[1069.67] Curry: So I could choose songs and playlists and stuff like that, but without, cause you, you
[1076.23] Curry: get this first authentication token by having like this, the secret stuff that you get from
[1081.99] Curry: the developer site, but, and that lets you get like, um, songs and artists and stuff.
[1087.59] Curry: But as soon as you start saying, I want the current user's stuff and what they're playing
[1092.63] Curry: right now, it's like, Oh, that you haven't authenticated for that yet.
[1095.91] Curry: Tell them to go this web browse and log in and it's like, well, that's pointless.

[1132.35] Stephen: The reason I say it might be able to run doom is because there's like a 99.9% chance that
[1137.39] Stephen: someone's already posted doom to it and, uh, you could just be going to their code

[1144.99] Curry: That was the idea.
[1145.99] Curry: Is there a database of doom running?
[1149.99] Curry: Oh, you just, just look for things like doom USB 32.
[1153.59] Curry: There's probably like a bunch, um, but they can be using like the ESPIF framework or something

[1164.23] Stephen: It's like a proper high res screens and that's not like some serial connected low rates.
[1169.83] Curry: It's 800 by 400, but it uses SPI just like you would in a, like a regular screen.
[1175.03] Curry: That must be kind of limited on the update rate then, I guess.
[1179.55] Curry: I've seen other people running like NES emulators and stuff on ESP32 SPI attached screens.
[1186.39] Curry: When I looked at the demo, they put on using this LVL graphics library.
[1190.95] Curry: It wasn't brilliantly fast, but it had the whole touch interface and things working.
[1194.87] Curry: So it was a touchscreen as well.
[1196.67] Curry: Yeah.
[1197.67] Stephen: Wow.
[1198.67] Stephen: That sounds like the whole lot programming potential.
[1201.99] Stephen: Um, I, I see you coding for like 12 hours to make a 20 minute video and then editing

[1212.39] Curry: Look, it was already like three days of getting lost in this thing because there's like several
[1218.23] Curry: different libraries that are supposed to do this thing.
[1220.91] Curry: And I was using like this, like some open site that lets you send post stuff to and

[1228.75] Curry: As soon as I go to Spotify and send this post request and do all these, uh, I got all my
[1234.55] Curry: secret files in the thing and I'm using this certificate and stuff.
[1238.67] Curry: It was just like, no, not working.

[1240.67] Curry: Yeah.
[1241.67] Curry: And there was curl I was using on the command line and that always worked.
