[101.76] Cem: Yeah, see, that's the thing. I wanted to get away from the whole one day thing. One day at a time. It's just so much work. You don't get enough back out of it. You know, I mean, not enough. Not enough bang for your buck. You're not a one man one night stand.
[121.44] Cem: Well, I think this goes across the board. There's so many people that do these events and it's like three hours to set up and take down half of their days gone. Half of their evenings gone. Whereas like what we're trying to do is it's a permanent space and it's already set up. You just turn up and turn on. Yeah. Ready to fly. Now, I think gives it a lot more flavor. And we've got the where we can help people to see.
[151.16] Cem: I mean, like we do a lot of set up stuff. So a lot of new people come to us and they're not talking. What's this beat of stuff? Yeah. And we get them over that first little hurdle. Because what you want new people to have is that bit of satisfaction. Yeah. I want this new toy. I want to play with it. And I want that little bit of satisfaction that makes me want to play with it next time. But what they're finding is problem, problem, problem, problem.
[179.04] Cem: Oh, put it down. And next time it's less of a learning kind of a more of a learning cliff, isn't it? Yeah, you know, they just don't they get scared by that. And it freaks them out. And it's they don't know who to talk to. And they watch videos. And whilst videos are awesome. As soon as you get to one thing that's different to where I'm stood, the rest of that video is wasted. Because I can't ask you why my screen doesn't look the same as yours or yeah. But where's that button? What tab did you talk about?
[209.04] Cem: You know, that kind of stuff. The rest of the video is wasted, I feel. So where they come to us, you got a question, it's answered and you can move on. Yeah. And I think we help people in that way a lot. But we've had so many people come to us for sale. And they just, they come in, they don't really know what they're doing. Yeah. And they've just, they're new. And they've managed to connect the drone, but it's all over the place. And you start explaining about rates.
[239.48] Cem: And I don't go too far with PIDS because that blows people's minds. But you start explaining about how to tune the drone to you and not, you know, because my idea of 180 is how long and your idea of 180 is completely different. So that's a little
[261.1] Stephen: For Muppets like me, it sounds like you're definitely doing a bunch of race stuff, but if people aren't familiar with you, could you just give us kind of a 10 second of what the race events are and where you're holding them, what the idea was behind this?
[276.78] Cem: Yeah. So what it is, it's about helping people get faster and learn how to fly. And I feel you're right. It seems like we're coming across fully race and we're only about racing, but we're not. We really are about helping people from the very first start to become a racer or just come and fly for fun.
[297.46] Cem: So if anyone, you know, whatever skill level you're on, you're still welcome. It's not about racing, racing, racing. Yes, we do racing on a Saturday night and we do race practice on us on a Friday night.
[309.94] Cem: So it's all like we're serious and the time is on and everyone's interested in the thing. We do heats. Yeah. But the rest of the time is pretty much open flying. We've got four channels like everyone else. And you just split your channels up and fly as many as you want.
[325.94] Stephen: Are you just racing whoops or is this indoor like mini quad or what?
[330.82] Cem: As long as you've got prop guards, we don't mind.
[333.46] Stephen: Right.
[334.34] Cem: Yeah, that's the only restriction.
[335.78] Curry: God, don't let Tony there with his massive thing and loud.
[339.38] Cem: Well, we had a couple of people flying some heavy 85s, 85 mil stuff, like trying to give it HD,
[347.14] Cem: but it's heavy and you're not really going to enjoy that. So you're welcome to, but we don't really rate that.
[354.9] Cem: Right now, my recommendation and the right popular thing is like a 65 size converted to a 75.
[364.5] Cem: So you get like a Mobula six or a hummingbird and you'll get a 75 frame.
[370.1] Cem: Take all the guts out, put it on a 75 and throw 40 mil props on and it's just fabulous.
[376.66] Cem: Yeah, as opposed to buying a 75. So what's the difference? You get different motors.
[382.98] Cem: You do get different motors. So you're going to plus most people have already got the 65.
[388.1] Cem: So we've got a few pilots that are pushing that right to the edge of that 65,
[392.58] Cem: like Carby for one, Daniel Carbus. It's he that motor can't do anymore.
[398.9] Cem: Yeah, he's pushing it and it can't do anymore. Where's he going to go with that?
[403.3] Cem: So the only the next step for him is to take his guts out and put it on a slightly bigger frame
[409.22] Cem: and throw slightly bigger props at it. And you'll get a bit more bite and a bit more grip
[413.38] Cem: and a little bit more speed before he reaches that limit again. You have me.
[424.34] Cem: See, look, he still thinks that you can get another second out of it.
[427.06] Cem: He's damn fast that boy. But like there's there's a lot to be said about the amount of grip
[435.7] Cem: that you're not getting at 31mm. Does that make sense?
[440.02] Tony: Yeah.
[440.42] Cem: The 31mm is so tiny. You've got great motors. You've got great ESCs now. We're up to 12 amps now.
[451.78] Cem: You're not going to get any more out of that size of prop.
[456.26] Cem: So the logic is to make the prop a little bit bigger.
[459.62] Stephen: Right. But you think going up to a two-inch prop is just overkill. You can't stop quickly enough.
[465.14] Stephen: You carry too much weight.
[466.74] Cem: Yeah, well, that's now I need a bigger motor if I went to that kind of size. So I've got,
[470.82] Cem: I've taken a man now. Otherwise, I've shown you. So I made a Censi frame and I use 65 more prop on
[476.42] Cem: that. But that's 1100. So it's 1104 motors. And they're bigger, but slower. So lower KV
[485.94] Cem: for that bigger prop. And it's fabulous as an outdoor. But when you put shrouds on those prop
[492.9] Cem: guards, they do affect us. We have to appreciate that. Yeah. So what are you talking about? Any
[500.58] Cem: bigger than two inch? Yeah. 40mm. Are you indoors or outdoors? Because if you're outdoors, I don't
[509.7] Cem: want shrouds on. I'm not, I don't like putting in ducts where prop guards even on the books.
[516.9] Cem: Yeah. So are you outdoors or indoors? What are you trying to achieve with the drone?
[521.94] Cem: Would be the question rather than just a simple answer. Do you know what I mean?
[527.46] Cem: Yeah. It's not just a simple, that's the best.
[530.26] Stephen: I was just following that thread of like, oh, you need more prop area. So go from a 65 to 75,
[536.18] Stephen: go from 31mm or 35mm up to 40mm, get that bigger prop area. But then there's a point
[542.74] Stephen: where to drive the bigger prop area, you're getting into too much weight, just trying to figure out.
[548.42] Cem: Yeah, exactly. Any bigger, it's just faster diminishing. And now if you're going to fly the
[552.98] Cem: bigger, even bigger prop, now you're moving outside and you might as well put a slightly
[557.54] Cem: bigger motor on. So you're not the converting that I was talking about, just making a 65 into a 75,
[563.3] Cem: lost that conversation. It's a different thing once you get bigger than 40mm props.
[568.42] Cem: Because anything bigger than a 40mm prop, you should be slower than 22,000 KV.
[573.46] Cem: That's really fast for like a 55-60mm prop. Do you know what I mean? It's too fast.
[581.54] Cem: Yeah, so you've got to slow the KVs now.
[584.9] Tony: So have you got any cars and stuff at race cars?
[590.58] Tony: Yes, we're in cars.
[591.86] Tony: It's literally just moving.
[593.54] Cem: All right, so here it is. Here's the bottom line and the coupe.
[598.1] Cem: There's another site. Where we are on this site, there's a car racing place, Hertz RC.
[606.74] Cem: And they seem to have taken objection to us doing any kind of vehicle, land-based thing.
[612.9] Cem: So whilst we was going to go super heavy on cars, just as much, and FPV car racing,
[620.02] Cem: because I love it, we're kind of restricted on that.
[624.26] Cem: But that doesn't mean we're not going to do it in the future, because we are looking for a new site.
[629.86] Cem: We were already looking for a new site, because this was a temporary six-month contract on this
[634.58] Stephen: site. So tell us about the site, because I don't think a lot of our listeners would have seen it
[638.98] Stephen: first hand. Whereabouts is it? What type of space are you at?
[642.26] Cem: So the site's really nice. So it's West Mill Farm. It's up the 18, left on the 602, second left.
[649.78] Cem: It's very easy to find on the A10.
[653.7] Curry: For people that aren't familiar with the A10, where is that?
[656.26] Cem: Oh, sorry. Yeah, so the A10 would be, so north London, you've got London, and there's a main
[663.54] Cem: road that goes straight north out of London, and that's the A10. So you've got the A1 over here,
[668.9] Cem: and the M11 on that side.
[670.02] Stephen: Heading up towards Potters Bar, that type of area?
[673.46] Cem: Potters Bar's the next junction over, so we're this junction.
[678.18] Cem: Junction 25 on the M25 is the A10. Right at the top.
[683.22] Cem: Right at the top. Great Cambridge Road, it's called.
[685.54] Cem: Got it. And it goes straight north.
[687.3] Stephen: So you've got a farm there, with a big barn or something, or what type of space?
[691.3] Cem: No, no, there's no barn. So there's a farm there, but there's loads of things on site.
[695.14] Cem: They've got an art place on site. They've got axe throwing and dog training, and rope climbing,
[702.5] Cem: and kiddie playground stuff, loads of other things. So it's nice and interesting for that.
[708.02] Cem: And we've taken the ninth hole of the golf course. So it's a foot golf, not real golf.
[717.86] Cem: And we've taken the ninth hole of the golf course, and we've put up a blinking big marquee.
[724.42] Cem: Yeah, so it's a 90 foot by 30 foot marquee. Pretty big. And if you show the picture,
[731.94] Cem: that's kind of the stuff that we put inside it. Oh, wow.
[735.78] Cem: Inside the marquee there.
[737.3] Cem: There is a nice big space.
[739.14] Tony: There's a road there.
[741.62] Stephen: So we're seeing a marquee with a lot of hoops. There's a little lit up road,
[745.86] Stephen: a racetrack with edge for what looks like next.
[750.1] Cem: The roadway that starts over there somewhere, goes around the back of this tunnel and then
[755.46] Cem: around this way, and then returns and goes back again. When we're just working on that,
[760.82] Cem: the RX is not quite working for us. And these buildings are different now, I've covered them.
[767.38] Stephen: There's some cardboard buildings, whip goats in the middle.
[770.74] Cem: Well, you're supposed to go around the back of that, over the road.

[778.82] Cem: The pathway. We've got a high tunnel, a low tunnel. We've got dive gates. We've got
[785.7] Cem: hairpins around trees. We've got high things around here. So we've got clouds at the top.
[792.42] Cem: There's a little, there's a stylized tree over here that you spiral around.
[797.62] Cem: And then this thing here is the tic-tac flow,
[800.02] Cem: which is these, enhance, enhance, yeah, enhance, enhance, try and zoom it in.
[805.94] Cem: There you go. So that's tic-tac flow. So you've got three gates in a row, side by side.
[813.7] Cem: And then there's three rows of that, one behind the other. And they automatically change.
[820.98] Cem: Really? So they light up one by one? Yeah, I do know it could be straight here.
[827.14] Cem: This path could be three in the middle or three here.
[830.58] Stephen: Does that change from lap to lap then? You have to guess when you get around to the lap.
[834.82] Cem: Every 20 seconds, it changes a lot.
[837.94] Cem: Oh my word. And you can only go through the lit gates.
[842.18] Cem: Well, so if you can manage, if you're all right, you can go through the
[846.26] Cem: lit gates. And when we're racing, I go like, it's got flow, like trying to give it kudos.
[852.5] Cem: But if you can't, just go through them. Because it's hard enough to go through three of them
[858.02] Cem: in a row anyway. Yeah, three of those, that's a real hard target for a lot of people to keep on.
[863.38] Cem: It's aggressive.
[864.82] Cem: At speed. But every 20 seconds they do change. So it flashes two seconds, and then changes,
[871.54] Cem: and then holds for 18, flashes for two seconds and changes. So we've got that kind of stuff going on.
[879.14] Tony: You've got power and chargers and heating.
[882.18] Cem: Yeah, so all the charging is on us. We've got a whole charging station with loads of different
[888.1] Cem: chargers there. You just turn up and put your batteries in. We do advise people put stickers
[892.58] Cem: on their batteries because they can get confused. There's pilot lounge at the other end,
[900.98] Cem: where you can just sit down and chill. We've got simulators on the right hand side.
[905.46] Cem: There's a little bar where we do teas and coffees and crisps and snacks and stuff.
[911.7] Cem: We do the build station, bit is in the middle. So where we've got like big tables,
[916.42] Cem: and you can just come and just build stuff and we help you out and do soldering lessons.
[925.62] Cem: Soldering irons on site and solder for you to help you out.
[929.06] Cem: We've even got a wall. Most of this, I've got to give this to Carlos. Most of this was donated
[935.86] Cem: by Carlos, but we do put a lot in there. We've all got old stuff that we're not going to throw
[942.42] Cem: away and we're not necessarily going to use. So there's a wall of donatable stuff. So if you turn
[949.46] Cem: up and go, you might need a flight controller or you might need an ESC or one thing like that,
[954.82] Cem: take it from the wall later on, put something back, put something else. We've all got stuff we
[961.06] Cem: don't use and that'll grow. We've even got backpacks and things, things that people might need,
[968.18] Cem: new people to try and help them out. Just an idea. I think it might grow. So yeah,
[978.66] Cem: so build stations, we've got simulators, we've got the RC cars, like I'm saying,
[983.78] Cem: is an Orlando track. Way enhance, enhance over here. That is actually an Orlando track
[992.18] Cem: by my good buddy, Tom Ashley. What's Orlando? Okay, sounds like what my sat nav said when
[1001.38] Cem: it's trying to say Orlando. Crawl of stuff, isn't it? Orlando is a one thirty second scale car,
[1010.02] Cem: a little bit like a tiny Tamiya. So imagine Tamiya, but on a really small scale.
[1017.14] Cem: All right. And it goes over this landscape. Let me find it. Plus, I want to see the
[1024.5] Cem: the the FPV car racing. Okay, I'll put that on. So this is the FPV cars.
[1037.54] Stephen: And you've got the car on your desk to show us as well. We're doing that. Let's kind of explain.
[1043.14] Stephen: It was running over how this worked before the show. It's pretty intriguing.
[1047.3] Tony: It's not as you expect, is it? So this it looks so scale. It's unbelievable.
[1054.42] Cem: Yeah, the vertical element is what I keep going on about the upright. So all right,
[1058.34] Stephen: it's just cardboard painted. You're like, oh, it's a real city. It's a real city. And all of a sudden
[1062.98] Cem: there's a giant monster in the head. So the vertical element is what makes the scale speed.
[1067.62] Cem: It's what's making you believe the speed of it. Yeah, the little details. Do you make it?
[1072.74] Cem: You wouldn't you wouldn't feel as nice. Oh, it's a monster.
[1079.14] Stephen: It's bloody kaiju looming out the city.
[1084.74] Tony: The new racing Carlos, he was driving over the internet.
[1090.1] Cem: He's still driving over the internet. He's just going to pass me now.
[1093.7] Cem: And then I start chasing him again. He's about to pass me in a second.
[1098.42] Cem: So he's your own and your own system that runs on. I think this one is the ESP32 one.
[1108.9] Cem: He made his own system. But he is that good. And so like you can drive. He was letting people drive.
[1116.1] Cem: He's got a track in his loft and he was letting people drive over surrogate TV. Have you heard of
[1122.9] Stephen: it? No. Yeah, I saw his channel a while ago, actually. Yeah, pretty cool. And he was letting
[1128.98] Cem: people climb uphill as well over the internet using his car. It wasn't just cars. He had all
[1136.02] Stephen: sorts of bits and bobs that he'd FPV that he was letting people remote control all sorts of weird
[1140.74] Cem: games. He did tanks and turrets and shooting at each other stuff. Yeah. Amazing. But yeah,
[1148.9] Stephen: it's very Carlos. The tank stuff was hilarious. Just these tiny little tanks and all with the
[1154.42] Stephen: scale scenery and stuff. It was awesome. That's really cool. Well, people who are
[1159.54] Tony: listening to the podcast, Jim is literally driving around his garage. It's a scale on a racetrack.
[1168.58] Stephen: If you can imagine a really detailed little train track like a model train set. This is like that,
[1175.38] Stephen: but with cars and he's got scenery printed out. So you're driving past backdrops and a crowd with
[1181.54] Jack: track sides. Storage containers under a tunnel with lights and stuff. Have you moved this to
[1191.62] Tony: Race Castle or is it going to go to Race Castle? Are you going to put this in your name?
[1195.94] Cem: Same track stuff. That's the one that you see in the picture before. Okay. Yeah, the one that's in
[1202.02] Cem: the front and goes around the picture. It's the same track stuff and it's there. So we do a little
[1209.86] Cem: bit there, but mostly it's flying. That's more decoration right now. It's even a ferris wheel.
[1220.18] Stephen: This is incredibly visual. It's quite hypnotic watching you just go around this track. In fact,
[1226.02] Stephen: not great for our audio viewers, but it's amazing to watch. I'm wondering when it comes to quads,
[1231.38] Stephen: you must have a pretty good spectator setup if you've got all this FPV stuff. What kind of
[1236.74] Stephen: scoreboard and spectator video and things like that do you have over at Race Castle?
[1243.22] Cem: So we use iLax for timing. So we've got one screen with just that that timings are on
[1250.82] Cem: and we've got four of the little sky droids. That thing. Oh yeah. Yeah, we've got four of those.
[1259.46] Cem: And on another screen. And we've got a load of screens on site.
[1267.3] Stephen: So for people that haven't seen this before, I should point this out. This is an E-Sheen dirt
[1271.22] Stephen: cheap FPV receiver with a USB plug and you plug it in and it just comes up like a webcam on your PC.
[1278.02] Stephen: It's really handy for setting up analog FPV quads on the bench because you need to put it on your
[1283.54] Cem: monitor. I'll tell you what, we are finding they pick up way more signal than most people's goggles
[1292.02] Cem: with rubber ducky antennas. When everyone's people are complaining. Wi-Fi antennas.
[1299.94] Cem: But people are complaining wearing their goggles and we can see them on the screen.
[1305.54] Cem: And they're like right next to us, you know, it's like, you're not five yards away from where that
[1310.42] Cem: antenna is to where you are. You're complaining, but it's great on the screen. It's weird.
[1315.86] Jack: Is it because they're using like a circular polarised on their goggles, but you know,
[1324.26] Jack: it's a linear antenna on the craft. It could be. Yeah, it could be that
[1333.94] Cem: they're using like patches and things. And we've just.
[1337.46] Jack: Yeah, you need to check the menace, man. There is one that you can use.
[1343.7] Curry: Yeah, linear patches. Normally, linears work. You only have to go like that far out and
[1351.94] Curry: your your loss is so great. Yeah.
[1357.46] Cem: You know what I mean? That's down to their goggle and what they're trying to put on it.
[1364.42] Jack: Is there any lag with the USB to computer?
[1368.66] Cem: Yes, there's a fraction of lag. Yes, I've got to say there is a fraction of lag. Yeah.
[1374.18] Curry: Is it something you wouldn't want to you wouldn't want to fly with? But it's great for spectators.
[1378.34] Stephen: Do not try and fly. I've tried to fly on this. It's not good for flying, but it's just good for
[1383.7] Cem: setup and spectating. It depends on who you are. And you know, like Carlos could probably fly on
[1389.46] Cem: it. I couldn't. Does that make more sense? Because he's used to driving on the internet.
[1394.26] Cem: Yeah, he's used to a lot of lag. You know, he can deal with lag because he was doing all that
[1399.54] Cem: setup with he was flying a drone in his house over the internet. Yeah, let people fly from
[1405.94] Cem: wherever they was in Italy. I think one guy was another guy was in America flying a drone in his
[1412.1] Stephen: house over the internet. Just like a five inch round the living room. No, it's okay, mate. You'll
[1417.78] Cem: be fine. He'll be fine. It was a work. And he did admittedly have his own little secret sauce inside
[1427.38] Cem: it. Yeah. So there was his secret sauce inside that drone. He had optical flow and other things
[1434.42] Cem: going on. I think in the chat that people asking about the opening times. Sorry about that. I
[1443.86] Cem: didn't mention it. We are. We're closed Mondays and Thursdays. It kind of confuses people. But I
[1450.34] Cem: still run drone junkie. And I can I now made drone junkie. So I'm only shipping on Mondays and
[1456.74] Cem: Thursdays. So yeah, I kind of work seven days a week. So Mondays and Thursdays were shut at
[1462.82] Cem: Race Castle. But the rest of the time we're open. Early June the day if someone wants to come before
[1471.06] Cem: 12 11 o'clock let us know. But early afternoon till about 10 o'clock in the evening. Saturday
[1480.1] Cem: and Sunday we're there from the mornings. And Sunday we're trying to make it like a family day
[1487.86] Cem: where you bring the young younger kids. And recently we've been doing a lot of stuff with
[1492.98] Cem: the kids where we chase them around. And they actually love it. Chasing them around with the
[1497.62] Cem: drones. And they're like, you know, you know what it's like. Whoops, doesn't hurt anyone.
[1502.82] Cem: So they get involved. And there's a slightly different thing. And if you've got kids,
[1507.38] Cem: you can bring your kids with you. And you can have a fly and we'll entertain the kids.
[1511.7] Stephen: Whichever way around it goes. Do you have a URL for Race Castle? If you're thinking of moving
[1518.1] Stephen: premises, I think we've got some maps floating around in the chat. But if you're thinking of
[1522.1] Stephen: moving, is there some way people can keep an eye on your web process? Facebook. It's only
[1527.38] Cem: the Facebook we've got right now. Yeah. Because we are going to move. And then when we do that,
[1534.1] Cem: we're going to get to having a URL at some point. And yeah, obviously it's going to happen.
[1540.02] Cem: But yeah, right now it's just through Facebook just to keep it in check in one place.
[1545.78] Curry: And so if somebody wants to come in and fly there, what's it going to cost them?
[1549.7] Cem: Okay, so a session would be a day. And that's just 10 pounds for the day to turn up as a guest
[1560.02] Cem: and fly. But we are encouraging because the bottom line is what this whole thing is about
[1569.78] Cem: is to prove that there is demand. To show that there is something that could work along a gym
[1578.66] Cem: type model, where it's open 24 seven, seven days a week. And people will come at different times to
[1586.82] Cem: just enjoy the facilities a bit like a gym. So we do have a membership. And it's 75 pounds for the
[1595.54] Cem: rest of the season. All right, halfway through the season now. But because we only got a certain
[1601.78] Cem: amount of time left there. So 75 pounds, you get a hoodie, and you get open access. So you can
[1608.34] Cem: come seven, eight, 10, whatever times a week you want to turn up and fly. And it gives you half
[1615.86] Cem: price entry to the Saturday night race event. So we do charge for a Saturday race event,
[1622.82] Cem: but members get it in for half price. So if you wanted to, like we've got quite a few members,
[1631.7] Cem: some of them are there in the chat, I can tell you, and they'll tell you themselves,
[1636.26] Cem: they'll turn up and they'll do 30 batteries in one hit. And there's no way you can do that. And
[1644.02] Cem: there's worse you're going to do that. But you're going to turn up on a Saturday and have a load of
[1649.3] Cem: batteries and try and do it in amongst the racing. And it doesn't quite work. So that the midweek

[2035.46] Stephen: They've been working on that power to weight ratio for a few years. It means the flight
[2039.14] Stephen: time is getting longer, though, which is quite nice to see. You can have a 300 milliampere race

[2109.22] Cem: it's almost like you're flying a five inch. They've got that kind of big tuning mindset.
[2115.7] Cem: And especially in capable hands, people like Martian, people like Carby, Albert Fitz. There's
[2121.78] Cem: a lot of really amazing pilots out there that are capable of doing it. So if you're a five inch
[2128.34] Cem: pilot, no longer is Tiny Whoops a different thing. Like a lot of five inch, we're like,
[2134.74] Cem: oh, it's a Tiny Whoops. It doesn't fly. Are they only your? Yeah, that's gone now. Yeah,
[2141.38] Cem: gone. They're diving proper full on diving. You know, it's a new way of tuning. I think
[2150.1] Cem: Project Mockingbird, more than anything, drove that line of tuning for works.
[2156.82] Stephen: That was the spearhead, wasn't it? Saying you can do better than this.
[2160.9] Cem: Yeah. And now people are like, well, look, it's possible. And they are really,
[2166.02] Jack: really tuning them up. And it's just amazing. What's the what's the hardware limitation?
[2170.74] Cem: What do you need to do more than anything? Anks is the big issue, I think, in the works.
[2180.02] Cem: And they was on like, used to be on like two and now they're up to like 15s, 12s and 15s.
[2185.46] Cem: Like they're able to provide it to get that spin up. Because it's you remember back in when
[2192.74] Cem: the inductrix first was the inductrix, and he had this rubbish little MX plug.
[2197.62] Cem: Yeah. Remember that, the tiny little plug from Horizon Hobby? That became a bottleneck for power.
[2205.7] Cem: And I think the same thing happens in works is that when your ESC can't provide enough guff
[2213.54] Cem: to turn that little prop at 25,000 revs, it's not actually turning it. That motor may be 25KV,
[2223.38] Cem: but it's not actually doing 25KV, because the voltage is down at two and a half volts
[2229.06] Cem: the instant you punch the throttle. There's no guff going into it. And that's what I think
[2235.22] Curry: is what they've refined. So what connectors are being used to get them? Oh, MCPS. So on the screen,
[2242.42] Stephen: that's my favorite plug, the MCPX. Oh, you see, you've not gone for all this hype of GMB 27.

[2355.46] Cem: individual sheet plates stacked up. So it's a very different technology. It's akin to the
[2365.46] Cem: Tesla one where they're folded to tabs over the top of the can. Don't talk to Jack about Tesla,
[2371.54] Cem: go off on one. Don't do that then. So nitro nectars are awesome because they're stacked plates
[2379.22] Cem: and they're not just one long sheet rolled up. Because the way that the one long sheet rolled

[2441.02] Cem: each. Yeah. So what has to happen is all the electricity has to come from here all the way
