stephen: always dimensions right so it comes down to kind of complexity and cost and heat um and speed and
[2615.86] Stephen: if you really want to push speed you tend to end up with uh complexity and heat or you end up with
[2621.62] Stephen: something that's a bit more expensive and fpjs basically allow you to take something and lock
[2627.7] Stephen: that code straight into a piece of hardware at runtime and you don't need to order a special
[2632.42] Stephen: fpga you take any fpga and just put your code in it and plop and if the fpga is powerful enough
[2637.7] Stephen: it'll run your code a lot faster um but an fpga encoding video is always going to consume a lot
[2643.78] Stephen: more power and require a much larger chip and a more expensive chip than an ace acic encoding
[2649.3] Stephen: video and an acic is like taking your code and burning it into a set of chips and saying this
[2657.46] Stephen: is now a special purpose chip and it can only do this type of video and code it's an you know
[2662.74] Stephen: application specific integrated circuit right so they've literally taken your code and made an
[2667.86] Stephen: integrated circuit that just does that code um so they're a lot smaller and that's what the raspberry
[2672.26] Stephen: pi has for these broadcom acics that encode video um i think that fpga is kind of a short-term
[2679.62] Stephen: solution to get people in the air but it's going to be hot and expensive so it's just a matter of
[2683.78] Stephen: time before someone finally forks out enough cash to get it done as an acic and from the sound of
[2688.74] Stephen: it these open hd guys have been talking to um some of the soc manufacturers and and they seem to think
[2694.98] Stephen: they found one that's going to do the job it's geared towards 4k 30 by the sound of it they're
[2700.02] Stephen: in the business of uh well the camera does 4k 30 and the acic would do it as well and they're
[2705.3] Stephen: kind of twiddling it around to say we don't want 4k 30 but can we do 1080p 60 and what does that
[2711.06] Stephen: look like and can we take the camera and take four pixels and turn them into one pixel so we take our
[2716.66] Stephen: 4k image and we end up with a really nice wide dynamic range 1080p image where we've got lots
[2723.14] Stephen: of light coming into each pixel and stuff like that um so they seem to be focusing on that
[2727.7] Frank: hmm i mean the the other thing i've heard about fpgas being used for sort of recently
[2736.34] Frank: is sort of during the chip shortages when you know because turns out there's not a lot of
[2743.38] Frank: development huge not a huge amount of hardware development going on at the moment
[2748.18] Frank: um but there's obviously a lot of chip shortages so there's people with piles of fpgas going what
[2754.98] Frank: can we use these for um people desperate for chips that they can't get hold of and and there's
[2760.26] Frank: those two groups have been meeting um so maybe we'll see sort of more adoption of fpgas elsewhere
[2768.18] Stephen: as well which sorry about that diversion i have been watching a lot of bottom back episodes this
[2773.06] Stephen: week so if you want to go back to knob gags that's something we can do is knob gags i thought it was
[2782.1] Jack: just to cut you trousers
[2788.26] Tony: no my trousers wrapped up
[2795.25] Tony: is that a police chopper
[2800.69] Stephen: it kept you down didn't they richie
[2805.41] Frank: i'm i'm very lost uh if anyone else is not following this don't worry it's not you
[2811.25] Frank: it's fine whatever's going on here that's fine it's all the all the bottom live performances
[2819.81] Tony: what happened to comedy yeah i know well one of them passed away that's what happened yeah
[2826.21] Stephen: anyway back to the show what's left i was going to ask hurry about his open hd stuff he's
[2832.21] Stephen: oh no you've got the radio plugged in with a usb lead there what so you're sending the control
[2836.93] Stephen: over open hd instead of actually using the radio how's that working out it's it's working
[2843.25] Curry: fine it uses i wanted to test out to see how it would work um and i thought i can't be bothered
[2849.57] Curry: to put a receiver in i think most people would probably put a receiver in as well just because
[2854.93] Curry: um they're probably translating over stuff but i just wanted to see how it how it would go
[2859.81] Curry: so basically it just it just looks at the radio like it's a joystick and then it sends the control
[2866.29] Curry: signals over um and that looks perfectly like a regular radio does you can put it online have in
[2873.41] Curry: the configurator and you can see your sticks moving just as they would with a receiver so
[2878.45] Curry: as long as you've got a video signal going presumably you've got a control signal as well
[2882.93] Curry: now i'm not sure what happens at the end of the range because the video signal tends to sort of
[2888.21] Curry: you know get a bit digital and stuff but i had that happening when i was sort of on the ground
[2893.57] Curry: 160 meters away but their control signal was still absolutely fine through some of that video
[2899.33] Curry: blockiness um so i i think i'll probably be using a receiver on the next one um as it was just kind
[2905.41] Curry: of an experiment but again it's it's a way of compressing down stuff because you know having
[2911.01] Curry: raspberry pies as i said even small ones can be a bit of a pain to install things especially the
[2917.09] Curry: cameras for them and trying to fit stuff in and an extra bit like a receiver can can get in a way
[2922.85] Stephen: well that receivers are so tiny it's nice to have an integrated solution if it's an option i guess
[2927.25] Curry: as well isn't it it's kind of yeah the holy grail at quads there's some quite nice stuff you can do
[2932.77] Curry: and i i didn't really go into the video about the q open hd application which was the dvar ground
[2938.45] Curry: recording because you're on the ground there you can for example put a picture in picture map over
[2945.81] Curry: because you've got if you've got the signal there like a phone signal um you can sort of plot where
[2951.89] Curry: you are a bit like you know on dgi when it's got the little map there and it's got your little dot
[2956.69] Curry: where you've gone you can do the same thing which is quite nifty um i i generally don't do it on my
[2962.05] Curry: videos because it's like i live here okay visit me so rather than that but yeah there's there's
[2968.53] Curry: there's all sorts of interesting little things there were a couple of bits that were a bit quirky
[2972.85] Curry: and not quite worky i would say but i've i've gone through and twiddle with little bits and pieces
[2977.81] Stephen: a bit more so there's this stuff so so what did you notice going from this kind of rough cut where
[2982.93] Curry: you're on beta software to the release there was there was some um improvements the open hd didn't
[2990.21] Curry: move on an awful lot they were supposed to be on version 3 by now looking back at some of their
[2995.89] Curry: previous stuff um so there was a little bit better talking between inav and open hd and in fact one
[3005.09] Curry: of the mistakes i made is i i'd click this thing saying i'm using inav which apparently made my
[3011.73] Curry: compass go crazy because what had happened is inav mavlink packets it was sending prior to 2.6 were
[3018.69] Curry: wrong and that was a workaround for that and now i'm on version 3 that should be fine so that that
[3023.81] Curry: was a little better um the open hd stuff i didn't notice much had really changed uh at all that i
[3030.93] Curry: could see i'm sure there were plenty of improvements on that and some some GUI changes and stuff but
[3036.69] Curry: um yeah they still hadn't done some of the stuff i wanted them to do like being able to mirror
[3043.25] Curry: from a dsi monitor out to an hdmi and stuff like that which seemed like it might be pretty popular
[3050.05] Stephen: obviously mavlink that's going to get you up and running if you're on inav or argi pilot but
[3054.61] Stephen: what about everyone who's on beta flight i saw there's an msp option is that something you've
[3059.25] Curry: looked at i haven't looked at that and the other thing it i mean it it does mention on the website
[3064.69] Curry: about it can take an awful lot of different telemetries one of which was a vector telemetry
[3068.85] Curry: and i've got a vector in one of my rhymes yeah so so i was like oh how's that work and that's not
[3076.77] Curry: that's not written up but it suggests that you could use telemetry from beta flight or inav in
[3083.33] Curry: different ways or use mavlink everybody in the world that is seeming to be doing range flying
[3090.93] Curry: is is generally doing some sort of ardu pilot stuff um so that's certainly the most supported
[3097.09] Stephen: option so it's totally the other end of the spectrum from beta flight really right yeah
[3101.73] Stephen: your pilot's super serious then inav's kind of in the middle maybe you want to mess around with your
[3105.73] Stephen: gps a bit and beat beta flights like yeah we use the gps if we're really in trouble
[3110.21] Curry: yes the older missile to home option right which is what in the face yeah yeah so yeah i haven't
[3120.13] Curry: checked the msp stuff out which it's it'd be interesting one to check um it's it's i guess
[3125.73] Curry: mostly because it seems to be that most beta flight people we perhaps looking at the sort of fast quad
[3132.93] Curry: racing or not racing necessarily but the sort of more fast needs less latency whereas inav tends
[3139.81] Curry: to suggest like i'm more cruising around and i've got gps functions so it's kind of tolerant
[3145.73] Curry: sorry sorry i was just gonna say right now it's not at the latency where you'd want to fly
[3150.21] Curry: super fast quads very close to trees but it would do well on on cruising around and stuff so i don't
[3155.73] Curry: think it's it's sort of gathered the guys that are flying beta flights saying oh is this cheap
[3161.09] Stephen: hd solution for me yeah yeah that's definitely where i think everyone's hoping it'll go but no
[3166.61] Stephen: one's kind of brave enough to jump in and say yeah i'm gonna i'm gonna put in some work and
[3171.97] Stephen: push it in that direction everyone's just like hey let's just fly around and stay 100 feet above
[3176.93] Stephen: the ground and knock anywhere near any trees and be careful well i'd i'd hope to be able to get
[3183.81] Curry: the time and a space to mess around with it because as soon as i'm happy flying in a big quad
[3191.17] Curry: then my my my point of view would be saying okay well how do we put this through to a small quad
[3196.29] Curry: and let's say oh okay i don't i don't care about having navigation because as soon as you're in a
[3201.25] Curry: small quad getting a gps plus a compass means you're on some sort of weird stalk thing so the
[3206.93] Curry: compass doesn't interfere which is often a pain so i'm just happy to go a little bit more sort of
[3213.57] Curry: you're not going to roar if you like let's just let's just see if we can get good video with minimal
[3219.81] Curry: OSD that we need and and see what happens if we do fly in a sort of faster more exciting quad
[3226.85] Stephen: how long before we crash it into a tree you're on PWM for your RC link aren't you with that F450
[3235.25] Stephen: uh i'm on PWM on the ESCs yeah on the ESCs yeah sorry so you're not gonna do anything
[3240.69] Curry: particularly crazy no and just getting that flying was interesting putting putting um
[3248.05] Curry: just iNAV is like let's hover and this thing was like tuning everything down down down further
[3254.29] Curry: just to get it flying smoothly uh took quite a long while but it seems to be okay but yeah i
[3260.21] Curry: look forward to putting it on some better flow i can't remember pretty low it's literally like
[3267.17] Curry: i'll take that down i'll take that down some more it's the first time i've ever broken a prop on
[3271.97] Curry: that thing because it went about so much that it landed and took out one of my my lovely props
[3277.57] Curry: that i can't buy anymore because i don't know how many spare arms do you have left for that
[3289.01] Curry: it's fine it's it's crashed a lot i've only broken one arm with all the crashes ever that's
[3295.33] Stephen: surprising i always looked at those plastic arms and thought they're just gonna snap like
[3299.97] Curry: you know coffee stirrers they seem very strong until you're slamming them to the ground because
[3306.93] Curry: it's quite heavy and it's got big stuff on it and then when you slam into the ground it's like
[3310.77] Curry: that's not right and it my one broke because uh the ddi bullet connectors and they're famous
[3319.81] Curry: like this can create a short with this type of bullet connector because it's not quite connected
[3324.77] Curry: and if you just hold it in a certain position it might just flip out for a second which is what
[3330.21] Stephen: happened so they did remember the bullet connectors and reading like pages and pages of
[3336.37] Stephen: blog posts about people who are soldering together these fantastic quadcopters back in the day with
[3340.85] Stephen: their bullet leads and i'm just like no the hobby i'm not it's not ready for me yet i'm just going
[3345.81] Stephen: to come back in a year or two came back and everyone's like yeah we're not doing that anymore
[3349.97] Tony: it's crazy i remember soldering them bloody things bullet connectors that's really easy to
[3357.25] Tony: take your motor off what what it's just like they were never needed at all really good and
[3363.57] Jack: you see you can burn stuff out so quickly and destroy stuff yeah i can't i can't really remember
[3370.85] Curry: ever when we've needed to say oh hang on i just need to swap out this esc or this motor because
[3376.77] Stephen: something's bad happened well races so there's there's people now who are doing race leagues
[3382.13] Stephen: and they're using the three-pin version of the xt60 an mr something to swap the whole motor out
[3388.29] Tony: and just put it on plugs because they're accepting matching arms quicker if you if you are racing and
[3394.21] Tony: breaking arm you can just do that but at least with that you're not going to smack the connectors
[3399.33] Frank: in short yeah if you if you're replacing a motor or an esc because it's gone perf then you're going
[3409.81] Frank: to have to replace both of them so there's no point having a connection there electrically
[3416.21] Frank: but yeah if it's that you've broken an arm then that kind of makes sense if you're doing a quick
[3420.45] Curry: swap over hmm definitely i don't know if back in the day the idea was look you can build this
[3428.69] Curry: dji 450 and you only have to do nine solder collections isn't that amazing because you
[3435.65] Curry: just had to that you got the frame and the bottom frame more flexible came with this little sort of
[3441.73] Curry: integrated pcb and you just um sold each of the escs onto it and then you solder the the power
[3448.85] Curry: onto it and that's it and then you generally you were plugging in an azur and you say look look
[3453.41] Curry: it's amazing it holds in the sky and press this button it will fly off to china that's that was
[3458.85] Stephen: the amazingness of the day so do you think the reason people use individual escs is just kind
[3465.01] Stephen: of inertia and maybe the lack of reliability five years ago rather than the fact that four
[3470.29] Stephen: and one escs have always been a bad idea i don't they didn't seem to exist back in the day they
[3478.59] Curry: they were new and exciting thing yeah i'm talking about 2012 is when i think i got that that dji 450
[3487.07] Curry: frame and it was like wow this is amazing it's so easy to build compared to my tricopter and
[3491.87] Stephen: so easy to fly compared to some people just took an esc off of a plane and they're like why would
[3497.47] Stephen: you need more than one that's crazy just sell them one by one so it's literally they didn't exist
[3502.75] Stephen: that's the reason people weren't using them then because it seems a lot of people have really got
[3506.59] Stephen: it in for kind of four and one and they're unreliable oh yeah you're gonna break you lose
[3511.07] Frank: the whole thing and blah blah blah yeah i think there was also a kind of the four in ones came in
[3518.51] Frank: before the individual ones stopped blowing up sort of without warning and then you know if you're
[3526.27] Frank: in a situation where your esc blows up for no reason then you're going to be a bit pissed off
[3532.27] Frank: if that takes out all four um but i think that's kind of behind us now um particularly with like
[3541.79] Frank: the 32-bit escs seem to be a lot more tolerant of bad situations as far as i can tell but you
[3552.91] Stephen: can't buy them at the moment though can you yeah they've all gone chip shortages yeah that's one
[3558.27] Stephen: thing i've noticed yes baby yeah all the pro drones like the top of the range ones over the
[3562.91] Stephen: last couple of months have gone from bl heli 32 back to bl helis and how everyone's including
[3568.27] Stephen: all these articles in their professional drone pages oh you you can flash this with blue jay or
[3572.35] Stephen: you can flash this will be you can still get rp intel out there don't worry don't worry they
[3576.19] Stephen: just haven't got the chips for the bl heli 32 escs anymore no no chips left yeah i've also heard
[3584.8] Frank: that like the chip shortages are not necessarily um sort of true shortages but also there's like
[3594.72] Frank: because it sort of started happening for real there's also a realization amongst a load of
[3600.64] Frank: industries that ah you can like stop your competitors from being able to deliver a product
[3607.04] Frank: by buying everything up um and so there's this kind of slightly annoying situation where people
[3616.16] Frank: like stockpile the chips that their competitors use even if they don't use them just to be awkward
[3623.04] Stephen: yes it's this weird situations with with the car automotive things where there were chips that
[3629.84] Stephen: they've been made since the 1980s on really old processes and there were just a couple of
[3634.48] Stephen: companies buying these chips but huge companies buying them in huge quantities and they paid for
[3639.2] Stephen: the machines to be kept going and going and going and when the um shortages came down and
[3645.04] Stephen: global manufacturing paused they actually paused production of some of these ancient lithography
[3649.84] Stephen: processes and when they paused that production the guys making the chips shut down the machine
[3655.36] Stephen: and took it off the floor and put a brand new one in instead so when the manufacturers came back
[3660.0] Stephen: and said can we get those chips again the ones we've been buying since the 80s they're like
[3664.08] Stephen: hang on the machine anymore it's gone it's gonna skip um so they have to like redesign circuits to
[3671.92] Stephen: do what these ancient chips could do because they've just been lazily using the same design
[3675.92] Stephen: since forever on the same lithography process which is uh now something they can't produce
[3680.64] Jack: because they've been the machine lithography the the use of repelling water and oil
[3688.96] Stephen: uh no like etching
[3692.88] Jack: really okay i never i never knew that was a process for chips
[3697.92] Stephen: yeah like uh uv lithography no i'll check it out the word wrong but yeah this is like chip etching
[3704.32] Stephen: when they're actually using really high frequency light to you know when people talk about like 10
[3710.96] Stephen: nanometer or 16 nanometer besides the features they're actually drawing onto the chip
[3718.72] Jack: i'll check it out man no it's cool you probably you're probably all right i just
[3722.8] Jack: yeah no it's fine it's fine no i just i i unheard of a gap in my knowledge but is it really
[3731.28] Jack: important anymore if they're all in a skip who knows that sounds like just up your street jack
[3737.6] Frank: like wait until something from the atd is completely useless and then really get into it
[3743.2] Frank: that's an attempt to buy it yeah yeah
[3747.04] Tony: jack's on the 8 isn't pretty much completely useless
[3753.2] Jack: thanks and on that note uh that's the end of the show uh you gotta do a bonus patreon stream so
[3761.84] Jack: uh stick around for that if you're a patreon and you want to go to ldeo no
[3766.88] Jack: then uh check out patreon.com forward slash let's drone out uh tonight we have been joined by
[3774.64] Jack: our dementia ridden old lady tony for sure uh everyone's favorite curry kitten
[3784.48] Jack: goodbye a lord and master frank bye the amazing the he could do a better job on his own running
[3792.56] Jack: ldeo bellrick you're all great thank you very much with an impressive moustache that could win
[3800.64] Jack: world war one and i'd be jacked right till i fly thank you good night telemetry lost
